Can't sell to out of state Customers.
Car was exactly has pictured, only issue
was the dealer did not have the title to it.
Did not mention this little fact until after I
traveled 90 miles to see the car, drove it
negotiated a price and was ready to take
possession of the car. Then the disclosed
the didnât have the title. Promised me that
they would have it in one week. Called them
back on the 7th day and still no title.
Dealership refused to give me back my
deposit that I had left and it took another
week before the vehicle was ready for me to
take possession of. I do not recommend this
dealership to anyone, they made all kinds of
promises about the title and getting the car
and did not keep any of them and refused to
give me back my deposit after 9 days and
the still didnât have the title. Only reason I
said and got the car was because they
would not return the deposit. Salesman
made promises to make for the delay such
as picking me up and bringing me to the
dealership when the car was ready, all were
not done.

Prestige Toyota Hyundai were quick to respond to me. The car I bought was exactly as described. Mike who took me on the test drive was super nice to deal with and everyone at the dealership were very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I called to make sure the vehicle was still available. The dealership advised that it was. I traveled an hour to test drive a vehicle that smelled like an ashtray! Never did the listing or anyone mention that it was a smoked in vehicle. The vehicle smelled so bad that after I exited the vehicle I smelled of smoke.
The dealership acted like they did not want business. Nobody went above and beyond nor did I experience great customer service. I went to another Toyota dealership where the salesman went above and beyond and I received excellent customer service! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
