Anya welcomed us as soon as we got out of our car. No waiting or looking around for someone to help you, I
went to another dealership prior and I can't say the same for them. Beautiful cars in excellent condition and
very clean. When we got home we noticed a little cap missing and we called Anya, without hesitation he
ordered the part for us. JAMES was also very attentive to our BMW needs, he really knows his stuff! Ken in
finance was also great. Thank you guys for making something so stressful, super fun and easy! We will
definitely be back for our future car purchases!

Dealer emailed me once amd I called and spoke with the sales lady. We talked price warranty, shipping, etc. We agreed that she would send me more pics of the vehicle and a video the next day. Never heard or received any more correspondence from her. Unfortunate.

The sales/contract guy was really cool and super knowledgeable. The mechanic was very friendly and helpful. They let me take the car to my mechanic (but he was only 2 miles away so...). The car checked out and I bought it and glad I did. Even better they were flexible with the price.

I got to the dealer, drove the truck, and tried to buy it. Once I told the salesman I had to trade my old truck off with the deal, he had NO interest in dealing with me. He ask how I would pay; I said cash. He ask if I had cash on me; no, but their website said they take debit. “Oh, we stopped doing that 3 days ago” he said.

Dealer intentionaly keeps items listed for long after they
have sold. Same vehicle gets posted many times, even
several weeks after the dealer has been asked to stop
posting it.

Buying a car from Prestige Motorsport dealership was better than I expected. I was shopping around for a quality used car and I found
exactly what I wanted at this dealership. I was looking for a SUV and they had few in their inventory. I was greeted by a man named James.
I told him my budget and my needs for a used car. He was friendly and helpful. Given my requirements, he showed me a number of cars
that I can afford and I test drove two. James answered all of my questions in a courteous manner that made me feel comfortable. I settled
with buying the Mercedes GL. I was pleasantly surprised that James tried everything within his own means to have me own the car I want
on the same day. I didn't expect to buy the car on the same day but he said Prestige offers many ways to get me the car I want. Working
with his supervisor, Sam, I was also able to trade in my old car and use the value of it towards my purchase. Prestige went above and
beyond to fulfill my needs and wants. Thanks!! A+++

We got a great deal! Make sure you ask for James when you go in, he helped us when we came in, I knew ahead of time what I wanted. I came in and was shown the vehicle I called about, I went for a test drive and when I came back James was already working on getting me approved for financing. We were literally in and out of there in under an hour. I love my BMW! I don't want to give the illusion that I was rushed out of there, James was very thorough and my vehicle came with a 3 month warranty and when that runs out I'm still covered for 4 more years, all of that was explained to me in great detail. Oh and was also shown the carfax history report for my car. I cannot express enough what a pleasure it was buying a car through these guys! The owner Sam introduced himself and made sure I was taken care of and happy with the experience. It was just so easy buying from this dealer! Thanks again James and the rest of the team at Prestige. Reached out to inquire about a vehicle. The only
people you get ahold of is James who seems
like he doesnt care for a sale or your an
inconvenience or Sam who doesnt seem like
being on the phone. Inquired about the price but
they just gave me the run around. Instead of
being professional and discussing pricing and
financing, just gave me the run around. Worst
experience i've had inquiring about a vehicle I
was serious about purchasing.

Sam was very respectful, didnt treat me like just another buyer. I called the Dealership late and they called me back as soon as they opened the next day.The dealer tried his best to find me the best deal possible on the Vehicle. Definitely a 5 Star Experience.

Honestly I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to let you guys know from my great experience that this is the best dealership I purchased from so far. I recommend it honestly, they have great reasonable prices and their cars are really clean. The staff/salesmen are really friendly and hands down they have the best manager, Sam. They will take care of you for sure! A wide range of pre-owned great looking cars in fantastic shape. We bought a 2011 BMW from Prestige years ago that still runs great so we passed it down to our 18 year old son. We went back to them when it was time to purchase a new one. We bought a 2013 Mercedes, like new, fully loaded for a great deal that we still use and runs great. We have been going to this dealership for the past 6 years now and aready bought 2 cars from them! Surely will go again for our next car purchase.

All I can say is that if you come on this lot to buy a car, you're going to go home with one. The selection that they have is amazing, and they top it off with exceptional great staff and excellent customer service.
We all know it's not easy going on a lot without feeling the pressure of a salesman trying to get you to buy a car, but our experience with Prestige was totally different. You don't get that vibe there, because they allow you to take your time and select what you want. My husband and I were told to go shop around being that I didn't want to buy the first car I saw, and after going to a couple different places, we came back to Alex here at Prestige Motorsport. He is an exceptional person - Not a salesman - Just a really good heartfelt person. He treated us as if we knew each other forever. Not only Alex, but the staff there is just amazing.
So if you're looking to buy a car - Start here. Guaranteed, you're going to walk out KNOWING that you made the best decision

I believe that this place will put all other car dealerships out of business. Customer service amazing, inventory amazing, BUT PRICES ARE EVEN BETTER!!!!! I purchased a great used car for less than I could find anywhere else. Could not be more satisfied. Quality used cars best used car dealership, offers free warranty, extended warranty, trade-ins welcome, financing etc. Thank you Prestige staff!

This was the fastest, no stress car buying experience of our lives. There was no back and forth negotiations, the price was way below market price. We purchased a super clean 2011 GMC Yukon Denali 4x4 fully loaded for way less than we could find elsewhere. But best of all was the quick easy process, maybe 20 min max. Free 3 month warranty was the cherry on the top! I will definitely purchase my next car from them. Thanks Sam!

If you're looking to buy a car, Prestige is the place to go. Sam, the salesman helped me pick out my car. I had been searching for a reliable car and reasonable on gas because I commute to work everyday. Sam went out of his way to get my windows tinted for me. I'm absolutely in love with it. It has given me zero problems and drives beautifully.
The office is extremely clean and well organized.

I dealt with Sam on this vehicle, he was great! Very
helpful, I asked a lot of questions and what I gained and
immediately had respect for was when he did not know
the answer, (which was only once) he said he did not
know and said he will find out and let me know the
answer and to my surprise he called back with the
answer. Very nice guy, I drove it 3 times before I bought
it and I could not be happier! Great service, great guy in
Sam, he is actually starting to help me look for a car for
my wife soon...
So I am updating my review, after reaching out to Sam
and Prestige several times for some pre-existing issues
I was told would be taken care of no problem. I have a
couple things I pointed out before purchase as was told
no problem they would be fixed, not to worry. Now I
have it in text and also wrote up some of the issues on
paper at time of purchase. Some of the minor issues
have been resolved, cosmetically, and the trunk did not
always auto close on my 750li when press the button,
and took care of them no problem. Told take the car we
can setup time to get those issues taken care of in a
couple weeks. Now did that, took the car in for these
issues to be taken care of and had car for 2 weeks, was
told everything I had brought up will be taken care of
nothing to worry about. Sadly after the 2 weeks still did
not have the hood shock (missing one, so hood would
not stay open), A/C did not work, and here in this area
A/C is a must, and there was a slight coolant leak. I
have several messages over the past month, and now
no response at all. I have tried contacting them directly
several times, as these things I was told would be fixed
o my satisfaction and now, nothing. I even reached out
to them yesterday morning stating I really need this
corrected as per our agreement and they have not
responded at all. Very unfortunate as I love the car, and
Sam was excellent, built up some trust with me, actually
had a solid customer, and he was looking for a SUV for
my wife. So had all intentions of being repeat
customers. And I would still be a repeat customer if this
gets taken care of.
Poor, very VERY POOR. I/we (Sam) and I had agreed on a price, complete - out the door price. He wouldn't close the deal. My financing was approved within 24 hours of our agreement. He wouldn't return phone calls, emails and only just a few text messages. He claimed to either had lost or never received information. He again lied about sending information to a 3rd party, be a use I emailed to same address and got reply in 5 mins. More than 2-wks later and nothing. Poor, poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone unless you have plenty of time to waste. My rating is a (1) only because I have to put something. They don't deserve to (1).
