My suggestion is to remove them off your listing it is the worst dealership can be. I drove two hours came in all the stuff was busy walking around looking at me like I was invisible. They’re not even say hi or Greek or anything I had to come up to one of them and lo and behold. and lo and behold they don’t have they don’t have the model. I brought all the paperwork text to them talk to them prior to com confirm everything I came with all the paperwork I brought in. They say the card has been sold. Try to switch me over to another car higher. I didn’t even bother all the review was really bad on them, but I thought I’d give them a try obviously I should’ve listened to those review. Well they couldn’t accommodate anything. They couldn’t even get a manager to even talk to me about it. I left the premises. I noticed that they have a lot a lot of inventory there I realize most of those inventory cannot be sold because of the bad service. I suggest nobody go there at all. Do not waste tim!
I contacted Premium Autos Inc because I was ready to make a purchase and simply needed a few documents to finalize my decision. The person I spoke with initially told me someone would be in touch, but I never received a follow-up.
The next day, I called again and spoke with a woman who told me, in a rude tone, that it was Saturday and they were not open yet, even though it was around 9:00 a.m. I requested the same documents again and once more received no response.
After reading several reviews that reflected similar experiences, I decided to stop pursuing this company and ultimately purchased through another dealer who was responsive and transparent.
I value professionalism, communication, and courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience with Premium Autos Inc did not reflect those qualities.
Email communication was horrible. Only AI replied back to me but never a human. Called and AI responded but never a human. Tried getting a human but no one was available. This made it impossible for me to get in contact with anyone in the dealership. I was ready to buy but having no real person contact me from the dealership made it difficult. All the reaponses i got were automated

They pull a bait and switch on the price. They have a “mandatory” $2000 “anti-theft” insurance you have to buy on top of the price advertised, and have you sign a release that you accept the full price of the car + insurance with no haggling before you can test drive it. This was after calling before hand because of the online warnings about the “policy” and verifying that it was not true. Absolute scam.

Asked what fees were added to the list price and was notified that only an $80 fee would be applied. Also asked for a cost breakdown that never came. Drove a hour and a half ans showed up for an appointment and waited 30 minutes in the lobby before anyone talked to us. Was notified they put a “premium security system” on every car and that it would be $2k more than they list price. Also that the car had damage that wasn’t listed. Walked out.
Worse dealership I've been to in all my years of purchasing vehicles. False advertising. You get to the dealership and before you can even look at the car, the staff tell you that there is a non refundable $2000 "fee" that comes with the car.
Despicable.
They should just add this fee to the online prices they put on vehicles in the first place and save people the time and energy. I feel they owe me some recompense for wasting my time.

They have a mandatory $2,000 security device fee. Basically it is a bait and switch tactic. You think you are getting a great deal, but then they add $2,000 to the total. I would never buy a vehicle from them.

Horrible customer service. They make you buy a “mandatory” $2k insurance. None of the cars on the lot are available to test drive because they are packed like sardines. The car we went to look at had a flat tire and a crack on the windshield that was not mentioned. The inside of the cars were dirty, weren’t even cleaned out.
If I could give them a 0 I would. The first person who called me back was great and kind.
Then the sales manager called me back and told me at least 5 time that "she didn't have
time" to talk to me, to help me, to look for a car for me. She was sharp, rude and down right
atrocious to deal with. We finally sorted out that conversation, addressed the price of the
car and that they have a 2k fee for an antitheft program, fine, but when my son got there the
next day for the apt he had at 10am, 1) there was no one there yet, 2) they confirmed the
price at 19,999 and then the sales lady said, "let me just confirm the price... oh.. it's 2k
more." No apology no acknowledgment that it was still advertised on Car Guru for 19,999
and when I asked to speak to the sales manager she yelled at me again, insisted that she
was, "direct" not "rude" and told me that, "prices change like gas." I have bought many
many cars in my day... this was the worst customer service ever.
Dealer uses AI rather than humans to deal with calls, so no; the dealer didn’t
call me, his machine texted a response that didn’t address a single question I
asked (multiple times), other than the car is here.
As this was the exact model, color, interior & options I wanted, at a price that
was fair, didn’t want to lose this opportunity. I drove in, washed my BMW next
door, and stopped in. What a waste of time. You can barely walk around the lot
as they park an insane amount of cars incredibly close - often having to figure
out this Tetris nightmare. Gave up and went inside - a filthy mess. Given the
dirty carpets, stained walls, general disrepair, I asked a girl there where the car
was, and I went out back and found it. It also was a filthy mess, obviously
driven by staff, judging from the child’s art, food wrappers, and touchpicks. It
was NEVER detailed, had mis-matched tires, coolant stains on the inside of the
hood. I left. Drove to Ontario, and bought another.
We set up an online appointment to see a specific car.
We drove from Newport Beach, CA to see the car.
We went to the dealer but the car was not ready. When they try to show us the BMW, they discovered the lift was broken and were could test drive the car. We wasted 2 hours drives.
Also, they told us the will add $2000 more on top of the CarGurus price as a dealer mark up.
Of course, we didn't buy the car.
They are not honest dealer and prepare to sell you a car.
The online price is not the actual car price but extra $2000 mark up and also other fees, + tax, the online $23,793 would end up for $28,659.
Don't buy from this dealer!
Dealer insists on a $2000 security system that you have to purchase through them before taking a test drive. What an idiotic idea! Teslas don’t need security systems they come with a built in system that includes a multiple cameras with recording capabilities that is the biggest deterrent on the market. I walked away and told them they could drop the price another 3K to cover that cost!

Price was for 21,000 & they add 2000 on to there price, which is ridiculous and end to be 25,600. This is a crooked fee. Waisted my time and effort...they won't give out of the door cost unless you are there so that they can bait you in. Con artist dealer at its best. Don't enter here unless you are willing to add 2000 more to the price.
Not a great experience. Made an appointment to inspect a 2022 Tesla Model S. When I arrived, we found that the vehicle was
placed on "valet mode" and the employees at the dealership did not know the PIN to remove it, so I could not take the car for
a test drive. And even if I did, an employee informed me that the battery as at zero(!) percent and that charging it up for a test
drive would take awhile. Now, if you are familiar with EV batteries there are 2 conditions in which you don't want to keep your
batteries in for prolonged periods of time: high states of charge (95% - 100%) and low states of charge (10% - 0%) . Doing this
does irreperable harm to the battery in the long run and degrades battery range as well as battery lifetime.
Employees seem friendly enough but I seriously question how well they take care of the vehicles in their lot.

Sales person had to text the sales manager for everything. Asked me to go check the car out but didn’t unlock it. The price listed online wasn’t what was quoted when I arrived. Said they would let me test drive it if I was going to start the paperwork. They wouldn’t match the trade in offer I had for my car from another dealership. They wouldn’t match not negotiate the price of the car the trade in for my car it was a take or leave it attitude so I walked away and just purchased the car I was looking for at a Toyota dealership.

They advertise a price online and add a bunch of overpriced
"options" that are mandatory. They also have an AI assistant
that is good awful.
Automated communication system used here is inaccurate, “salesman” we had the misfortune of dealing with was unprofessional, lied & literally turned MULTIPLE potential buyers away because it was an 1.5 hours before closing time & apparently he had more important tasks for that day :/ NEVER AGAIN HERE.

This dealer showed me one car with a price, and when I got there that they said oh that they made a mistake . They'll, they not only why didn't even get me down there. But once they did, they didn't take consideration anything I told him about where I was financially, they told me, I needed twice as much down that I had and that I needed to pay twice as much as I could. This dealer is horrible and wasted my time and we're very rude in the process

They are definitely a shady company. I drove up to see a car that was priced for approx. $29,000 on
their website. When I sat down to finalize the deal, they had added over $4000 to the price for tires and
a sealant. I told them that it's bad business practice to advertise a price on their website and then to
dramatically increase it once the client is there. Unfortunately, they think that there isn't anything wrong
with doing it that way. I walked out and will never purchase a car from an unethical business like theirs.

I abandoned interest due to unavailability of Hydrogen fuel to within 30-60 miles of my

Honestly they try to scam you just like any other dealer. Go in knowing your numbers. The car I went to check out had a flat tire, stained seats, and very dirty. I tired to negotiate the price and they wouldn’t budge. The condition of the car was overall disgusting and scary. I’d never buy a car that looks like that.

Premium Autos responded to my questions in a prompt manner and was very courteous.
I would rate it zero if I could. Absolutely the worst dealership i have ever delt with. When you call you can't speak to a sales person. There is a person answering phones saying they are internet sales. They take a message and never call you back. I left 5 messages never received a call back. Then car got sold
The tesla i was looking at was going for about 20k I was interested in buying it but the vehicle came with multiple problems I addressed this with the sales lady and she seemed to not care to have the issues fixed or to negotiate I then tried calling the sales manager to negotiate for the car and she was extremely rude and did not want to sell the car for a reasonable price now a month later they bring down the price overall terrible dealership that's why they have a overstock of vehicles they're not in the business of selling cars dont waste your time with them
I saw some of the previous reviews but believe in giving people a chance, plus they had the car I wanted. That was a mistake. They have nice cars for a fare price but car are in worst condition then pictures show. They purposely show good angles of the car leaving out the problem area. Don't know if it's on purpose but that's what happened in my case. But because the salesman was professional I continued on the deal, that's when it got real bad, they charge you an automatic 1999 dollars for a fake security system that is added to everycar and then they lie about having a "refundable " deposit to get items fixed before you purchase and even if they don't fix it they won't give you anything back. You have to fight to get your own money. Never go there!

Don’t even waste your time going to this dealer, garbage garbage all his car are spray campaign. I don’t know how they are still in business. Very bad. I drove all the way from San Diego. I was told clean Carfax no accident. The car had more than one accident and all spray can and the rest of the cars they are all the same

Sales experience just on the phone was complete garbage. they also add 2k to every sale to install their
" anti theft" which is not negotiable. Expect to pay 2 grand on top of whatever you buy and the sales

We try to reach out so many times all they do is call center answers very inconvenient you can't even speak to anyone in the dealer. Call center representative gives incorrect information about the vechicle very poor service.

The price was good, they did have additional add ons that they absolutely refused to budge on. I’ve dealt with worse. -as far as getting things done after they received the check to finance the vehicle they’ve been terrible. They don’t take calls and you could leave a million messages and no one will ever call you back. They promised to fix a broken screen on the car which they wrote into the contract and now they’re telling me they won’t do it. Very stressful

Whatever price they have advertised the saleswomen working there not only treat you bad but they add 2k to price and you tell them you don’t want to additional products they said you have to pay it . For anyone looking to purchase here there is the reported “Cirajet” seal protection which is a gimmick for $1,198 and then get ready when you’re about to drive away make sure you see that they stacked $998 for LoJack that’s also a gimmick without telling you and both of them going back and forth saying that it was in fact disclosed when in reality it wasn’t.

This dealership is unprofessional. Their is to much to write down to even explain. They don’t care about their customers. I wasted 5 hours at this place. I got approved for the car and they wanted my to buy the car before test driving it. They also add a 1.5k-2k security system to every single car that they won’t let you remove. I was show someone else’s information and paperwork in comparison to my own, making me scared to even give my information out to them afraid they would show my stuff to someone else. All in all my experience was pretty bad and I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I would give zero starts but it won’t let me.

Went here to check out a car that was for sale. At first everything was all good, but then it took a turn for the worst. I placed a deposit to hold the car since I was going to come back after some
repairs were done. I called back two days later (within the cancelation policy) and asked if I could cancel it as I no longer could get the car. I was told they could do that and it would be brought
over to the sales manager the next day. Come the next week, I am reached out to asking when I will come get my car and I informed them I called to cancel it last week. I was told that the car is
already booked and the finance has already gone through and that I have to come get the car and pay the down payment. I tried to reason that I called to cancel the week before and was told it
would get taken care of, yet I received nothing but rude responses. I was told that I should have called the sales person directly and not the dealership itself, that I should have been "smarter".

Definition of don’t judge a book by its cover. At the time of my appointment, the dealership was still closed so my first impression wasn’t too good due to a late arrival. However, Matthew was super chill and very helpful. He knew what he was doing and very intellectual when it came to the Tesla that I purchased. Paperwork was smooth and didn’t have to wait long. If you’re looking for a Tesla, problably used, this place is the way to go! Again, don’t judge a book by its cover and previous reviews, and give this place a shot, and ask for Matthew!

This dealership is a scam. Call on the phone they tell you the price is the price. I specifically ask for aftermarket adjustments, they said none. Go there, the salesman is showing me a stupid sticker on the door will be $1500, and then some other garbage for $1500 more. Absolute time wasters and garbage business.

Dealership was unorganized took a while to test drive a Tesla Model 3 I was interested in. When I finally went on a test drive, the person helping me couldn’t find the correct key so he had to go back inside the dealership and find the correct key. It was super cold that day and it took a while to come back. I would not recommend doing business here.

Even the car wasn't there they post the fake ad with much lower price to make people believe that cars there. When I called there 4 people kept lying the car is there. So,I went there from San Diego to check the car because the ad has posted 2 days prior. The salesman promised that he would deliver to their partner dealer in San Diego. 3 days later they finally got the car but they raised price $5k higher than the posting price and he ended up lying about delivery of the car.

The cars are way overpriced and they won't budge on lowering the sticker price, they're pretty set on the price which is ridiculous because they have high mileage, the cars looked very dirty and did not look like they take care of them. This was the Norco, CA location. I'd say the cars are buy at your own risk.
Ohh man were do I begin about premium autos well they did reach out right away when I contacted them the sales manager Deborah she was very rude over the phone when I was trying to set up a time to see the car. So I finally get there to see the car they have 1 salesman and he's a kid maybe 20 years old. Go to look at the car I want it's a hellcat he comes with the key does Remote start and shuts off in 5 seconds I was like wats up with that ohh it's low on fuel the light is on. Ok so I'm like the tires are completely bald are you gonna put new ones? His name is Mateo by the way he said we can talk about the tires. I said ok wat about the inside door panels separating from the door he said were leaving that as is. So I ask him wat there out the door price is 64,000 this also includes there 1,500 mark up for bogus anti theft system this vehicle has one from the manufacturer sticker is 56,999. So I tod Mateo I'd pay 60,000 out the door with new tires he said no negotiations here
Wow. Run- you get a hold of people that don’t work there. Then a sales director calls from home. Nobody knows about the car. They all want you to come in but when they look hard the car isn’t there. Next they want you to buy a higher mile car that they actually have and then tack on GAP, warranty etc. RUN. The place is a scam

This was not a good experience, I would recommend going somewhere else. I tried the number and the phone just kept ringing, they ran my credit and I did get approved but no one would give me my loan terms and I was told I had to come in to discuss terms. I finally got the out the door price and they add $1500 lowjack fee and a $3500extended warranty on top of the final price. This dealership does some very 90’s Sleaze-bag sales tactics to get the sale. Also when talking on the phone the salesman sound super ghetto and don’t know what they’re talking. GO somewhere else!!!

Was not expecting to be a total waste of my time. I immediately contacted the dealer when I found a car I’ve been searching for. I had my auto loan setup ready to go and just wanted to test drive and see the car before I pull the trigger (Keep in mine I had to drive 3.5 hours to get to the dealership and I called a day prior to make sure that the car was there and ready to go which they said it was even verified on the same day while enroute). Finally got there and the person who helped me said “Oh, that car is actually in the shop. I can probably get you to the shop where it’s at so you can look at it.” 30-minutes later he comes back and says “come back Tuesday and it should be good to go.” Are you serious….Complete waste of time and money
This whole dealership is a scam. I kept calling for a week trying to get information on the car and they never
returned my call. On the weekend I went into the dealership and I felt like I was invisible no one cared about
the only customer in the lot. me. Ya, no customers no call just sitting on their desk and didn't care about
selling cars. After 30 minutes I asked one of the guys if he could show me the car and said "ya" and went
back to his desk. He came back with the keys and said feel free to check out the car and went back to his
desk. I just paid him no mind and went to look at the car, turned it on, and noticed a flat tire dirty car on the
inside and out. I went back to the guy who was now eating at his desk. Asked him about the car but told him
about all the issues. he said no problem I will give you new tires if you buy the car. I asked him for a cash
quote and it took him two minutes to give me a $4000 dallars over the asking price. I just walked out.
Not impressed! I had to wait for over 2 hours to see the car as the staff had locked the car keys inside a room and we’re waiting for a person to unlock the door from outside.
I couldn’t take the car for test drive because the keys issue.
In the meantime, I wanted to run the numbers. It appears they add extra price about $1495 for “anti theft alarm “ . I don’t have a choice to refuse! They have it on all their cars. This was a deal breaker as I had to walk away after spending nearly 3 hours of my time for nothing!!
Be prepared to pay $1495 extra on top of no haggling price. By the way this car is sitting on their lot for over 6 months and they don’t want to reduce the price.
Dealer listing price is not correct for commercial
vehicles. They have hidden costs. Unacceptable!
Vehicle was listed for $32,000. After viewing cargo
transit van, it was explained that the listed price is
not the price of the vehicle. The actual sale price of
vehicle was$37,000- $38,000 because the dealer
installs 3 type of standard "accessories " on
commercial vehicles which included GPS system,
Theft tracking system, and something else. If these
things are standard as stated then they need to be
included in listing/advertised price.
I contacted the Dealer on Friday morning when they posted the vehicle. I’m already pre-qualified with capita one. I’m ready to purchase the vehicle posted on car gurus.Person contacted me on Friday morning didn’t want to show me that vehicle but show other vehicle’s o their lot. They posted low price just to bring traffic to their dealership.

Had the same experience as a previous customer. The price listed is not the actual price. They add on like 5-6k of what they call “DEALER OPTIONS”Liked the car and was ready to buy after I had just left another Mitsubishi lot 30 mins away after a two hour drive to show up there and the service light was on. Car is more like 30-31K not the listed price. Was told by salesman that’s how all car dealerships do business. Might be just a Mitsubishi thing. Pretty disappointing
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! I went to this dealership recently to purchase a 2014 Tesla P85 list price $30,999. I wanted to move forward
with the purchase so I gave the salesman a copy of my pre-approved NAVYFED check and stated that I would return the next day to pick up
the car. Later that night the salesman text me and stated the owner of the dealership overheard our conversation and was gonna raised the
price $1,000 and also that this dealership had a HIDDEN FEE of $1499 WOW! So a car that was listed $30,999 was now gonna cost me an
extra $2500 if I wanted it bringing the total to a whopping $34,500 plus tax and license. All this after we agreed on a price and the salesman
took a copy of my check. Pleas stay away from this dealership at all cost. Also I have text receipts to validate this horrible car purchasing
experience.

Drove 2 hours and wasted another 2 hours at their dealer. I called ahead and set up an appointment to look at the car. I got to the lot to be told the car they listed was not on their lot. It was the body shop. Come to find out the car wasn’t even the same model they listed! Waste of time! Won’t be back!
I went to this dealer and the salesman was very nice. I test drove the Lexus that was advertised and was goi g to buy it. They added $4k to the price. When I told the salesman I wasn’t interested they negotiated to a little over $2k, but I feel this was misleading. I walked out. A car should be listed for the price the dealer agrees to sell it at. Too bad, I liked the car but this feels like switch and bait and I have been selling pharmaceuticals and real estate for over 35 years. , I would not have been successful if this was how I sold my products.

I drove 40 miles to get there at the agreed to time.and waited 30 min. Nobody was there so I left. No follow up. Glad I found out what kind of dealer they are before I bought.
I went to see the car and it's really beat up. The engine idle is off, and the coolant started to come out after a few minutes it was on.
I don't understand why they are still trying to sell that car but looks like Im not the only one because when I went they just told me, "here is the key go check it out and if you want it let me know". Maybe they're just using it to bring people into the dealership.
I was on my way to LA from Sacramento to look at another car and decided to call them to see them if I could test drive the car. They said to come in and get drive it. Drove about 45 minutes out of my way and when I got there I was told that I had to pre-qualify for a loan. I asked why, and the young gentleman said. "Sir, it's a $40000 car, we can't let just anyone take it.". I didn't want my credit to get impacted because I was set to look at 3 other cars all of which were more expensive and had no issues letting me test drive them. Not sure if it is their policy because they never said anything on the phone and even received and email from them asking if I like to test drive it and no mention of it. Is that their policy for everyone?
I personally gave this dealer a 3. But. I wish to recant that.. I happen to look at a few cars hit the interest button.. on 3 cars... had 3 sales people contact me.. How ever if you get a chance to have Ray help you. Please do.
Now.. as for the gentleman who phoned me tonight to tell me he did not like the "3" i gave them told me thay did Not want to sell me a car and do not want my business.. guess what.. you must have lots of business and don't need mine. So now. Here is my "1"

Most likely the worst experience I’ve had at a dealer! I was hung up on mid conversation after I requested an appointment. Once I did schedule, I drove almost 3 HOURS to the dealership just for them to tell me the car was moved 45 mins- hour back where I came from. They were not busy at all and could’ve given me the heads up (Specially when I had warned them that I was far away and I needed a confirmation that the car was at THAT location, which they did confirm). Overall horrible experience! But it’s all okay at the end since I found a dealership that was actually willing to help...
Dealer's sale lady already contact me after I sent my email but my schedule is tight right now,
also their location too far from our house so no change to come to test drive yet, but I will when
have time. Wait and see when we be there, hope everything will be OK. In the mean time ,
actually I think they're nice .

The dealership tried to get me to buy 3 bogus items which clearly stated on document was
optional. Because I did not agree to pay $3500 for the 3 warranties that where absolutely
fraudulent, they would not and did not sell me the vehicle. Also, I had an appointment and when I
get there they did not know about me nor was the vehicle ready, it was filthy. I believe this dealer
is defrauding or misleading Hispanic or naive persons. I contacted the dealer only about a Honda
Accord and not the explorer.

Went to look at this car based on pictures on cargurus. When I arrived the driver side mirror was broken and didn’t work. Was told by the lady that answered the phone they were open til 8pm but when I arrived at 7pm was informed that they were only open til 7pm. Lucky they made time for me and that’s why I didn’t give less stars.

Went to the dealership, first of all the dealer who "FINALLY" greeted us had no mask on. Second I'm a disabled Vet and is not handicap accessible. The staff spend more time talking to each other then helping. Not to mention majority of their cars, including the one I was interested in are " As is, no Warranty"

Showed up, test drove the car, and closed deal in just over an hour. Was willing to work with my credit union and drove car home that day. Overall good experience. Laid back atmosphere . Would definitely deal with them again.
Rude service. Salesman was too lazy to move a few cars so I could test drive the one I wanted. Wanted to run credit first without me even starting the car. We all know that's how you lose points on your report. He didn't care to offer to help any further after I told him I wouldn't run my credit without first test driving the car. Wish I could give 0 stars

Went to look at a vehicle and they added an extra $999 dealer fee. Make sure your ready to pay that since it isn’t advertised. I came in with financing ready and to buy the vehicle I looked at. They would not budge on the dealer fee. That was a deal breaker for me. I was one of two people to walk out upset in the 30 min I was there.

Don’t buy cars from them. Unprofessional!!! Called them regarding Honda Accord which was for $14,500 and told them that I want to buy it for cash. Asked them to tell me the total price with taxes and registration fee and the total came out to be $17,599 which is $3,100 of fees. I told them that it’s way too much. The taxes should be not more than 10% which is $1,450 and registration fee should be not more than $500. The lady I’ve talked to didn’t know what to say and what they’re charging another $1,000 for so I asked to talk to sales manager. The manager told me that it is what it is, that’s the price told me that the $1,000 is governor fees even though I told him that it is not my first time buying a car and I did let him know that I pretty much know how it’s done. When I asked where I can review them he said that he doesn’t understand me. I’ve asked them if they have yelp, he said he doesn’t know what is it.

if I can give them negative I would. The vehicle was sold and they had us drive to see it. Manager said it had bad structural damage and decided to take it off the floor. Didn't bother to give us a call to let us know the vehicle had been pulled from the floor. Horrible business ethics and puts cars as hooks to make people come into their dealership. Will also be reporting to BBB.

The last person I worked with at the dealership, Mr. Hernandez, was very responsive, forthwith, and helpful. He was knowledgeable of the process and the car and made sure I understood the process. In the future if I buy another car from this dealership, I will personally ask for Mr. Hernandez.

Ok, so try to understand my frustration. A car priced at $5800+tax. I NEED the car to hold a job. I can
make a substantial down payment towards the value, again not a $20k car. I offer all I can $2400 + $250
monthly for 3 yrs plus my current car of the exact same model. The Dealer is thrown back by my "credit
history", Again my intent is to pay the entire value of the car $5800, I NEED IT. After 30mins waiting for
an answer I only get the "It seems tough, we can call you later, thank you for dropping in." A few minutes
later I requested for the quick analysis. The Dealer says The Finance company now wants $1000 extra, a
total of $3400 down payment!! ON THE $5800 CAR!! Nope, I have never been treated so poorly.

I contacted the dealer about a car and he told me to come and check it out. Then I get there an hour later and he tells me oh yeah that car already sold but I have more like it. He showed me five other cars and they were all damaged and he didn’t mention that until I saw the damage myself and pointed it out to him then he says well it’s a used car so there’s always going to be some damage. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car here unless you want it with dented bumpers,scratches, and door dings!

After seeing this car listed on CarGurus I noticed the dealership was nearby so I stopped in
and was about 7:30pm. Nobody greeted me, I had to walk in and wave somebody from the
office to come out to help me. Finally a salesman named Juan came out and showed me
the car I was interested in. After I test drove the car Juan preceded to tell me the price of
the car is actually $1000 more than listed on CarGurus due to them adding a LoJack device
and passing the fee onto the customer and there is no option to remove it. Suddenly it
began to make sense they had the car 90 days already. Next day I gave them another
chance and was helped by Sean who left us to help someone else and also did not
negotiate price. This dealership is unprofessional , dress in shirt and jeans, and are
dishonest and have poor customer service skills. DO NOT GO HERE! VERY SHADY

The dealership contacted me and I was able to get to them the same day. I worked with
Emmanuel who was very nice, efficient and explained everything I needed to know -
straight from the paperwork and extended warranty to how to use all the bells and whistles
in the car I bought. I went in on a Friday afternoon when the place was pretty quiet so I
definitely received personal service.
My experience was a 5 star based on my afternoon there, but with such a short (time-wise)
experience there and because I was basically the only person in the place, I gave it 4 stars.
Who knows how the place is when it's packed.

Poor, asked several times about an add saying that the car had Navigation! Looked like it didn't so I wanted them to double check send me a picture of it! I checked the Lexus factory installment sheet and it didn't have Navigation! Just wanted them to check so they wouldn't mislead anybody! They never did anything except wanting me to drive way over there to be disappointed!

The paperwork process was rather slow and the phone customer service is really lacking. Texting rather than talking directly to customer is not the way to keep your customers coming back, in my humble opinion. That’s why I only gave them 4 stars...

Unfortunately, I went to this dealer on 3 separate occasions to have not 1 sales person available each time.
A gentleman in the office was more than helpful to give me the keys to the cars I wanted to look at. He had no real information on the cars/ nor could he sale any of the cars. The last time I went in I wanted to start the deal, but no one could help me. My suggestion is to call the dealer before you go.

because my family is expanding from one child to two, I couldn't take the 4 series because it's a coupe. I did love the

it turned out to be an LX, not EX. the car was advertised as a Honda Accord EX with sunroof automatic starter etc. When it arrived, there was no sunroof etc. It is a
Honda Accord LX that was advertised as an EX The alleged $3700 savings from what a 2015 EX is supposed to cost was really a $1700 less than what an LX cost.
It seemed like a deception by whomever wrote up what the car was supposed to be from what it really is.

and it didn't that it had navigation and it didn't,
car was nice, it had no gas but was told if i
wanted to test drive it they would go and put
some gas for me... but i decline it wasn't the car i

Why on earth would you not select the Accident check or Damage reported.
All the cars they have is a bunch of crap. Accident. Structural Damage. but
they dont mention it and make the search difficult for the buyer.

Total waste of time. Slow to respond. They do not update website to reflect actual inventory. Verified before arriving that the vehicle I was interested in was available. Arrived to test drive it. Very clean car, very good price. Everything was going well. We were sitting waiting to talk to someone about purchasing it. Guy comes out asks for the keys and hands them to the customers in the office. They were in the process of selling it the whole time we were there looking at it and waiting to buy it. They basically used us to pressure the undecided buyers in their office to commit to purchasing since we were ready to buy it. They should have been honest when I arrived and let me know that someone else was already in financing getting ready to buy it before wasting my time test driving it. Instead I sat there for almost 15 minutes waiting to buy a car they knew was already sold. Then they had the nerve to send me an email (my husbands name, so they clearly didn’t know it was me) offering the same car for sale at a reduced price. The same car I had just watched them sell. Shady!!

This dealer doesn't have the cars listed on this site. This dealer tries the bait and switch move. I thought those types of shenanigans were something of the past I guess this dealer is old school that way. I would have given them a 1 but they were nice enough and they did tell me one of the cars was sold but still shady.

I asked many questions about it and decided to go get a loan out to purchase
it. I had to find out through my bank that this car had FRAME DAMAGE after

After arranging an appointment the previous night for one car from the listing at a very low price I got there after driving 2 hours and I find the place closed. I called Roll the guy that I talked the night before and he told me I'll be there in 15 min. Later some employee show up and he invited me inside and told me they only have one car like the one that I was looking for but needs to be cleaned and is not available until Monday. I ask him about the car in the listing and he lied to me that his boss sell the car the night before. I called his boss Roll and he never answer or call back. Nice customer service.
