Excellent experience, no fuss, responsive, creating a very comfortable environment. Shout out to Justin and Caitlyn made the process seamless, and transparent. Justin in particular made the entire process, really comfortable and I enjoyed working through the process with him.

The vehicle was as advertised. Was in really good condition. Made purchasing easy. Only complaint was they added $400 for door guards I did not ask for which made the listed price higher than advertised.

Misleading add. I should have believed the reviews. Car was listed for $19,593. Somehow, after the test drive, it went up to $23,500. I asked how did the price go up $4,000 from the listing price and the explanation was Military and College Grad Discount ($500 each) and a $799 Fee. Nice that our Veterans have a discount and I understand the fee and discount for College Grads, but that doesn’t add up to $4,000. So, the explanation for the difference was “accessories”. Overall, just a waste of my time. The sales guy was nice. The manager was condescending. I do not recommend this place.

As you indicated, you are not eligible for the military or college grad offers, totaling $1,000. That amount was added to the price you saw advertised on Car Gurus. $19,593 + $500 +$500 = $20,593. responsive sales team, would've bought the Nismo Z from them but found it at another dealer close by without the market adjustment. Outside of that really liked this group, very personable and upfront.

Prompt and responsive. Did not buy the car from them because the listing had adaptive cruise control listed as a feature, but after I confirmed that with the dealer it turned out the car did not have that feature.

Port city Nissan ruined my first new car buying experience with their deception, dishonesty, greed, and overall questionable business ethics. Promotions offered on their website were all of a sudden "no longer available", despite still being advertised 8 days after my purchase. Vehicle features listed online weren't actually on the vehicle (to which they're response was "yeah, our website guys don't always know", and, in the days after the sale, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get help with anything! They couldn't respond quick enough before the sale, but after, they handed me off to one another like a hot potato, and emails went unanswered. Would I buy from or recommend Port City Nissan? No Way!! There are much better options out there! On the plus side, I learned some very valuable lessons for my next new car experience.

When I was chatting with one of their reps in the internet department, she was absolutely amazing. However, when I got to the dealership the first time, one of the finance managers referred me back to the internet when I asked about pricing for one of the cars I test drove. I thought that was weird and I didn’t intend on going back in because it didn’t seem like they wanted my business. Then, the internet rep contacted me again and worked hard to find the right car for me. So I gave them another chance because she was so incredibly nice. I test drove the Chevy Traverse With my husband and loved it. The sales guy we were working with was not being transparent with us about the price of the car. He pressured us big time to buy the car right then and there and I hate to say that I fell for every single bullying sales tactic he threw at us. I later realized that he was trying to charge us more for the car than what was posted on the internet. I do not recommend this dealership.

Communication was good, the sales people were friendly and not pushy. They spent time answering questions and agreed to let their paint and body expert speak with me concerning how to treat areas of rust on the vehicle. Then, after the purchase, they had the truck delivered to my home! Never seen that done before. Overall great experience. Forgot the inspection sticker and have to recheck the punch list. I'd go back as in addition, the truck was reasonably priced and they put alot of new hardware on it to make it safe.

Was a little pushy at first to try and get me in to buy the car that day to take advantage of incentives that were expiring. Once I told him my status on the car search he backed off and said he would welcome my visit later that week.

Great place to go for vehicles and price was not bad at all. Only issue was the service.... Car was not delivered on the day we had agreed on and came with a missing floor mat. Did not appreciate the compensation that they had (which was none) Everything went great until I got my car a day later than I wanted it too. Car is running fine for now but ish the service was better

After receiving an acknowledgement of my inquiry I requested a build sheet for the advertised Vette. The dealership responded in a very timely fashion and I called to discus the car and the warranty and pricing. I advised the individual I contacted that I wanted clarification on the price. She talked to her manager and said the price was firm but I could make an offer. I emailed an offer with a detailed explanation of my analysis/evaluation of the value of the Vette to two representatives of the dealership. They never responded to my email but continue to send me "computer generated" notices about how serious they are about obtaining my business and asking if I have any questions. It's obvious that they are not reading my responses and apparently have no interest in me as a person. Extremely disappointed in their rude treatment of a potential customer.

Roland, unfortunately we have to field low, long distance offers on specialty vehicles quite often.  Your offer came through as a forwarded email to another dealership.  Kelly wasn't even sure if it was meant for her.  Our records indicate that your offer was discussed over the phone and we closed your account when no agreement was reached.  We read every email, responded quickly and addressed your low offer politely.  It's quite unfair to call this treatment "rude".  If you'd like a copy of our transcripts please call Ben at Port City, 603-431-6500.

Instant response from Internet contact through CarGurus. Christiaan was pleasant to work with and eager to make the test drive as thorough as possible and as long as I felt it was necessary. He was through in his follow-up. He put effort into getting to know what I was looking for. Great guy, but a little less talking during the test drive would have allowed me to focus more on the car. But overall, very good experience.

Scheduled a test drive for a practically new BMW M5. I did not have much time over the lunch hour, so asked the internet sales lady to have a sales person contact me before I went to the dealership. Charlie Browne called me and we decided to meet at 12:30. I was there right on time, and as I pulled into a parking spot, Charlie walked out of the building with the M5 keys. He answered all my questions, did a walk around and then we were off for a couple mile test drive. All done in less than half hour, smooth execution. I am still in the market for the M5 but wanted to share my smooth and professional, no-hassle experience at Port City Nissan.

I provided upfront information about my credit score, down payment and trade in plan. I was told that was not a problem. I came in, test drove the vehicle, sat down with Ryan, who at first was nice and professional until he looked at my trade in, he was then rude and short with me. He came back with a quote showing the price of the car ($1500 more than listed on the website), he said I wouldn't be able to be financed without a down payment or co-signer AND they wanted to charge ME $400 for a new key for the used car I was looking at. Horrible horrible place. It was a waste of my time. Even after I had explained my situation prior to making an appointment!!!

Everything they said they were. The LS was beautiful and a steal at the price they were asking. I didn't buy the car, because I wasted my time driving to RTE 111 auto in Hampstead, and when I saw what they advertised, what it actually was, the car at Port city had been sold . A great dealership, and would highly recommend them. Wonderful sales people, professional and polite

Overall good experience. A small problem with vehicle I purchased in reference to listed mileage and actual mileage, but was assured it was a clerical error..a bit disappointed but overall I would say they are a reputable dealership
