Likely because i wasnt in state i inquired about the vehicle ready to buy but i wanted a walk around which is pretty standard as i do it every day even for instate customers. They never provided that after 2 days of waiting and their useless AI reaching out i gave up and bought elsewhere.

They were a pleasure to work with. They were able to help us with where we needed to be with payments and trade in. They were also extremely quick which I appreciated.

I was very pleased with my purchase of my new vehicle. I would recommend Premier if your looking for a new car. My overall experience was great.
This particular vehicle has rust under the bottom of the undercarriage. When I arrived to
purchase the vehicle, the car did not start. The car was not detailed and the automobile
has sufficient rusting underneath.
In addition to wasting my time, there were charges attached to the purchase of the
vehicle such as DOC fee in the amount of $800.00 dollars with no explanation.
In the long run, I will never use this auto group or neither will I ever recommend their
services to anyone.
Extremely disappointed customer.

Answered all my questions and helped me make a great decision on my dream car
Found what I thought was the perfect vehicle. Premier allowed me to take it to dealer for inspection. Needed a new A/C compressor and offered original price, less repairs. Premier wouldn’t do the deal but graciously and voluntarily reimbursed inspection cost. Extremely disappointing, but pleasant folks to deal with.
I wasn’t going to leave a review because I’ve wasted so much time but it should be said..
The owner was extremely rude and pushy. I drove 2 hours from Charlotte to Durham.. My mom was approved for the loan, for a 640hp mustang. I wanted to also check the car as well and test drive another car to make a decision.. the owner was basically trying to force us to buy the car that we came to see when there was cheaper options on the lot.
Because we expressed that we wanted to take our time and test drive 1 other car, it was a huge problem.. on top of that, owner kept making comments regarding race, which I am black and the comments were extremely off putting. I came to buy a car, I had a book bag with $3000 in it and my co-signer had $5000.. I was ready to buy and the owner kicked us off the property because I wouldn’t let him push us around and force us to buy something we weren’t sure able. Keep in mind, I was only there for 20 mins, that’s not enough time to make a $30,000 decision

I purchased a great VW Passat TDI SEL. They are easy to deal with and if they promise something you can be sure it will be done/delivered, This is a good place to buy a
quality used car. All the staff at this dealership ar both knowlledgeable and helpful No high pressure here.
For a small dealership, these guys were great. No pressure, very friendly. George Burns, the salesman, was awesome. The car was in good condition, which is sometimes an issue with smaller lots. The price was right as well. The only reason I didn't buy from them was that I found a similar car with fewer miles, but I would definitely shop with Premier again.

My wife and I were pleasantly greeted in the parking lot by the sale rep (George) and was immediately allowed to test drive the car we were there to see. After a non hassle negotiation we purchased the automobile. There was a radio issue after we bought the car which was rapidly resolved. All of the dealership staff was excellent. My wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase. We would highly recommend buying a car from Premire Automotive.

Nice cars, best I can say but I wouldn't rate this dealership 1 half of star! Or recommend this dealer to anyone I no...the experience I had with this dealer was disgusting & I mean that professionally. I contacted them threw car guru to inquire weather the pricing options on a their 300 was negotiable & was honest enough to tell the man I had 10k to put down and didn't mind financing the remaining balance if we could negotiate the balance which would have been terribly easy with my or my wife's 720 credit score. Instead when I offered my 10k the gentleman was kind enough to tell me that I'm
"smoking crack" and that I was asking him to lower a price by 5k dollars in which I was not! Disgusting salesmanship at best, I wouldn't spend a dime here

Upon my first phone call with Premier Auto Group in Durham- I knew I liked
them. They were all so kind, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make
sure I was happy with the car before coming out to Durham from Fuquay-
Varina. My Husband, kids, and myself, went there a couple of days later, and
their costumer service was even better than on the phone! They are honest,
hard working, and trustworthy. We bought our van that day and would buy
another car from them in a heartbeat if we could afford it.

Great owner and staff, respectful and very helpful
This dealer did not fix recall, nor did he put has in the car for test driv, lied about fixing the air conditioning system, found cracked windshield between visits. Salesman was pushing then rude after these things were pointed out. I would not buy car because he did not let my mechanic look at car.

I had an appointment but the representative I
spoke to was not available to work with me.
He did not remember what car I was there to
see. He gave me to someone else to help me
who did not know what car I was there to buy.
When I told him the car I wanted to see he told
me it was in the shop cause there was a recall
on it. So I was unable to see the car I went
there to see. A total waist of time. Will not go
back.
