Very good cells they had to pretty much ready for me the only thing I had was that the mileage was given to me as 13,000 it has actually 15 1/2 thousand so not a big deal but still they just don’t seem to be able to get the miles right so I can’t imagine test driving and having 3000 miles but whatever but they were very good company to work with and how bad the salesman OBED is a very professional a little guy and I really enjoyed working with him

Although we did not purchase the Beautiful yellow 370Z Roadster, Brian Ricketts was extremely helpful and very professional. I would certainly do business here. The reason we chose not to buy, we de iron a brand new Toyota Supra.

The dealership was very helpful and responded quickly on my requests. My husband and I tag teamed while he was visiting in Fort Wayne to try the vehicle out for me and gave it a thumbs up. We then came up the folowing day for me to test drive it and loved the car. We stuck a deal quickly and picked up the car a few days later. The dealership was friendly, great to work with and accommodating to our schedule.

I really wanted to give this place four stars but the end of my visit really made it terrible. I first saw a vehicle on cargurus and sent in an email. I was contacted by Brian about coming in and looking at the vehicle. I had to schedule a day to come in because of work and the distance. He was pretty flexible which was really good. The day I arrived I was late for my appointment because of the drive. I ended up working with Travis H. He took me on my test drive and worked with me the rest of the day. He was really nice and answered my questions. I did want the vehicle but I wanted to know about financing and trade value and make an informed decision. After talking it over I decided to go ahead and see what payments and downpayment and trade value would be. The dealership didn't want to give me what I wanted for my trade in so Travis went to find another way to find some options for me. He was really helpful. If my review was based on Travis solely it would be a way better rating.

Quick response and very helpful

Paul was polite and attentive. His correspondence was very good. He made no promises. The van brakes were bad when we got back from test drive then the radiator began leaking anti-freeze. He told me his team would look into the leak and check the brakes. The texts I received were about the leak and haven't received any word yet about the brakes. Only that another salesman might have a buyer. May be a sales ploy to put pressure on me, not subscribing to it. All in all I would deal with the fine folks at Preferred Auto Sales.

Told me over the phone that everything looked good only to go there wait and be sent home, then later told not good. Nothing like getting your hopes up! Not good customer service or sales. We went elsewhere and had much better luck! my advice is to shop around.

Jason Barnes at Preferred Auto was great to work with. He and Brett their finance guy stayed late on a Friday night to accommodate us in purchasing a new car for our daughter. I would definitely recommend them! She also gets free cash washes any time!! Nice bonus:)
