Very responsive
These guys are the best, specifically I want to mention Nic Dubroillet and Rafael Medina for helping me with my purchase of a 2019 Cayman 718. They were very professional, returned my calls and questions very promptly, and were very knowledgeable and resourceful in putting this deal together. Rafael helped me negotiate a great price along with hooking it up with great prices on warranties and Nick was amazing at providing me all the resources I need to make a complicated transaction remotely from where I am in Atlanta. I can't recommend this dealership enough to anyone in the market for a Porsche whether you live in St.Louis or in a completely different state and city like me.

Very easy to deal with and accommodating. Picked me up at the airport and I was driving home within an hour. Followed up we ith me after I arrived back home to see if I had any questions. Very pleased with service and the car.

I spoke with Leslie she was awesome. We tried to work out a sale but it didn’t happen. That’s the color inside and out that I’m looking for, it was also in the price range and mileage I desired. It was going to be a cash deal. With it being slightly overpriced and me paying 3 grand more in ad valorem taxes for my state and transport fees I would have been upside down. But I’m still in contact with them and still looking. Thanks

Great vehicle, service was not great when it came to leaving with the vehicle I purchased. They forgot to put gas in it. Then they forgot to get sticky stuff off of the dash, just a lot a time wasted for me by their car servicing department.

The car’s accident and damage free history seems to be misrepresented. Although the car’s listing includes a CARFAX that shows no prior accidents or damage, the dealer has body shop pictures that show the car had major restorative body work which required extensive bonding, and body panel and door removal. The service history also showed, among other things, that the car’s AC was inoperable, and has been for some time. That information was only confirmed after I reviewed the service history and asked a few questions.

Nice salesperson
I live 13 hrs away from Porsche of St Louis and I called the salesman Josh Ogilvie . Within an hour after the phone call Josh sent a narrated video of the car running, as well as interior and exterior details. Purchased the car and the Team at Porsche assisted with delivery literally to my front door. Plenty of nice Maserati GTC here in my state that are less than an hour away, however NONE of them put in the work , detail or customer service that I received over the phone with Josh Ogilvie of Porsche St Louis 13 hrs away .

Total dog and pony show. I specifically asked for information on a
yellow Boxster. When asked, they simply told me it didn’t lease well
and I should look at a different car. I didn’t want a different car....they
weren’t listening. My favorite was the old “what do you want your
payment to be” trick. No thanks. I had higher expectations from a
Porsche dealer.

It took a while to hear back. We decided to drive there to test drive and the salesman was shocked we were 15 minutes away. He had the car out and ready for us to drive. We weren't allowed to take car on test drive without salesman, who was very personable, but new. Wife has severe fragrance allergies, and he had scent, so it was a no go having him go with. He asked the manager if we could take it, and we were denied. Good thing we'd already decided the vehicle was smaller than we wanted. Not a welcoming place. Won't be going there again.

Sales associate Fred, manager Jonathan, and finance guy John were all a pleasure to work with. Fred promptly returned calls regarding questions about the condition and options of the vehicle. In his absence, Jonathan discussed the drivability and functions of the auto while John in finance was able to find me a lower rate than I could get in my home state. I have never bought a car sight unscene but they to this point have put me at ease. I am simply waiting on the paperwork to be overnighted and they will then arrange shipping of the vehicle. If you are in the market for a Porsche and are thinking about doing business with this dealership, I hope you have the same pleasurable experience that I have had.

The specs they listed for the car I was looking at we're basically a
lie. They said it was automatic and it is clearly a stick, and had a
sunroof and navigation system and the car clearly had neither in
their pictures. I was very unhappy with the dealer listing.
