I completed the pre qualifying app with POT and was going to come into the dealership the following morning to complete the purchase. However comma I received a call that evening from the sales manager that the car had just been sold. The next day the dealership contacted me and asked if there was another vehicle that I might be interested in - I said yes and now own a Porsche Cayman.

Spent almost 4 hours finishing up purchase of a used Honda Accord. I told the salesman to plz have the car ready as we r in a rush. They kept telling me car is being washed. I asked for one repair to be done on the car which they said would be taken care of. I got the car back close to four hours later and the repair was still not done the car was only washed. Horrible customer service

I'm a first time buyer with less than perfect credit and a colorful past so to speak, they got me approved to my surprise but it was for none of the cars I wanted to see I could have got the car with about haf down and a hefty monthly payment,kinda makes you wonder what's the point.its not like I dont have a full time job and can cover the cost in a reasonable amount of time

I contacted the dealership on a Thursday 9/3 regarding a 718. I told them i wanted to think about the purchase before committing & would make final decision the next Monday 9/7. They said just put down a $500 deposit so it’s removed from inventory that Friday 9/4. I let them know Monday 9/4 that I decided against the deal & I asked about my deposit being returned & never heard back from them again. Salesperson was nice, finance guy was nice but if someone says they want to give it more thought, don’t lock them into a non-refundable deposit.

The folks at Porsche of Tucson were extremely helpful. The delivery of my new car was the only thing that needed adjusting. Toni, my salesman, delivered my car to me at the airport after hours. I would absolutely recommend working with these people. I love the SUV too. Thank you!

I reached out to let the dealer (Mario Mendivil, Porsche of Tucson) know I wanted this vehicle. I got a quick response and once I hooked them up with my bank, they finalized the deal by the end of the day (Friday)! After the deal closed, Mario informed me a chip was found in my windshield, and they replaced it at no cost to me. I had my squeaky clean vehicle delivered to me Monday morning, and it all went very smoothly. Mario was and continues to be very professional and attentive. He has emailed and texted me to ask how things are going. I appreciate that very much! I was super nervous doing this on my own in the middle of a pandemic, but it went better than I could ever hoped for. Thanks Porsche of Tucson, especially Mario Mendivil!

Not too good. I called to tell them I was going to get my own financing for the advertised price of 10,874. They told me that hat was fine but they had some one coming to look at the truck that day, did I want to put money down? I told them no and would call the next day to see if they still had it. I did and they told me they sold it a couple days before which would have been a day before I called about the financing. It was still listed on car gurus, but at the price of 14,200 . We don’t do business like that where I’m from

Contacted Dealer, negotiated the price, a day later I spoke to Finance Manager to finalize the deal. I am still waiting "OVER-NIGHTED" papers to sign (1/16) is now 1/19 and Monday is a Holiday. Anyway the deal is done. Dealer is already setting up shipment of said vehicle for last week in Jan. Overall Satisfied.

Very annoying! I did not contact dealer, was just looking at online photos. A sales person made several calls to me,(David F.) and I even sent an email stating I wasn’t interested in vehicle shown and I still got more calls!! A little too aggressive and annoying. Still love carGurus!

There's more to my story, but here's the gist of it. Contacted them when car was going for $5500. Asked if they'd go down on the price because I could see maybe as much as $1000 in needed work. Was told the car was sold. It's now back and, you guessed it, for $1000 more. Probably had nothing to do with it but still not nice to tell me it was sold when it wasn't.

Carmina was as pleasant as anyone could be. She explained the whole process and never left us waiting with questions. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

We've cut a deal for the Vehicle. The only question I wish I'd asked if would it be possible to have the vehicle shipped to me rather than going to Tucson to pick it up.
