They contacted me, but the car sold rather quickly. The person was informational and helpful.

The ad said it had 29,734 miles, and that was what the odometer said. That van HAD to have 1,029,734. Everything on it was very worn out. They were nice and helpful, but I didn't trust that the information about the van was accurate.

Sales staff were both polite and attentive.

I contact this dealer on April 2, 2020 about this vehicle. I was told it had been taken to be tuned up and scheduled an appointment to come and see it at 2pm on April 3rd this time was set by the dealer. I was traveling over 80 miles to see it. Running 20 minutes late I called to be told it was sold out from under me. That happen's however a call to tell me this would have been polite. I won't deal with them now .... ever.

Called ahead to let dealership know I was coming to look at a car. When I arrived at dealership there were 2 other customers walking around lot but no sales person every came out to assist. One of the other customers, along with myself, got in our cars and left.

Salesman was polite and curtious,told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle,we both came to the conclusion it was too far for either of us to try and get together on the truck,too far for me to travel and too far for him to deliver

Straight forward no pressure pleasant experience

Spoke with Pete. I pulled a carfax report it showed the truck had structural damage reported. Pete said he didn't know that. Selling truck with frame/structural damage. Pull a carfax report before buying.

Great service fast and easy. Found car online spoke to the dealer made a deal within a few minutes. Having car shipped to my state easy and fast transaction. I recommend.

dealer buys junk and uses spray paint to cover rust. The truck i looked at looked brand new in pictures but was totally rusted out. 2004 f150 stx ext cab sb 4wd w/ 38,044 miles. Save your time. The sell cars in extremely rough condition at over excellent condition prices.

They gave me a pretty good deal but they did not tell me anything that was wrong with the vehicle.

Told dealer that I was coming to look at mercury mountaineer. They said nothing about the fact they had sent the car to auction. I drove 2 hours for nothing.

I live in Pennsylvania and didn't realize car was in Ohio. Due to differences in inspection policies, I didn't want to buy an out of state car. Dealer was perfectly pleasant, it was my error.

Never talked to us when looking underneath and all there was rust painted over with black spray paint.

They never did reply when I contacted them. That's why they didn't get 5 stars. But we went to Prime Auto and ended up with a totally different car! We had 5 cars there we wanted to see and ended up purchasing a 2009 Saturn Outlook!!!! I love it!!! The guy we dealt with was nice and answered all of our questions.

They were quick to reply and kept in contact though it was obvious they were busy. They were willing to give us a price before we went to the lot because we had such a long drive. I would ask for more pictures beforehand next time though...there was some trouble spots on the vehicle that they weren’t familiar with. Overall, a good experience.

Not a very serious car dealer. Walk off lot in less then ten minutes. Many safety related problems found on three different Jeeps there. Just because you spray some paint to take a picture can put the average car buyer at risk.

These guys were super easy to deal with, the car is great and was exactly as advertised I paid cash and received my title less than a week later in my name.

Watch out for these cats, they are hustlers. Make sure they have a vehicle report when you get there. They had a truck advertised with 103k miles,looked up the report was more like 190k, then had the nerve to say it was a ‘southern truck’ when vehicle was purchased and used in Cleveland for years then was in West Virginia before they had purchased it. Asked salesman how may owners he said 2, truthfully was five. Vehicle was maintained ok according to report but,these dudes are crooks.Had two tennis ball size rusty hole in rear wheel well, 4WD acting weird, truck had some paint bubbles. BE CAREFUL...

After reading other reviews, I called to make sure the truck would still be there before I drove two hours to see it. It was and was also what we expected for the price. Friendly and professional to deal with. There were some electrical issues that needed attention when we got it home and looked it over in more depth but minor things are to be expected when buying a used vehicle. Title came in the mail promptly.

The dealer replied quickly and also sent an update regarding the status of the vehicle being sold.

Very disappointing not a professional outfit at all felt like I was talking to a chop shop or something gave a payment to hold a truck and a day later they sold it the didn’t have good information about the vehicle I call once no answer and they didn’t have a dam answering machine

That got back to in a short time

I want to buy this truck but the sales person does not know what's going on. We agreed on a price and next thing, he does not know what we are talking about.

Went to this dealership to look at and test drive a truck. The guy babysitting the dealership was quick to let us take it for a drive. When we were ready to make an offer he didnt know what to do. He called the owner and he would not negotiate. We went to our car talked privately and then went back in as we really wanted to make the purchase. Come to find out that 1) the babysitter had no access to selling a vehicle. We were making a cash payment. But since the owner was there we couldnt. Plus he kept saying that someone was coming to get the truck that night. Why lead a customer down that road if 1) youre unable to make a sale and 2) the truck was already committed to another buyer. Very very poor business.

Mr pete was very fast to respond to me . Very freindly and wad willing to work with me. All his vehicles are very nice and very well priced. I hope to deal with him in the future. Its nice to see that the smaller dealerships can out do the big dealerships.

The dealer was very accommodating and even allowed us to test drive the car when we came in after their closing hours. We were unsure whether or not we would buy the car and we made that clear when we left. We called back later that week and the car was already sold. Pete was very pleasant and I would go back. There was no pressure when we were looking at it which helped us make the right decision too bad it didn't work out.

Sessions. Although a smaller, lesser known outfit, he called back immediately and was more than willing to help me find the perfect car for us.

Get the car you’re looking at checked by a mechanic before anything. I test drove a car, mentioned my concerns to the dealer and had each one brushed off. Brought the 05 Subaru to a local shop and was told Id have to get around $3,000 in work done on the car soon. Came back to the dealer with that and he made no move to lower the price even when two mechanics told me the $5995 dollar car was only worth about $2500. The guys at Prime Auto Sales were friendly but did not take me seriously at all and ignored my concerns so I left with my cash still in hand.

Went on a Sunday and car wasn't on lot but they had it there within 15min. Test drove it and bought it. Deal was started and completed and drove off in less than 45min.

They told me that the car was sold.I actually found another Subaru at the dealership that they made an excellent deal with. This is a family owned dealership and the brothers that I met were very obliging and left me alone so that I could inspect the car the way that I wanted to. Absolutely no pressure and a delight to deal with. Pete, thanks for a great deal on my 2006 Legacy Outback.

Do not give them your number or email. They will call and email you every day. I finally took the hour drive to look at a truck and it wasn't there. I talked to them on the phone the day before and texted them I was on my way that day. Thanks for wasting my Sunday.

Couldn't ask for better. Car condition was better than I expected: performance, clean, virtually no rust, everything important worked! They were willing to deal. The people were very helpful. Test drove the car, made purchase and completed paperwork in two hours. Took the car home with me.

Total waste of time DRIVING 200 miles for this SUV!! Pics hid many scratches. Nothing detailed, leaves in engine bay!! These guys don't know how to present a luxury vehicle!! It looked like a cow pusher..

The truck abs light was on change oil light was on tires were shot ac did not work the blower motor for the ac sounds like it's going to come threw the dashboard oil pan was leaking and the interior was filthy

Not honest. Car had obvious issues, was told they were fixed. Drove 2 1\2 hours to find they did nothing and acted like they were completely surprised that the issues were still there. Would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone.

Horrible experience dude acted like I didn't exist gave me the keys and told me to check out the ford, immediately checked out the vehicle, huge puddle of oil under the truck , asked him what was up said he had no idea , started this vehicle , well a water fall began from the oil cooler , asked to look at a similar truck it was dead and had to be jump started , also pissed oil . After that the guy named Pete vanished and I could not find him again some one else took the keys from me , place is a scam and if your uneducated in automotive they will rip you off laughing all the way to the bank . In short this dealer should not be allowed to operate. Had to put one star cause it won't let me post with out it . Should be a negative 5 stars

Asked dealer why car was experiencing loss of power (sometimes it stems from other things) he replies "if I knew I'd fix it myself" automatically didn't want to purchase from him any longer.

Dealership incorrectly advertised a 2004 truck as a 2006.

This brother team of Alex and Peter are awesome! They have beautiful cars and wonderful prices. They knows cars and I would recommend Prime Auto to family and friends. It's worth the hour drive from Cleveland.

Pete responded promptly to my email. When I arrived to lot vehicle wasn't on lot; but, they went and got vehicle because I was interested in it.

The ad stated that the vehicle was an automatic. The pictures showed it was a manual. I needed automatic. The guys were nice.
