Very pleasant and contacted me quickly. Dealership was closed so was not able to answer one question but asked me to call back when open. Is not in my driving range but for someone like this would make ride.

Completely inconsiderate. Made plans to go look at a vehicle Wednesday morning. Get there close to noon only to be told it was on another lot an hour away. I had just driven to them from an hour away. Was told to leave name and number, they'd call and bring the car to me. No call. Emailed asking when to expect them, no response. It's now been a week. Don't waste your time.

Polonia Auto Sales may be the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. They have signs up saying "You must wear a mask to enter the office" and yet none of the employees are wearing masks. On top of that I put a down payment on a car on a Monday, set an appointment for Saturday with them and my mechanic, then today (Saturday) I drive an hour from my home to dealership to find out they sold the car I put a down payment on, and all the lady had to say was sorry we forgot to call. That is outrageous! If I put a down payment on a car, they should not sell it in the time it takes me to get there. I was even paying cash and they knew that. The lady even told me they sold it the day after I made the down payment, meaning they knew I had it already. No call, no email, no anything to inform me of their unprofessional selling of a car I had a down payment on. They wasted my time and money and I highly recommend you find somewhere much more professional than them. DO NOT BUY!

Everybody here is very nice! They did a lot to get the car to my mechanic and i appreciate them helping me out. Unfortunately they didnt disclose the fact that the frame is completely rotted away and had been "fixed". Please make sure you have a mechanic look at any car you buy from them. Still get 3 stars for being nice and helpful but its very dangerous to sell a car like this without telling somebody

Although the deal ultimately fell through, I have nothing but praise for Jlo and Elsa who did everything possible to not only make the deal happen but to make sure we were happy. The deal was difficult because the I was buying a car for my son three states away. We just couldn't quite pull it off. I would not hesitate to look for a car at Polonia. Terrific people.
