Priced Right Auto Inc Nunica

So I was in contact with someone from the dealer. Set up a time for my mechanic to drive out there to pick up the car. He had to put insurance on the car so he could do this. Once he drove out to Nunica, he was informed by the dealership that somebody bought the car. No one ever called me, nor did they call him. Very disappointed. Funny though, I still see the minivan on their website for sale.

I asked questions about the Truck. I asked what options it had, mileage, and other details. The dealer had no clue about the vehicle. He asked if I was coming to see it since they close in less than a hour. I told him I was two hours away and there was no way I could make it. Then, he proceeded to tell me I should see the vehicle. Then, again asked if I could make it before they closed to look at it that day. If they close in less than 60 minutes and I would need to drive more than 120 minutes, is this possible?! It was a frustrating conversation.

Wow, where to start? We contacted the dealer on the 11th. A follow up call and email from RJ was completed on Monday the 12th. We set up a meeting for Thursday the 15th to view the car. This was at their request so they could prep it. We were assured by RJ that it would be available to be seen on Thursday. Thursday morning at 9:15 RJ called to confirm the appt for later that day. We confirmed the same. As we started our 45 minute drive to the dealership we received a call from RJ. We called him back and were told that the vehicle had been driven earlier in the day and a deposit had been accepted. He connected us with the manager because we were not happy. The manager said he didn't have a choice but to accept the deposit because it was a for sure sale. He then shared with us that because the other people financed their purchase and it was essentially more money for the dealership. While RJ was excellent in his communication and follow up we struggle with the practices of his manager

Not normally a fan of dealerships, but this was the best experience I have had. The staff were friendly and seemed to legitimately enjoy what they do and who they work for. The purchasing process was totally seamless and the car was every bit as nice as advertised. Brandon and RJ were great throughout the process. They sent me tons of pictures as I was on my way to visit them, including tons of underbody pictures. This dealership has an impressive garage and they are expanding. The dealership is full of interesting collectibles, such as 50s and 60s pedal cars, die cast models and remote control airplanes. interesting concept they have there, I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

The car was almost perfect. The "salesman" anthony was absolutely horrible. Never showed me the vehicle sat behind his deck the entire time. I was approved for another car via an online dealership that was 3000 more. I brought the same paperwork he said it wasn't good enough, then gave him what he ask for and he basically called them fake. I was putting 4000 down 3rd of the price of the vechle. i would not recomemend this dealership to anyone

They were very helpful did everything to get the best financing very pleasant friendly and informative enjoyed the time spent there if I need another vehicle I will definitely go back
