Everyone was very nice, very polite. I just didn’t like how I got approved and then got there and they told me I wasn’t approved for the amount that I was approved for when I did the application on CarGurus site… when I got there they asked for more money down so I didn’t get the vehicle

The car shown in this photo is not G80 3.5 sport but a G80. When salesman told, he stated car guru made the mistake. No apology for inaccurate description nor has it been corrected. A long drive with disappointing customer service.

I ran into a problem with their sales tactics.
They pressured me to buy a $1,000 Flex
product, which is meant to be a tracker
device that I had no interest in. The Finance
Director told me it was required by their owner
and that it was pre-installed on all their pre-
owned cars. They initially refused to sell me
the vehicle without it. However, when I pointed
out that they can’t force a customer to buy the
Flex product, they suddenly changed their
tune, admitting it was optional. After
experiencing this misleading practice, I
decided not to purchase from them.
Remember, you don’t have to buy these Flex
products if you don't want to.
Was going to trade in my truck. No one could appraise my truck at the dealer. I wasn’t allowed to test drive the car without running credit but at-least the salesman asked if I wanted him to drive the car for me. Dealer reached out to ask about my experience. Told them the issues and never heard from them again.

The paperwork that I was given had a lot of junk fees and mistakes. Asked them to correct the paperwork and get back to me.
Also the Hyundai that we originally looked at had body damage that was not diclosed in there ad.

Fantastic experience. Well deserved consistent 5 start reviews. I called in the morning, pulled in about an hour later and the salesman Greg had the car ready for me. Took my license, gave me the keys and I went for a test drive. Great car. Car was better than described. Made the deal quickly without going to my second appointment of the day, because the manager was fair reasonable and listens to what I had to say. The finance manager, Kristian, saved me money and got me a better rate. No overselling no nonsense. Will be buying from them when my wife needs a car.
Also- the inventory was really nice. I had a specific car in mind but as I was waiting I saw a number of people come in and look at non Buick GMC used cars they had for sale and they were super clean. The new inventory of Sierras, Yukons, Acadias, and Enclaves was really thorough- I was just looking for used.

Email them the 4th of January drove down on Saturday the 7th and purchased the truck Bill delivered it on the 11th GREAT place worth the hour drive thanks Bill for everything
Wanted to buy this truck, had to wait for financing to go thru. After the Holliday, they informed I was approved but needed more down. Was able to come up with the extra, but wasn’t able to get to the dealership until later today. Was informed they had someone else there to look at the truck and before I could get here to put a deposit on it. They sold it. Completely absurd. All they care about is the dollar. Not a future customer.

No pressure sales staff. Eric was great! He was patient as I was there with my two kids as well. Purchasing the car was streamlined and he took much care in going over the new vehicle.
