The worst dealer known to mankind. Fake, scam, con artist, false advertisement. Save your time. Prices are at minimum 2k-4k higher than listed as they require a dealer “add-on” for “anti-theft” system, which is ridiculous since Teslas already come with it. Shady dealership with bad quality cars. Save yourself the headache.

This dealership does not take care of their cars, the lot is overpacked, the cars are filthy and banged up. I asked a salesman if he had the specific car on the lot and he told me to go look and find it, wouldn’t even confirm if it was there. Don’t waste your time here
HORRIBLE customer service, and this is one of those dealers that have “additional fees” like “ROADADVANTAGE” or “lowjack fees” they added $4-5k more ON TOP of the listed price and said they CANT AND WONT REMOVE IT, and they are NOT willing to negotiate, salesman wasn’t professional and general manager seemed to just get to point WITHOUT hearing the situation presented
Never called me although I submitted various inquiries. Only their AI assistant would contact me with the same script. I had to reach out for them to call me, then sales manager of NORCO location contacted me with a very rude tone and not helpful at all, when I said to her you know what I’ll just take my business elsewhere because I won’t put up with disrespect she just said that’s fine. As someone who’s worked customer service and has worked in an office setting that kind of attitude is disgusting! DO NOT RECOMMEND
Very Bad experience. Had an appointment to view the car at 2 pm but until 3:30 pm the car is not in lot. Besides me setting up an appointment 3 to 4 days prior. The dealer has told us that the car had issue with seat hence a member has driven the car to fix it , waited for 15 mins but later was told it will take more than 40 mins since the team member is also having lunch. Having driven 40 miles in a heat of 100 degrees to see the car was a worst decision just because of the dealer didn’t show any ethics to treat customers time valuable. I don’t recommend this dealer to anyone.

Dealer only sent automated prompts and responded to absolutely zero questions I had about the vehicle. The dealer did not attempt to send an actual person to contact me at any of the phone numbers or emails I received. Communication was poor, the customer service was even poorer when I called in. I was placed on hold twice, and then hung up on shortly thereafter.
it took them a long time to get back to me. when i finally spoke to a lady there she was nice but
had no idea about the car and gave me incorrect information on it. then had a guy call me from
the location to send me pictures and he introduces himself and asks how are you today. i say
good how are you. he replies horrible and goes on about how it has been a bad day here ect. I
decided since they did not even know the info on the car and had such a bad attitude that i would
go elsewhere. Also i really dont care, a person should not drag down a uninvolved client into
their "bad day".
Dealer has ridiculous addition fees $1,500 to be exact this is excludimg the typical $500 documentation fees… basically they draw your attention by attractive vehicle price and then you realize the game they are playing. I hope helps other individuals on the market shopping for vehicles.

Good experience I got what I went for Friendly people..
After email exchange and multiple contact attempts I went to the dealership 03/08 @ 1pm and the office was locked and no sales rep available. A detailer said “manny”
Had left to another dealership but did not state a return time or contact number.
Also sent multiple responses never heard back .
Received a call from Deb around 3:30 pm forgot her specific title. She had horrible customer service . After seeing the multiple issues would get no where I ended the call.
She then proceeds to send me a text afterwards to get the “last word in”. Again just unprofessional.

Fast response
Went to dealership on a Sunday. Salesperson was late for about 1.5 hours. Rude and condescending. We wanted to test the car but the
assistant either did not have the authority to let us drive it or could not get in touch with the Sunday's salesperson.
Dealership texted several time but we were already disheartened.
