I did not like being called by a saleswoman who I has never met or talked to,telling me that she saw I was looking at a certain car on her website. How she obtained my phone number creeps me out. So I do not like these type of sales tactics.

Drove 2 hours with an appointment to see a specific vehicle at this dealership to be called about 15 minutes away, oh we just sold the car but we think we have something else for you to look at. We went as we were in the area anyway and had a terrible experience. Were offered a filthy car that reeked of cigarettes and then treated poorly by the manager Ricardo when making an offer based on the interior and exterior damage of the car. The experience had a feeling of bait and switch and I guess he thought we wouldn't leave with his rude behavior. Well we got a great deal elsewhere with no rudeness. The sales associate was nice and I hope he gets a job elsewhere. Terrible experience and do NOT recommend this dealership. Also the car is still listed on here for sale, makes you wonder. They called me to ask what went wrong yesterday and I told them everything I wrote here but yet the car isn't sold.

I spoke with an agent over the phone about the vehicle I was looking for, the agent told me that the vehicle was in stock, when I got there 45 minutes later they didn’t have the vehicle. They knew that the vehicle I was looking for was not available. This was a sale pitch to get me in the dealer. The person who I spoke with over the phone couldn’t even come out and speak to me when I got there.

Dealer was easy to work with. Car and price including all dealer fees were disclosed and consistent with what was discussed via email before visiting the dealer. John Desantis was great to work with...left the dealership with a new car for my daughter. Thanks Pride!

Awful. Total bait and switch operation. Confirmed appointment via phone at 3:20pm. Drove over an hour to dealer. Got.to dealer at 4:30. Greeted by the person I was emailing for 2 days but she handed me off to a different salesman. He took my license to make a copy for the test drive but came back with the reply "Sorry, that car is gone but I can show you something else that we have on the lot."

Once they got our money we didn't matter. Requested second key even offered to pay for it. Kept getting run around, then no contact.
