The price on carGurus is not their true listed price. As there is a 25% down payment to get that listed price. So $12990 price is actually $17,995. Which make is a bad deal due to being so overpriced. 8 hours round trip, ready to write a check for the full listed price of $12990, only to leave disappointed and with a feeling of misleads by the disconnect of the listed price and the dealers true price.

The car price displayed on the app is not the real price... it's a bait-and-switch tactic so that when you go there, you'll be surprised to find that the actual price is much higher, at least $10,000 more than what you see now. Even if you call them or they call you, they will deceive you about the price, claiming there are no hidden costs and that the prices are genuine, until you visit the dealer and are shocked by the exorbitant amounts they demand. This is why you see cars sitting in their dealer for a long time without being sold... because the whole process is practically a scam.

They are scammers, state one price on car gurus then hike the price up $10k once ready to buy, drive hours miles to get to the car for them to just sell the car while your money is route after verbal agreements to “lock in on the car” their words not mine. Just some shady individuals running things there. Buyers beware.

I saw the truck listed for 13,299.I showed interest in the truck.I test drove it.I wanted my mechanic to come look at it.I was told no problem.while trying to schedule my mechanic for the next day to look at it not even 24 hours later the price was raised1,200 Dollars.Shadey!

I had a terrible experience at Power Motor Group drove 140 miles round-trip and it was such a waste. They advertised "No fees", but that's false. In addition when the mechanic I hired to evaluate the car before I purchased it pointed out the issue with the car they claimed it had not been seen by their mechanic yet. The second car we looked at was 8,500 when they came back with a cash price it was over 14,000. What? They added 25% to the price of the car. I paid the mechanic over $400 to check out two cars and if they had mentioned the extra 25% I would've known that I will not be buying from them. So Buyer Beware.

Made an appointment to see the vehicle, they sent it out to be cleaned and told me it may not be back in time for my appointment. Then they told me they had to order a part and told me to wait until Monday. Then I inquired and they told me that they sent the car back to where they got it bc the car needed major work. Then I got an email that the car was sold. Instead of just telling me it was sold they jerked me around for 4 days.

Well it was bad. I call to ask about if a car was still available the girl on a phone said yes she made an appointment, I drove more than an hour I got there only to be tall tha the car I call about wasn’t there. Spend money on tolls and time gas (not nice)

Sold be a truck that was broken, when I called for help, I'm told things happen, 3 days and still not fixed and refused to get fixed at a dealership, wanted to use his guy but still waiting, promised a trade in value but did not honor it, plays games with advertised price, you are given one key and they don't even fill the tank(1/4) buyer beware

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! All prices from this dealership are a misleading. Was looking at a 2015 mustang GT with 83,000 miles ( also 2 accidentson the carfax). The listed price is $24,998. After reading other reviews I called to confirm this was the price and the response was "yes that is the amount financed" so I asked what is ment by that and now asked what the total price of the car and they stated "the total price includes a down payment of 20% on top of the $24,998 financed" the actual price being $28,998" ARE YOU INSANE??? needless to say I found a 2017 mustang gt premium and 43,000 miles and another dealership for $27,995 out the door. (Newer, higher spec, lower mileage with no accidents) too bad the lowest rating is 1 star not 0

I had an awful experience while I was there this weekend, while talking about the many imperfections about the Camaro, I mentioned that the brake fluid was black, the salesperson told me he’s owned 30 cars and never once changed the brake fluid, that’s horrible. Walked right out after going over the price. They also didn’t allow test drives with the car “because it’s an SS” but that doesn’t make much sense as the dealerships have insurance for a reason on these cars, I travelled over 2 hours for this dealership overall horrible experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone

I love Power Motor Group and will recommend them to ALL my friends and family! I am soooo pleased with my new Honda Pilot!!! The price you see on all the inventory of this dealer is inaccurate. The price you see is after you pay a 15% down payment. So whatever you see is +15% extra on top of that price, I drove 60 miles in NY traffic to learn this the hard way. They do this to get you in the door so be weary and call first for any questions. The vehicle I looked at was a 5 series and I was told it was being driven by an employee and was pretty dirty in the interior, there were bottles of alcohol in the back, cigarettes and lighter in the cup holder. I called 3 hours ahead of time before I arrived and they didn’t make an effort to move anything from the car or at least clean it up a bit. As a dealership in my opinion I think it is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, the car should be clean and untouched, not driven by different people every week. The mileage I saw advertised was approximately +200 then what is saw online.

Horrible experience!! I called to ask about there dealer fees over the phone before taking A 2hr drive and they told me it was $695, which is a little high but I understand dealerships need to make money. So I take the 2hr drive after all for them to tell me that they also charge a 10% fee from the selling price which on A $37,000 vehicle is $3,700 plus the $695 after I got there, that is ridiculous!!

Jerry was very helpful. I thought the fine print of $2000 down meant that it was included with price but it was an addt’l $2k. Plus I had to finance from them. If I purchased car out right, which was my intentions, the price of vehicle became more than advertised. Jerry was very informative but had I known price wld be more if paid upfront, (my bank offered me a much lower rate) I knew I cldnt afford from the start. Jerry is great and super honest when we got there. Price was just misleading to me prior to going. It was explained after we got there more finely. GORGEOUS CAR.

The price listed is NOT what they are selling the cars at. They say that is the price when you finance with them and put 25% down in addition to the price listed. For example a $15,000 car really cost $20,000, then tag on all the bogus dealer fees. They only tell you this when you go do some paperwork for sale. Very deceitful. Even though on CarGurus web site it states that the price is the selling price and doesn't require additional down payment or trade in value. STAY AWAY from Power Motor Group.

I talked to them about the car and drove up to look at it. Unfortunately the car was sold and actually all the cars that are priced are 20% higher. the calculated price is our after putting a 20% deposit on. I don't spot them for selling a car, their pricing practices are shady.

Very pleasant experience! Once we agreed on price and trade value that was it. No high pressure tactics like I have experienced other places. Took less than an hour to close the deal when I came back. They were very accommodating to my schedule as well! Super happy with the car!!

Sales person is helpful and professional. Office is clean and welcoming. More importantly, vehicles are in great shape and conditions. Providing customers with free carfax reports, which usually cost extra to view. The only problem comes when you are ready to talk about the numbers. The price on cargurus is the financing part only. You have to go to their website for the exact same model of car and examine their terms and conditions, which not many of customers on cargurus would do, but do confirms that you have to pay an extra down payment (in my case is $2500 for a car listed $8500, making the total $11000). Not really appreciate this business model. It is totally understandable for dealerships to make more money, but man, just be honest with it and you will still find right people to take it! Needless to make things so complicated. Don't make car sale a misleading and confusing thing.

These guys are the biggest liars and wait until You are ready to sign papers and pick up your car to tell you that you have to pay an additional $3000.00 on top of the price they advertise. I read the previous comments and for some reason I thought maybe it wasn’t true ...but it is. They have to be the worst dealership that I have ever worked with. DO NOT GO THERE !!!

I spoke with the salesman, who was very helpful, he then transferred me to the owner and he informed me that the $11,995 price for his used 2008 Lincoln Navigator was after you placed a $3,500 down payment on the vehicle. In my opinion this is very deceitful and should have been disclosed up front, which it was not. Therefore the true price for this vehicle $15,495 not, $11,995. I won’t do business here.

This dealer lied to us and you. He advertise a lie price just so the client go to him and so he can raise his prices, he advertised his car was $8995. We call and ask if it Is negotiable and they said yes but in person, however they did confirm the price but when we went there they ask for extra $3500 saying there advertise it to cheap, we left the place confuse, tierd and wasted out gas and time, this dealer was a big fat liar. I have a pictures proof of there lies No good.

went and offered to pay asking price for car and got told there was a 3000 dollar financing fee even though i didn't want to finance car. not true price this dealer is a scammer

They lie, they steal, they run your credit multiple times and they are very pushy. They have all these extra fees to raise the price of the car. I was told 3 times that my deposit would be returned if I changed my mind about a car. When they ran my credit 3 times and offered me a 9% apr I felt that was too high ( My credit score was 730 and I was going to pay down $5000 on a $13000 car). They bugged me day in and day out to get the car. I told them I didn't want it anymore and they refused to return my deposit. JOE, JERRY, and BILL are not to be trusted.

Everything was going well until they told me the 14995 was what they want you to finance after paying 3500 down. Now the cars price is higher than what we saw advertised. The car was gorgeous. The price made me walk

I called this dealer & asked if the listed vehicle was available and they told me it was i then Drove all the way from NYC only to find another guy who already was testing out and already filled out paperwork i hate wasting my time long drive all for nothing.

I started looking at a Honda but a Murano caught my wife's eye. Joe the salesman was GREAT!! With a 622 credit score I was worried but Joe and his team got my wife and I into this great vehicle. Honesty goes a long way and Power Motor Group has it. I give them a 4 1/4 star rating.
