Unwilling to repair passenger-side door actuator, no spare, no jack. Although they did fix blocked sunroof drainage. Could have knocked another, at least, $500 off.

Did not show respect to customer at arrival. I was put to wait more than 30 mins, just to see the 2013 Toyota Highlander which i had appointment for. Too bad, they lost the deal by not showing me the vehicle. Instead talking on the phone barning a unrealistic deal.

Started speaking with someone for two weeks and set an appointment and they sold the truck and never responded to me.

I went to test drive the silver 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L 4WD and it didn’t even start. Walked out annoyed, replied by text and email. Dealer never even responded, let alone apologized for wasting my time.

Didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from here but salespeople were very nice and helpful.
