The truck was being advertised as blue. They failed to tell me that it was a full repaint and was originally metallic gray. Making a several hour journey just to find out something that should have been disclosed from the beginning

BEWARE of Taylor at Portage Ford who the dealer I dealt with. She was initially very nice but once questions were asked about the vehicle she quit responding to me and sold the vehicle within an hour after telling me that another potential buyer was coming later in the day. She can NOT be trusted and will sell out to an easier option as our deal was in the works and I was making plans to pay full price and travel to this dealership. She is shady and not upfront. Would not buy here if given the chance again.

Engaged immediately, continued to make contact. Didn't buy the car there. Too far away.
Overall experience was TERRIBLE. Drove 14hrs (rt) to get a car. We were first told we'd have to finance through their dealership if we were going to finance. We had no
plans to finance through them. We had the money wired on Fri, provided the confirmation from our bank. We were told if money wasn't received by the end of the day. We
couldn't take the car until Mon (no plans for us to stay until Mon). The GM told FInance they won't drive RT 14 hrs to deliver the car, once money was received. Finally at
4pm they notified us they had received the wired money. After a very LONG frustrating day we were on our way home.
Our sales lady (Taylor) was AWESOME! As well as the Services Dept! Thank you to these 2 groups.
The dealership didn't do ANYTHING to make our experience worth the long drive, or to refer them to anyone.

Was lied to by sales people. The shop did things to make this truck look good, but didn’t bother to fix the important things, like the cut brake cables.

Fantastic! Found my dream machine! Great sales staff, Sawyer and Dale! Very nice! Even delivered my purchase for free, same day and over 100 miles! Highly recommend and will go there again!

I would not go back to them called about a truck they had I was told they was willing to negotiate and when I drove over to look at the truck (1.5 hours away) I was told the best they would do was $500 off and that they had already had someone come in and do a credit app a couple days prior
