Primary Auto Group

Disappointed the maintenance record showed nothing but tire rotations. No oil changes, shock/spring replacement, brakes, batteries, tuneup, radiator replacement, alternator replacement. This info is important when buying a used vehicle for this much money. The dealer personnel were polite, provided some information, but needed more which is not the fault of the dealer.

The dealer was quick to respond to my request. Was very impressed as several other dealers I've dealt with lack in that department. Nick Jones is very attentive with our back and fourth communication. Haven't made a final decision just yet but hopefully very soon.

Best selection of used Jeep's that I have encountered.

I called and made email contact with both Nick and Clint. Clint took down my email information and stated that he would contact me in order to establish negotiations for a potential deal for a trade in towards the Hummer. He never contacted me. I then tried to establish contact through car gurus in which I was given an automated response. Then i called back and got Nick on the phone who emailed me requesting information on my vehicle that I was looking to trade in. I waited a day with out any reply to which I called a third time. Clint answered the phone and stated that Nick wasn't available and that he couldn't do anything. I finally after the weekend was contacted by Nick who stated they wouldn't take the trade in. I lost three days on a decision that could have been made immediately to even at a minimum discuss a deal for both vehicles. The whole dealing was a waste of time. They could have just told me from the beginning if they were interested or not. I would urge someone to do their homework and have multiple options before contacting this company based on the customer service that I received.

Drove 30 miles to see inventory after no response to pricing requests, All the jeeps I wanted to look at were already gone, felt like it was bait and switch.

These guys are really in the business to help you to get into a vehicle. Clint was cool to talk to. Ended up buying elsewhere but I would give them a look in the future for sure.

Dealing with salesman Ali was nothing but pleasurable. Very friendly, and reliable, he would do in a timely manner what he said he would. If all salesmen were this easy to get along with buying a vehicle would be almost fun!!!! As far as the vehicle its self I can't say the same, far less quality than represented, in fact down rite disappointing!!!!! To say the least we didn't purchase. I will say they had a lot of nice vehicles just not this one......

You need bad credit in order to get service with this company. I have great credit and spent several weeks faxing all the information they needed but they kept telling me everything I sent wasn't what they needed. I would fax bank statements at 10 am and would not get a call untill 10 minutes before they would close that day. If you have good credit, AVOID these people!

Although I did not purchase the vehicle that I contacted the dealer about, they gave excellent service via email (which I requested) and did not add me to a subscription list to receive unwanted ads. They also gave me advice on finding a vehicle of the age/mileage/price that I wanted. Thumbs up guys!

I heard right back from them and discussed options they had.

Everything was handled by phone and the guys name was Clint. He was helpful in talking about what he may have that I would be interested in and said he would stay in touch. This was a very short time ago but overall he was great to talk with and if they do get something I interest in I will be calling again.

Dealer contacted after inquiry however after a long drive to dealership failed to return call after interest was expressed in making an offer.

i spoke with Clint on the phone and set up an appointment to look at the escape and to take it to a mechanic to have inspected. After driving over an hour to get there the next day i was told i could not take it get it inspected but my mechanic would have to come to their lot to look at it and that they had already inspected it and nothing was wrong with it. After telling them how i felt about their not being truthful about allowing me to take it to my mechanic the manager came out and told me to take it. My mechanic discovered multiple problems, the underside was rusted, the exhaust was rusted to the point of almost falling off, rear seal leaking and a junkyard transmission. I don't know what kind of inspection Primary Auto Group does but it wasn't very thorough or they were not honest with their report. My mechanic told me to "run away from these guys"

The Wrangler I wanted to buy had already been sold, but they seemed to be a very helpful dealer.

I believe the name of gentleman than contacted me was Rick, (not sure though), however, he responded to my request in roughly 15 minutes or so. After I call ended, I checked my emails and without even asking he sent me several links to other vehicles I a may be interested in. I am pleased with the response and look forward to buying soon from Primary !

Good people and seem to want to work with you. Not known during test drive but found afterword, the passenger seat was broken. Took back and they swapped out with no complaints and sorry the event happened. Very good to work with. I highly recommend you give them a visit. Very large jeep selection for sure. I love my selection 2006 Wrangler X.

Was very please with the owners of this place. They took time with my wife and I and answered our many questions. They were not pushy as sales people and genually seemed eager to help when we needed it. The reason for only 3 stars is the fact that they, like many of the other "used Jeep dealers", have all of their inventory way over priced.
