Was ready to buy for asking price. Prequalified online and when they sent over all the final paperwork there was an extra $8,000 added to price for random things like accessory charges and some kind of cleaning.

They don’t have this listed car and they have $5,000 hidden fees
Spoke to Sales team Saturday, Monday via telephone. Tuesday and Wednesday via email and text about my travel plans to purchase car. I would arrive in Wednesday. After 5 hours of travel to Power Motors, the car was not at their location and was sold Saturday. Before you waste your time and money traveling to this business, make the sales rep stand next to the car and take a pic.

Wonderful they really go out of there way to make sure u getting the right aproval .
Horrible experience I asked for photos of any imperfections because I was driving over 2.5 hours for a 17 Cayenne 35k miles. They did not send any pictures and promised me the car was perfect. I get there and find a 3 inch rip in the passenger seat . One of the wheel molding hanging off. And all the plastic trim pieces that dress up the engine bay were missing. What kind of repair was done that it was apart so long that they lost the trim pieces. What kind of mechanic worked on car and was so unprofessional that he didn’t put the trim back. Finally, what dealer does spend a few hundred on a car over $25k to fix it properly. . I only wasted a day and $200 in gas and tolls. Very unprofessional. I read the reviews and should have listened. I hope you will not make the same mistake I made. The reviews I read were mostly about them jacking the price up. I confirmed the price before going and that there was no LoJack installed. Instead of lying about the price they lied about the car.
It was one of the worst experiences I ever had the car wasn't there and no one new where it is 20 minutes away no 45 minutes away no in another borough no it wasn't delivered yet no one knew anything the price changed from a day before when I was interested in the car to day I went to see the car the price increased $3500 and still I didn't see the car aggressive sales people so that why one of the worst dealers
This is the most disgusting dealership I have ever come across. After booking my appointment, I was ok with the online asking price of roughly 26,000. I get there and introduced myself. Then I was approached by 2 different salesmen asking if I wanted to finance or pay cash right off the top without seeing the vehicle. I requested to see the vehicle so I know what I am purchasing. Then he goes if you're financing, price becomes 32,000 and if I am paying cash it is 34,000. At which time, O got up and left. These jokers wastedmy time comin from pa to NYC. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone,

Very nice and well equipped dealership with many beautiful and modern cars. However, our salesman did not seem to eager to woo or convince us to buy or commit to the car, a 2018 Porsche Macan. I explained that I had a meeting at another dealer also selling a 2018 Porsche Macan that was 1k cheaper, but have 7k more miles the next morning. Even with that information he still seemed unmotivated to close that deal. I ended up buying the the other Porsche from the other dealer. It all boiled down to weak communication skills and disconnect from making the sale. His name was Gary.

** ABSOLUTE SCAM **
I called multiple times to ask about pricing and was told that the web price was
"the price." When we arrived we were told that the price is assumed you have
already put 20% down, then there would be an additional $2k dealership fee, a
dock fee of a couple hundred dollars, then taxes and tags. Price somehow went
from $21,995 to $32k within a matter of minutes. Save yourself the drive.
Unless you are willing to spend $10k more than the sticker price, don't bother
going.

Reviews are accurate. Drove from New Jersey for my appointment. I spoke with a dealership rep the same day to confirm my appointment. When I got there, they pulled keys from 2 different cars and told me the car was already sold. The other cars were not near the expectations of the original car I came to see/purchase. The car is still listed online.

Do your research & Always Get pre-qualified!!. I went to check a 2016 Acura Mdx on 3/21/24 Got the whole run around from the Manger. Then a huge price change on the vehicle, Manager said actually price is $21k ! $21k for something that 121,000 miles on it HAHAHA. Pure comedy actual kbb on the vehicle is 14,500 at most. TREAD LIGHTLY HERE & DO YOUR RESEARCH ON VALUES !!
9000$ Sticker price was not the 12000$ amount they financed on Ally. When I contacted Ally they
have no record of my 1500 downpayment made thru the dealership. Car started giving trouble 2
weeks after buying. Throttle was bad and had to be replaced. They then took vehicle to a secondary
service center in the Bronx as they said they could not do the work there and returned it to me on
the 29th, but Toll cameras show them going with the car on the 21st and returning the 23rd. Now the
ABS sensor light and traction control light goes on and off. Contacted them about this issue and still
haven't got a call back. Its only been a month.
Came in to look at a car for $10,830, then they show me a car that is $5000 more saying that the car I wanted was sent away for maintenance. I come back a week later and now they can’t locate the car I came in originally to see.
Overall, not the worst dealership but just be aware that the listed price is AFTER a 20% down payment & before $2000 dealer fees.
Worst car buying experience ever! Drove 3 hours to find out that the online price advertised was not genuine. Told us the "discount" listed for
the price was actually money they expected us to pay on top of the price of the car. Tried adding another $3k to price for a "fee" that goes to
them in case anything happened to the car within a few months of buying it and we could bring it back to them to fix (we live 3 hours from the
dealer so would not be bringing it back but we had to pay that fee anyway). So many additional fees added on top of this! Also told that if we
paid cash for the car we would have to pay additional costs (this is not noted anywhere on the online ad).
Lots of car buying experience and this dealer has left us speechless and shocked!
The original Durango I saw had sold so I then picked another vehicle. The price they advertised online was not the same price when I went to the location. The dealer did not want to honor the price I saw nor did he want to negotiate on the much higher price he gave me. In my opinion this place has bad business practices of doing this to people and the proof is in the reviews like this one and others from velp, google, and other rating sites. Do your own research before buying from this place.
Horrible! Very scammy. Only interested in ripping people off. Don’t believe cheap prices, they add on a bunch fees(random 20% fee + stocking fee + registration fee) once ready to purchase. Which added an additional 10k-12k to total price. Came all the way from MN to purchase. When I arrived to view the car the car wasn’t available they said it went for service but impossible when I called the night right before closing to confirm vehicle was there. All around bad experience, don’t give them your hard earned money.
Ouch. Came all the way down from CT after calling twice to verify no huge dealership fees. Was told a one time documentation fee of $395. Got here and found out it there was actually a non-negotiable reconditioning/destination/prep fee of a whopping $6,311.

The worst car Experiences I ever had, if it’s your first car, & your credit is anything under 720. Your rate will be over 20%… & they don’t care. NONE OF THE PRICES YOU SEE IS WHAT THE CARS ARE WHEN YOU GET THERE, do not say I didn’t warn you. They also can’t show you any breakdown in the so called (8k fees you have to pay) on top of the so called 20% that they claim is already taken from the Cars VALUE. I don’t even write reviews, but this place definitely needs one. Wouldn’t recommend a soul here.

This dealer completed wasted my time. Margery kept calling me to come in and test drive the vehicle. After the calls, voicemails and emails I decided to reply and have her confirm if the car was still available. She confirmed and replied to the email that the vehicle was still available and will be ready for a test drive. After driving from Pennsylvania they told me the vehicle was sold. Then they tried to sell me a more expensive car. They blamed the call center and stated they were never updated. The fact that they don’t communicate is a huge problem and it seems like a scam to get you in to purchase a different vehicle.

Called the dealer for pricing and info. I knew they were finessers just from how the receptionist talked to me, told me i can’t speak to a sales manager. They don’t do business over their phone, you have to come there and waste your time! I know what comes with going to the shop, they’ll waste your time and hike the price up when you get there! Selling cars for low prices online and then getting you bamboozled when you go in! Stay away !!
The sales associates were very nice and tried to accommodate all your needs. Although I wasn't able to see the car I originally viewed, they did, however showed me other vehicles, which they have a lot to choose from. You will definitely find something there. Very nice place, nice people and organized. I will refer friends that are interested in buying. I had a good experience. Thank you to my sales guy David .. vey knowledgeable and to be so young! I contacted the dealership a week ago, they didn't respond. So I sent another email two days later. No response. After another two days Omar texted me asking when I would like to come test drive. I responded that I would like to discuss some details before traveling all the way to their location. No response. Now a week later I called Omar only to find out that the car has been sold.
I was busy the whole week preparing for the purchase, getting ready with the money and setting up insurance. You should be more communicative.

Quick and faire
These guys were exemplary from the sales guy Juan to the finance guy Peter and Jack they made my experience absolutely wonderful. They were courteous and informative and they really worked with me in making the best decision for me. While I did not purchase the M but I drove out extremely happy with my X6. Thanks again guys. They responded alright through email and I called and wasn't able to talk to someone but i left a voice message and then i received another email that a salesperson will contact me shortly and they never did. When I last checked to see if vehicle was still available, it was sold. Not a thorough dealership advise to look elsewhere because this is the second time I've dealt with them and they do not practice good salesmenship service to their customers.

Save your time and don’t ignore the bad reviews they lie about prices over the phone and online and when you come in they raise the price by $10 thousand dollars save your time and go to a real dealer
Their prices are not accurate. Per their website
"Price does not include 20% down payment". Yes.
You read correctly... price does NOT include 20%
down payment. So, whatever price you see on here,
add a minimum of 20% (+ whatever they consider a
destination charge, + taxes, + fees). In my opinion,
this is a very shady and underhanded practice.
There is nothing honest about this. No reputable
dealer does this. Power Motors does this in order to
offer enticing prices and bait people into coming to
their dealership / contacting them. Essentially, they
are looking for suckers. After I could not get a
straight answer from them, I plainly stated that I
wanted a final price in writing via email before I
came to their dealership and they stopped all forms
of communication with me. Before I asked for a final
price in writing, they would not leave me alone and
called me about five times in one day. Clearly, they
knew the gig was up with me. These guys prey on
the lazy and stupid. Buyer beware.

I did not purchase this car from the dealer I purchased a 2018 A3 they had. My sales person was Mike, he was very attentive and gave me options also made me feel like I was choosing whatever was best for me budget wise and also luxury.. would definitely suggest you head over here for your next car
Worst experience! As soon as the Loan was approved the dealer increased price by 2k making an excuse that bank is charging them. While bank pays them for financing. They say they did pre inspection and car is good. I found Oil Pan leak and All 4 tires and Rotors were bad! Don’t know what inspection they do. They are looting customers.

They were rude and unhelpful. That will not have a discussion or conversation about
pricing or details about cars over the phone and wont do business unless in person. I
live out of state, so working with this dealership wouldn't happen unless i flew across
the country to meet in person. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied and
essentially hung up on. Not sure what kind of unprofessional dealership this is, but I
wouldnt do business with them even if the perfect and best priced vehicle came across
their lot. Very sad in these unprecedented times and online buying that a dealership
would be rude and automatically turn away a possible sale because they can't or are
unable to physically be inside their dealership.
I had the best experience with this car dealer I spoke to Danny and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, respond to every text message .
When 8 came to pick up the car he told me that he wouldn't be in the area but I would have James which he was extremely nice and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this car dealer I had a great experience thank you so much :)))

Knowledgeable staff and courteous service. Never felt that typical dealer pressure to buy …… so I bought ! Highly recommended
None of the cars they have advertised on car gurus are available. They claim they had an amazing sales month and all the vehicles advertised were sold. Come on give me a break what a poor excuse. I'd stay away

Cargurus has its own checks and balances to ensure the vehicles a dealership advertises are available, to claim that none of our inventory is here is outrageous, and it's an excuse to slam our business and you've never even done business with us or came in person. if you'd like assistance in purchasing a vehicle our General Manager Rolando would be more than happy to assist
