Welcome to Power Motors, our pre-owned vehicles go through our large state of the art facility with the latest equipment able to handle domestic and imported vehicles. All vehicles go through our 164 point inspection, as well as a rigorous reconditioning and CPO process. Our large inventory includes cars, minivans, pick-ups, SUVs and exotic cars. Special order vehicles are welcome; If we don’t have it, we can locate the vehicle you desire. Power Motors has an impeccable relationship with a variety of banks and credit unions. I went to Power Motors East after seeing a car on CarGurus and reaching out if the car was available. I was told yes and visited the dealership. The car was listed as $29,990. Similar cars were listed between $28K to $32K. When I talked to the sales person the car suddenly had a price of $38,000. After a short conversation I was told that I should've known that this car has to be priced in the $30Ks. I was offered $35,000 but walked away. Stay away!

Don't buy from here. Price on website isnt the price in the store. You are also required to pay a $5-8,000 used car fee which isnt negotiable. Plus they dont return emails or phone calls. Avoid, avoid avoid.

After purchasing the RT suv I drove the vehicle home and had it inspected by a mechanic and was told that the inside treads of the tires were no good I reach out to the sales man and explain to him walk my mechanic said about the tires he told me to take pictures of the tires and send them to him so his manager can check them out after speaking with his manager the salesman told me they need a video with the vehicle up on a lift so they can inspect the tires for themselves and that the tires was inspect before selling the vehicle to me but what they fail to understand is with an all wheel drive vehicle the wear and tear starts from the inside of the tires which I proved to them rather than they looking at the middle of the tires to where the treads is much thicker than the inside of the tires

Car was there but they wanted $10,000 extra for ridiculous reasons such as due to the car coming from a different location i have to pay them since they brought it, they cleaned it a few weeks ago so thats another charge and much more super ridiculous

Bait and switch. We called in to make an appointment to make sure the vehicle was available when we got there. When you ask the salesman, he said there was no such car at the dealership for that price. he tried switching us to a different vehicle, which Was much more than what was advertised. please beware of false advertising

The negative reviews are real. This is a bait and switch establishment. After calling to make sure the vechicle was available we made an appointment to look at a vehicle that we thought was a great deal according to what we saw online. The Jeep they had listed was not even available and supposedly sold. They tried to sell us another one that but was 15k more than the listed price.

Bait and switch dealer they tell you the car is in stock and when you arrive they say someone left a deposit on it and try to offer a more expensive one. None of the prices online match what they truly are in person all cars in person are 10k and more over what it shows on any site that promotes them

I wanted to test drive a vehicle that I saw what I thought was a good deal. When I got there the persons sitting behind the desk showed me his fake costs on the vehicle and told me that it would cost me so much more if I went elsewhere. The salesman and manager kept being argumentative with us. Listed price jumped thousands. I would recommend to shop elsewhere.

Called for the “real” price and the guy tells me it’s almost 15k more ! You have to be kidding me! And than he tells me it’s not the fees it’s just the price to get me in the door and hangs up on me when I tell him that’s not good business! LMAO. Would never use this place for any vehicle needs.

If I could give a half star I would. Probably not bad people, but the prices you see online are not the right prices. Please tell me how a vehicle that is listed at $37,900 go to $47 or $57,000?! What kind of taxes and fees are you charging over there?! Horrible!

This dealer is deceitful and dishonest. They try to sell you something that it’s not. They trick you with fees that are not mandatory, but they try to make them seem mandatory just to drive the final price of the vehicle way up. They are dishonest, and they write everything down on paper with a pen in a really bad, really sketchy way.

I’ve been trying to get a simple out-the-door price on a vehicle they claim to have in stock since Sunday—it's now Thursday and still no clear answer. Their website says “call for price,” but when you call, they tell you they can’t give that information over the phone. How does a dealership expect anyone to drive two hours without even knowing the price? This is some of the shadiest behavior I’ve encountered from a dealership. The negative reviews are spot on—these guys operate like a scam. Glad I did my research before wasting an entire day driving out there.

Beautiful vehicles. Sales person was courteous and respectful. However, all their vehicles are purchased from Canada or other areas of the country and low ball prices than tack on 10k of fees plus tax for BS add ons.

Cheap people, playing games with vehicle pricing to divert your opinion although they have tugged the price lower. You contact them they say oh unfortunately the vehicle has deposit in it we have another vehicle and bla bla. So, the vehicle I saw was kept for 78 days at the same dealership and I contacted them 3 times their reply was the same though they kept their price going down spent trust all lies from this dealership.

Very shady people, I called asking for pricing on a vehicle and they immediately tried taking advantage, they told me it’s priced at 52k before any fees or taxes, me not believing this went on other sites where they list their vehicles and low and behold it was listed for 41k. I called to confront them and they put me on hold and hung up. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

My experience at Power Motors East was ouststanding I had the privilege of meeting Adrian who is definitely a true professional and also the staff working on the main floor who all had positive attitudes and a great sense of humor but most importantly great information on how to go about fixing credit. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a car or pick up truck they have plenty.

This place was horrible. I was looking into purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. Trying to get a hold of a "sales associate" was almost impossible. Whoever was answering the phones acted like they could not have cared less about helping me or directing me to someone that could. His disinterest during the call was actually quite shocking and I would have started looking for vehicles elsewhere right then had their list prices not been so appealing. Which brings me to my next grievance. This dealership lists prices EXTREMELY low on car websites such as CARGURUS and CARFAX so their listings show up first and often with labels such as GREAT VALUE or BEST MATCH. When I was finally able to speak with a "sales associate" I found that with all of the add-ons and "processing fees" the final walk out the door price was often $8-10,000 more than what was initially advertised. Thank goodness I did not travel to see the vehicles in person as it would have been a complete waste of time.

Price 37,900 on here. When I got there they stated online it states 3k down to get online price. Okay fine. Than added they added low jack system which adds another 2-3k. I don’t need or asked for low jack system on vehicle. Yet it’s required to be paid. Then I have to purchase an insurance plan $5000. to get price which covers a whole lot of nonsense. Which again I don’t need. As I am 3 hours away and won’t come back to dealership for any services. But it can’t be declined. All in all for me to purchase vehicle advertised at 37,900. I would have to pay close to 51-53k with taxes and registration and plates. So not a great experience as I walked into the dealership with 42,000 cash to purchase the vehicle.

Please read through these reviews! They charge $10,000 additional, in mandatory fees, on top of their internet-listed pricing! And you cannot remove any of the mandatory items (including a catalytic converter warranty) to lower that cost. It's a flat $10,000 on top of whatever price you see listed. It's an unethical and predatory practice. This dealership is not to be trusted.

This place is a total scam. They said the vehicle was available and after I made arrangements to drive several hours to pick it up, they told me it was sold, but they had another one very similar but it was $5k more. That was a month ago, and they still have the car listed for sale. It's a total bait and switch operation. Stay away,....scam, scam,scam, scam, scam, & scam.

Went here to look at a m340i that though high in mileage was the certain trim I wanted. Once there they were hesitant on negotiating and even letting me know the price since they knew I wasn’t gonna like their 10k added bonus fees before tax! They told me I’d never find a dealer with a better car and were super pushy. Less than a week later I bought a lower mileage fully loaded m340 for less!

Please AVOID at all cost! I drove 3 hours to purchase a Durango they had in stock on several websites. The salesman immediately told me the vehicle was sold! Mind you I had called prior to taking the trip. I was pretty disappointed but was open to other options. The salesman should really find a different job because he was more concerned about how much money I came in to the dealership with, rather than trying to assist. A HEADS UP the prices on the vehicle are not the prices. Apparently it’s is required to pay an additional $8493 to all vehicle prices. There is a required charge for low jack and whatever there version of warranty. THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL! I asked. Just avoid, they will upsell you. I walked out within 20minutes.

Dealership response was very fast and they was very helpful. Didn't rush me when sending new pictures of different BMW's I was interested in. Great communication. Even tho they didn't have what I was looking for, their response time and care is definitely a plus.

Dealer responded back quickly, went in on Saturday, met with my salesman Matt and was driving home in a new truck in 3 hours. If you are in the market go see Matt at Power Motors East, he treated me like family, laughing and joking the whole time. My best experience so far buying a car!!

Avoid this dealership like the plague, In their fine print, they tell you the advertised price reflects a down payment of $3,199. A lot of used car dealers are doing this now. They will tell you "all dealerships are doing it" For starters this is plain false, if a dealership has to advertise fake prices to get you in the door, it screams red flag. Plenty of reputable dealers advertise the actual price of the vehicle. On top of the down payment, they add another 2-3k onto the price of the vehicle for "Services" that you cant say no to. The sales person will then play the game of talking to the manager when you say no, they they'll "Meet you halfway" but you still end up paying at least thousands over the advertised price. This is not including tax, so you're looking at the taxes and then 4-5k over that.

About what I expected from a used car dealer, person I spoke to wasn't there when I arrived, early. Vehicle I cam to see was already sold. However. Another salesperson said she would be happy to help me and she was very helpful. Showed me 2 two other trucks. They were very similar to the one I came to see. The mandatory fees were unexpected and a deal breaker for me. 14000 in taxes, LoJack service, superficial protection plan(stains, small rips, nothing mechanical nor electrical), dealer fees, dmv fees, etc. I read some really bad reviews on Google from out of state customers. That as well soured me walking in. All in all the trucks looked to be in good shape, the sales people were very professional and inviting. If not for the mandatory "options" fees and the bad reviews from others, I might have signed.

They posted a 2015 X6M on their website and I called for 10 days straight they told me the car was in transit. I have bought cars from across the country that didn’t take 10 days to ship. They most like are doing a bait and switch to get customers to look at other vehicles. There is a reason they have 2 stars on CarGurus.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Power Motor East, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. I made not one but two trips, each spanning three hours each way, all the way from Connecticut to their dealership, and it was an utterly wasted effort. First and foremost, their customer service was deplorable. I was met with indifference and a complete lack of professionalism. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, leaving me feeling like I was inconveniencing them with my presence. The disregard for my time and effort was palpable. What truly infuriated me was their dishonesty about pricing. It was evident that they were not straightforward about costs, and they even tried to push additional warranties that were clearly optional. I agree with other reviews here. I was giving this dealer the benefit of the doubt but they failed miserably. The car price on cargurus is about 10,000 cheaper, they lure you in and then hit with added fees. The price on cargurs is a few thousand below and comes up as a great deal but the reason is becuase dealer says thats with the " assumption " of a down payment, plus bogus lojack , warranty and other fees they throw in. Please check for your self, if I wanted to pay a new car price then i would go to the car dealer not pay a new car price for something used. Wow, you guys should be transparent. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! I normally do not write a review, this time I do wanna make this review for the sake of good honest people who wants the best value for the money. I wanna say beware of this dealer, its not a place to shop for a affordable choices. Second, the price you see online, with the price that they will show it to you in person will be by 10,000 dollars more. They force you to get out with no car or get the car with theirs ridiculous terms, like 4500 for mechanical insurance , 1500 for car theft protection program for 2 years i believe. plus you will pay the documentation, lot fee and what ever else they apply to the car , like I said another 10,000 more to the advertisement price. ! This is me from Philly, I was going to buy an Audi A6 2016.Drove 2hrs and 20 minutes online price 14,910. I called to confirm price and availability before I left home.I made it there just to find out all this bs, they told me 22,900. Wasted a whole day. So, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!

Deceptive pricing. Listed at $42K, but when you call you’re informed that the “actual” price is $51K+ before TTT. Several non-negotiable add-on fees like LoJack, protection plans, etc. When questioned about the bait-and-switch pricing tactic, they said it isn’t deceptive since it’s listed in the dealer vehicle notes. Further, read the numerous negative reviews and the unprofessional responses from the dealership. Completely unacceptable in today’s age of informed consumers.

Price is a bait to make it seem like you’re getting a really great deal above market value. You would never know the hidden “fees” if you did not directly go on their website. Price is after a $2995 down payment so the car is actually $26,805 before the hidden fees. After the hidden fees the REAL price is $31,795. Their website doesn’t even list the prices of their cars, that in itself should be a red flag. Price is much higher than advertised. If they really wanted to be an honest dealer - they would have added it in their deal notes on CarGurus. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Like you have read this dealer has many added fees. Shouldn’t advertise a price and then surprise people with hidden fees. We people see a price advertised on Car Guru that’s what they expect to pay. Warning expect to pay hidden fees here. I drive a hour and a half. Called twice not one mention of fees. I was there 5-8 minutes the price for the two trucks I was looking for increased to outside my price range.

Service was great, lets be honest the vehicle’s are priced 6-8k under market value so As long as you understand that they add fees to the advertised price to make up for the under market value online pricing you’ll leave the dealer w the car you really want !! A lot of people complain about the fees. But noone will sell you a car 8k under market value. Thats why all their cars have amazing prices, to get customers through the door. Thanks for everything!! I met a Salesmen named John who was very nice and professional but dealership failed to tell me about the $7000 in fees excluding taxes. Power Motor East has a beautiful 2019 Mercedes Benz 450 AWD Coupe listed as $39,710 but I was informed it was $47,000, I could've saved my time and gas!

Dealer personnel reached out via email stating they have vehicles I may be interested in. I responded asking if the Jeep I inquired about was still available. I again received a very generic response from the dealership stating they may have vehicles I'm interested in. I once again replied stating that I'm only interested in the vehicle I inquired on and would not want my time wasted. 2 days later I received a response with 3 words "no longer available", yet it's still on the dealerships website. Overall the professionalism in email correspondence was lacking and generic. I rather deal with a dealership who connects with the buyer and presents real interested in helping.

Dealer severely marks up the advertised prices with fees that are unreasonable. Don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere that’s more straightforward and honest. I may be slightly off with some of these numbers but they had a 1) “reconditioning and service fee” of nearly $2500 2) $995 “Bank Fee” 3) some other fee I didn’t understand Approximate advertised price of $45k Price after laundry list of fees and charges: $55k (cash) and $53.5 if you financed it. Absolutely nuts.

Went into the dealership as a highly motivated buyer, to see two cars. One car was not on their lot, which is understandable giving them the benefit of the doubt that it did not come in yet. The other car could not be test driven because of no gas and a flat tire. Continued to give them the benefit of the doubt, I let them appraise my car so that I could trade it in when the cars would be available. Two weeks later, after I followed up numerous times, I have yet to hear back on my appraisal and the status of the interested car. It seems like they are not motivated to sell. Do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate dealership, with motivation not only to sell cars, but to provide customer service.

I inquired about the vehicle and someone called me to say it was still available and when can I come see it? I told her we are about 1.5 hours away and need to figure out best time. She then placed me on hold and said that the vehicle was no longer on the showroom floor and she would call me when it was back.. The next day I called again to see if it was back and she said no she will call me.. I never received a call and the vehicle is still listed on CarGurus.. I read a lot of the reviews and decided that a trip there would not be worth it anyway.

The price you see on CarGurus never reflects the price they sell at, expect to tack on another 7k in charges, they would fair better listing their actual selling price on their ads instead of showing a price that reflects a standard down payment, their refurbishing fee etc. they list it lower to get a better deal rating on CarGurus, great vehicles, would not recommend

This dealership is the most dishonest business I’ve dealt with in a long time. They advertised an extremely deflated price to attract potential buyers, and don’t disclose huge dealer surcharges (~$8k without taxes on a vehicle advertised at $38k). Textbook bait and switch tactic, stay away from these guys. What a waste of time.

My wife wanted this vehicle, but when I requested the purchase order (bill of sale), it was $8,900 more than the listed price. When I questioned them about the markup, I was told to visit their website and read the disclaimer. We ended up buying an X5 at a different dealership. (Honesty is the best policy!)

Waste of time! They added about $10k to their internet price. I have spent over a decade in car business and never seen this much nonsense. It’s one story after the next and fees that makes no sense. Please don’t waste your time going to this place! Buying a vehicle should be fun and exciting - but these folks are trying to reap people off. I guess it’s part of their business model.

The salesman Adrian was who handled my request for information and trade in offer. Unfortunately they seem a bit sketchy as this vehicle is listed for $35k, which is what many other similar listings of the same car/mileage are selling for. So im a very motivated buyer. Well, Adrian informed me through a series of excuses that the vehicle is actually $43k. So be aware this dealership has some shady business practices and doesn’t seem to have a knowledgable sales staff.

This dealership is trash. I travelled all the way 3 hours to the dealership as they said they would discuss the price only in person. I checked many times if the online price listed is correct and they said yes. After going to the dealership they added almost 8000$ to the listed online price. I asked them why would they not tell the fees online or on call when I checked and the sales person told that to attract people they will not mention it online. Atleast they did not mention on call. They want the people to come to the dealership looking at low online listings is why they mention less prices itseems. Worthless to travel to this dealership. Worst experience ever.

I’ll start off with a heads up for anybody that’s looking to purchase a car from Power Motors East. The price you see on there site or CarGurus, add an additional 7k to it. That’s there hidden fees. Don’t get me wrong, Power Motors had tons of nice and luxury cars but first off, the car’s steering wheel couldn’t even stay in position. And than I looked at another car which had an accident reporter and the salesperson was denying it. He didn’t want to do any negotiating when I brought up the accident. Good cars but not good salespersons.

Customer service is trash. When I got there they put with thus guy who stated they are going to check to see if I was approved for the vehicle, I asked him how long because I had a baby In the car he said he would let me know. 10 minutes later he got in his car n left. Terrible place to do business with.They will sell you a car that needs a brand new transmission 2 days later. These people are scam artists, they will be nice and helpful until they taking your hard earned money then do nothing to help you when they sell you a car that needs serious work. I bought a 2018 jeep compass on a Saturday and that Monday EVERY light on the dashboard came on. Turns out the car was 3 quarts low on oil which these people FAILED to check before selling me this vehicle, after salesman Siggy said a "mechanic" looked at it Turns out the car I bought with 29k miles 48hours prior needed a whole new transmission. Autovanta did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me. They refused to give me a loaner or rental without me paying for it after I was sold they would get me one for the inconvenience! This is AFTER I traded them my older Jeep and put $4k down- only 2 days prior. Refused to help or even offer to pay my first month.

The price listed of $23,770 is what the third party vehicle listing service was provided. When I spoke with the dealership, I was informed there is a $695 bank acquisition fee, a $3,495 dealer reconditioning fee, and $1,995 assumed down payment. When you add the assumed down payment and fees, the actual car list price is $29,955. A complete and total misrepresentation on this vehicle. If you go to the dealer's site, you can see these fees listed (or an estimated range of them). The dealer is using the third party vehicle listing platform to gain interest and avoid disclosing the vehicle's actual cost. What looks like a great deal is actually disguising an overpriced vehicle. Not professional. Just list the price you want to sell the car for. Rate as a 2 for a good vehicle but misleading sales practices.

My salesman was Ziggy he was a pleasure to deal with. I live 3 hours from the dealer so we did all the negotiations over the phone. they gave me a fair value for my trade in and a fair price for the jeep. When I arrived to test drive the jeep there was a few things I wanted taken care which they did and delivered me the jeep two days latter. The numbers we negotiated on the phone were honored when I arrived for the test drive. Their finance guy ( forgive me for not remembering his name) was also pleasant not trying to over sell me a bunch of extras. This was a pleasant buying experience. .

The vehicle was involved in an accident and the dealer was not able to locate a report on the damage. The dealer should be in the control of the vehicle in their inventory. Purchasing vehicle online would require cooperation from all parties in order to have a smooth transaction and avoid headache.

Extremely disappointed in this dealership. Informed the dealership before discussing the vehicle that I had my own financing through our local credit union. After agreeing to a sales price searching out the shipping of the vehicle and making arrangements, they backed out and said the financing must come through them. I guess the money on the sale of the vehicle along with their additional fees wasn’t enough, seems like they wanted to make money on the financing as well. Horrible... I wound up buying this truck from them.. to begin with.. the price you show is not the price when you get there.... left only to find that they don’t have a second key... Owner tells me he will send a locksmith to program one for me.. The locksmith contact me and say that I have to pay for it. When I call Autovanta back, they say I have to pay I say that I was told that the dealership was gonna pay he say he’ll call me back and still hasn’t. Also, one tire had a slow leak, brake light was out, no floor mats... people should not deal with this place.

Hello, I'm Steve I contacted Autovanta thru CarGurus on 02/26/21 regarding a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid for $14,490. I made a CASH offer of $14,000 and I made it clear to them in the message that this was a CASH OFFER. They responded fairly quickly by calling me and saying that the price listed in the ad was after a $1995.00 down payment. I told the woman on the phone that it doesn't ( still doesn't) say that anywhere in their listing and that I'm a CASH BUYER. I then told her that they are scammers and need to put that in the listing. Furthermore , in small print they state " Prices listed on CarGurus will be honored as CASH. Print this and bring it with you" So I'm wondering if she made a mistake not honoring my Cash offer, if she is hard of hearing or maybe they are SCAMMERS ? To the General Manager - The car is still listed for sale, if you want to make this right, contact me. If you make it right I will retract my negative review. Don't respond twisting my words or story with lies.

Didn't answer right away but did call back shortly after. Good price and clean car from photos until you find out that your going to pay an extra $4,000 on top of the advertised price before tax. The extra price is in the fine print in the listing but didn't see it before I called.

They lied about the listed price, I called them to make sure that the price was right, because it’s way bellow market , than The sellers person (Silvana ) email me the information The right price was 41,500+1950 as down payment, I never saw such a thing, plus some dealership fees , the total came up to 46,600 ish After I took knowledge about the REAL PRICE , I agreed with it and told them that I had a car to trade , I sent the pictures through email , didn’t get any answer back , called , email them, still no answer!! Really disappointed with the customer experience, I loved the car, but the lie about the price and the lack of commitment to sale it , changed my mind !!! Be careful make sure about the price info!!

DO NOT GO to his dealership. First the price listed is not the same as the actual total price of the car. They made me travel an hour out of my way to let me know the price of the car was 4k more then listed. The salesman only want your money. Then when I told him the actual value of the car based off KBB and other sites he laughed saying they won't make money. I had a horrible experience and warn you from going there! It was a waste of my time.

I felt that the were not straight forward in terms of hidden fees. Also, I don't think they really try to get you the best bank lower interest even when you have good credit. (they already have their bank) Besides that, they a little pushy in you buying extra unnecessary bumper to bumper insurance.

I had already gone to a few dealers, before visiting Autvanta. I met Alex the sales rep, we talked a bit and initially I was shown the wrong vehicle. He recovered very well, got into the car I was looking for in the ad. He was a straight guy, gave good info without the sales hype. I found this dealership to be helpful and straight forward. I would go back to trade in or shop for replacement vehicle.

This dealer was apparently not willing to negotiate. I made a reasonable offer of $17600 on a vehicle and instead of countering, this dealer simply said that the listed price is the best price. My experience was based on an email interaction and subsequent follow up phone call with a woman at the dealership that was not aware Autovanta had rejected my offer.
