I drove 50 miles to make my appointment, and when I arrived the salesman told me that the car had sold this morning and that he forgot to tell me. Pure trash customer service.
Inquired about the car. Got back to me within a day. I requested info and video of car, which i got within a day, so far so good. Made offer on car, a few grand less than asking. Told we can discuss with management following day. Then was told already have offer for 1K less than asking and didnt take it. Then got the old story of "we have a buy coming in 2 days to buy the car at the asking price" here we are 2 weeks later and car still for sale. And on the web site car is now 2K higher asking. This dealership seems to play games, don't waste your time.

This transaction took place via text, sight unseen, and also involved the trade of my 2018 Porsche GTS. Austin Pianovski was on point with everything I needed. Great attention to detail and engaged from start to finish to make sure the deal was closed. Highly recommend and couldn’t be more pleased with the process. Looking forward to driving the wheels off the next GTS!

Guy would call me back just to say he is busy and would have to call me back. After a day of that, he called and said someone was interested in it, but don’t worry they are not buying it. Next day car was sold. Really disappointing

I texted about the car, and later called and spoke with Elvijs. I informed him I was interested in the Carrera.
We spoke and he said he could send me the list of options on the car and high res pics to get a better look
at it. The next day I asked where the pics were, and was informed the car was no longer on the lot and was
gone on an "extended drive"? I asked if the car was still for sale, and was told yes it just wasn't available?
Three days later the pics were sent to me. I zoomed in on the pic and the mileage was different, increased
by approx 750 miles, and the next time I looked on CarGurus, the price increased by approx $5500 if I
remember correctly. I told Elvjis I was out.... and was looking elsewhere. I've since been contacted, but still
not interested.

I called about the car. Salesman called me back an hour later. Car is not on site yet, deal still in progress from another dealer and still being transported. Did text me with status.

Skylar was great to work with. Answered all of my questions in a timely manner and even gave me a CARFAX report on a car from a different dealer. Ultimately found a car at a different dealer but wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again in the future.

I filled out all paperwork for financing and was picking up the vehicle later in the week when the dealership contacted me and said they sold
the car to someone else while they were working on the deal for me. Not impressed at all

All vehicles remain for sales until a buyers agreement is signed or deposit is made. A deposit was not made and financing was being processed not by us. We understand it is disappointing to have a deal not work out as one hopes, It is not uncommon to have several customers looking at the same vehicle with our aggressive pricing we offer, Thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business.
