I rate Prater Ford with the highest of compliments. First I was given a great discount. Next they made it possible that the car would be made available to me without any undue stress, while waiting for my bank to complete the terms. and my getting there from Tennessee to pick up the vehicle. In addition, they escorted me to the rental car office to drop off my rental . I received first class treatment from each person with whom I had to deal, the Salesperson, Sales Manager, and the Financial Manager all exhibited the highest of courtesies. I recommend Prater Ford highly. I will buy from them again when the opportunity presents itself.
