Great guy very honest will tell you if vehicle has any issues that haven't been fixed but will get them fixed before purchase willing to work with you as well will definitely do business with him.never met an honest dealer before I met him

Not willing to budge on list price, when no indication it was a firm price. Arrogant, no counter offer. May have had a buyer willing to pay sight unseen.

I would to give Prestige Autoplex 5 stars . We purchased this vehicle
from out of state and they were wonderful in all aspects from
explaining the contracts to coordinating the transport of our vehicle..
overall experience could have been quite overwhelming but with their
experience it was a breeze..

The person I was dealing with was absolutely horrible. Not only was he unresponsive in calls and texts. He also ran my credit on a vehicle and sold it to someone else on the same day with no communication or nothing. You shouldn’t put a hard inquiry on someone’s credit if you have someone else buying the same vehicle. Even after trying to contact them to ask them about this, he would read my message and not reply. Horrible customer service!! Would not recommend at all!! I would give them 0 stars if possible!!

All the sport tracks that I looked at had accident
in the title and I'm not interested in thatthe dealer
was fine to work with it's just that the cars had all

The dealer responded at first. I told him wanted to buy the jeep. After paying $159 for an inspection the dealer ghosted me and wouldn't return my calls. Wouldn't recommend this dealer at all.

Yes, the dealer contacted me after my first e-mail. Next day (May 28, 2020) I sent them a second e-mail. And, I am still waiting for their reply (Jun 11, 2020).
My experience with the dealer is having a total disappointment.

them and had the vehicle delivered to me. Rami updated me when the vehicle was in transit and after I got the vehicle he asked me how
everything went and how the vehicle was. Very satisfied with this dealership.

Responsive & professional!
They nice enough and not high pressure at all but the vehicles they are selling are rubbish. The one I took for a test drive had a foul smelling smoke coming from under the hood after the only two or three miles I drove it. And they still tried to sell me the vehicle after pointing this out!

These guys were easy to deal with and are honest and on the level. They are running a quality car lot and when I experienced some issues after the sale they went out of their way to take car of me and make it right. I recommend them and would do business with them again. I look forward to their new location as well on Howard lane.

Details listed on the car description were untrue. Seats were significantly torn in two places and they stated there "no visible rips or tears"
The radio was completely broken, this was not stated ahead of time either.

I submitted my credit application but they never contacted me to tell me I
hadn't been approved.
I called three weeks later and got the news.
Still, the guy on the phone was helpful and nice.
They have an excellent selection of vehicles.

These guys are real and very relaxed. They have a great inventory for buyers and enthusiasts alike. They make no fake promises and tell it like it is so if you are not ready to buy what you see do not hold them accountable. I will definitely consider them for future purchases! Just dont expect show room cars and you will not he disappointed. Great job guys!

They said the was there when I called Friday, but when I arrived Sat, they said the car was sold the night before. The car on the lot were dirty and there is no sign displaying their name.

only to tell me to call back at a later date. Each time I called, I
was told the car wasn't ready and to call back again. The third
time this happened, the dealer said he'd call me when the car was
ready; I never heard from him again.
