They sent an email and text, they were professional and told me that I could reach out to them if I so desired and describe the car that I was
interested in. We talked for several days and I decided to go with what they offered me although I could have gotten one for less money, this
one interested me more. I flew to Baltimore and they picked me up at the airport, I did not finance my car through them but arraigned
from my local credit union. They were top notched, the person that I had originally spoken with was not there but his stand-in was
outstanding. I had a wonderful buying experience and enjoyed the day any and all questions were answered. I felt at home, they treated me
very well, I had a great time there and plan on dropping in to see them sometime in the near future.

It was a great experience working with Chen and Mark. Chen knew I was running late to include Mark so they waited professionally for me to arrive. I test drive the Panamera Sedan and Cayenne SUV. Both vehicles were impressive and I like the decision I made in the end. Bing H. Chen was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and took the time to show me majority of the mechanics of the vehicles. My experience was first class and I’d recommend anyone looking for. Porsche to contact Chen at Porsche Annapolis. Great team and atmosphere.

the details. He obviously loves his product. Mark Madden facilitated
the finalizing and made the process easy. Both made themselves
available and made sure that we had answers quickly. Everyone at the
dealership was totally professional and congenial.

I still haven't had time to stop by and test drive the car, but they have been great on getting information to me about the vehicle. They also have not pressured me at all. I will be buying a car from them in the near future as long as they have the vehicle I'm interested in is there at their dealership.

so busy at work with major projects and
classes, I was not able to discuss my
interest in detail about one of the
corvettes I saw but, they were consistent
