Everything went well up until I got to the dealership. Had been in contact with a sales associate for over 4 days. Made an appointment and got there on time for it. However, the car just left the lot with someone else in it. I got help from “Ace” and he was rude to me and my family! Power Ford does “not honor appointments, regardless they will sell the car even with an appointment for a scheduled viewing and test drive”. He continued to let us know we can look at something else... but to have come from 2 1/2 hours away, and be in contact with a honor of an appointment, and then it gone with no care in the world; not to mention my “sales associate“ Julian was nowhere to be found for over an hour after my “scheduled” appointment. This was an awful experience and I will not be giving them my business.

The title claims that most of the trucks are the lariat model so he started licking on them only to realize they are not. OK, maybe there was a mistake with one of them, nope. False advertising

The dealer did not send pictures like I asked but instead kept trying to get my email address and phone number. When I visited the dealership the person responding to me didn't exist at the location and there was no vehicle as advertised. The whole thing was a set-up to get information so they could hound me about a truck and I took the bait. Don't be foolish as I was.

Dealer contact attempts were only focused on gaining my personal contact information, not on providing details or availability of the vehicle I inquired about. Pretty much turned me off from this dealership and I ended up taking my business elsewhere.

I went to see this car three separate times, first time it was in the shop, but I came by earlier than I had originally planned so that was alright, I came back at the time of my scheduled appointment - it was still in the shop. Then I came a couple of days later and they had sold the car.

I was very happy with my experience at Power Ford. I made my appointment to see the truck when I wanted and they had the truck ready for me to test drive when I arrived. The entire process from test drive to purchase was the fasted I'd ever expirenced. 3 hours. Great!

Sales "associate" did nothing but use what seems to be, templates instead of a personal experience. I asked for the best price, rep said she will get with a manager but never sent me a message. This dealership does nothing but leads customers on with no results. I will never do business with Power Ford, I will spread the word to my fellow truck enthusiastic as well. RIP to a dealership I had faith in..

Received several emails about vehicles I was interested in from several people. Test drove several vehicles, I was really looking to buy. Salesman was very good and attentive but Managers would not budge a penny on the price (on two vehicles) so I bought elsewhere.

The automated response contacted me. "I" contacted them for 3 days trying to nail down a deal. I would contact them in the morning, they would tell me they would contact me back within an hour w/ details. Never happened , I would call them back at the end of the day each time. They didn't have any details either time ( they said they got busy and put it on the back burner). Finally talked w/ a Manager, to find out the truck actually had 5,500 miles not 5 miles as advertised, and he worked hard to get price down to $36,500 not $34,600 as advertised. THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE!!! Don't waste your time, Deal with someone who will really take care of you

The process was transparent and had competent personnel to deal with. As a business owner this is the type of business that makes it easy to do repeat business, because everyone is on the same level. Truck bought and picking it up next week. Definitely attentive professionals.

I didn't feel overall this was a smooth process and decided to go elsewhere. I I was told I'd receive a call back and didn't hear back from anyone; only an email. Integrity takes one a long way, especially with a company as big as Power Ford. Thanks, but no thanks.

Terrible. Set appointment but had to search for salesperson when I was told they would meet me with the car. When located, representative stated the car needed parts which is why it was not available. We asked to see it anyway, but rep could not find the car; then found out it had been sold the day prior. I had just communicated with the sales manager that morning concerning my appointment. Seemed to be little interest in my visit. I will never visit this Ford dealer again.

My salesman Ray was awesome!!!! My truck was taken off their lot when I showed up to look at it, but Ray asked me to hang out a bit to see if the finacing went through. It didn't so me and Ray jumped in a lot car and retrieved my truck from the other location. Its now mine and power Ford got me my f150 4x4. Awesome buying experience!

they contacted me then gave me a bait and switch on price telling me 10k in mark up. i know ever nut and bolt on this car and what fully loaded cost. when i asked why the asked it up 10k he said thats the regular pricing and became very rude. so if he know so much about the "regular" pricing he wold know about the vehicle its self???? incorrect he asked if i wanted an auto or manual when the car only comes in one color. he then stated that the reason it was so high was because of the stealth grey color...... the only color option that had a price associated with it is nitrous blue. so either they think their potential customers are stupid or they are just outright liars. either way they did NOT earn my business

The dealer said the truck needed a couple parts I told him we wanted the truck for sure and Patrick said we were the first ones to look at it when it got done getting detailed and the part replaced! This is after talking to him many times because we definitely wanted the track and guess what they sold it ! I am the one that had to call and find out !! so I will never go there am furious because we turned down two other trucks because this is the one we wanted!

Power Ford was the only dealership that seemed to get in the vehicle we were interested in, regularly. Pro: The salesman, Tony was helpful, and pleasant. Cons: Once we actually went through with the sale, however, the whole sales team jumped in trying to up-sell us on everything, making it take a lot longer than we'd hoped. We purchased an after-market hitch to be installed, which was a painful process with the service department. We came in as scheduled and then had to wait around 6 hours for the vehicle to be returned to us, with many intermediate promises of it being ready soon. If we'd been told it would take 6 hours upfront, we could have planned our day differently. Instead we were left waiting there the entire time. It turns out, they actually took the vehicle across town to have it installed (didn't do it at all there at Power Ford), which would also have been helpful information to be given before going through the process. Our biggest complaint is how long it took for them to actually send us the Title, long after taking our money (we paid outright) and after the 30 day period for our temporary permit! While they re-issued another temporary permit for us, we were charged a couple of hundred extra dollars in taxes when we were finally able to take in our Title to register the vehicle, because it was after the 30 day period (all because Power Ford took too long to send it). We have purchased vehicles before from other places, and always came home with the Title, so this was surprising and disturbing, especially for such a large place and so many people working. I hope to not have to deal with Power Ford again.

Dealer called, lied to me and said the vehicle wasn't on the lot, yet i was standing right beside it. Drove 8 hours to pick two of these vehicles up, with their vin numbers matching those here, yet they dont have any, and haven't in months. Never go there again

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership. Their sales manager Eddie had to have been the rudest person I have ever met. He literally insulted me more than once and sold the vehicle I was looking at from right underneath me.

Got back in touch with me really quickly, however the sold the car I was looking at without even telling until I test drove a different car. I ended up buying a different car but they kept messing up the paperwork and took longer than it should to actually drive home with the car. It's an ok dealership with niice people but very disorganized.

When I arrived at Power Ford, the vehicle we were interested in had three employees leaning up against it having a chat. The previous Friday I had contacted Kim and told her I would be in on Monday to look at the Ridgeline. She said "make sure I asked for her". When I did that on Monday she came out, introduced herself and said "George would be our sales rep" and went back inside the building. As I was doing a visual inspection of the truck, George was just standing there not doing much of anything. After several attempts to open the doors of the Ridgeline, I had to ask him to unlock it. The detailer had slung wax on the tires and wheel wells. The truck was filthy/obviously not cleaned. The low tire pressure sensor was showing a low tire and the windshield washer fluid was empty. Not a good impression. Then they wanted me to pay close to full price for a vehicle that had obvious front end damage and bad front tires. I'll never go back to Power Ford again.

Dealer called, said they had a deal, went to lot, no one could find it, but said we had a recent trade in, "we are close on price", had to go through inspection first, went back 10 days later, no one knew what happened to it, finally someone said it went to action. Two more weeks, it shows up on their website, for sale, $4,000 more than what we are looking for. Why can't used car dealer not LIE, would not ever deal with these folks again, wasted numerous visits.........
