Got back very quickly but the car was manual and I need an automatic

Although I did not purchase a car from Point Auto, I did appreciate the immediate response to my questions.

I did not end up purchasing this specific vehicle from him but I didn’t purchase a beautiful accord he had. Nate was so nice and patient. I really appreciate it.

Great experience. They came across very open and honest about everything they knew about the van, good and bad. Worked with us to get the radio and navigation system fixed. Overall great experience. Felt like I could trust them, and that is unusual for a used car dealership in my experience. We bought this van and will likely look to Point Auto in the future next time we need a vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I left a message requesting confirmation if they still had the vehicle I'd seen online. They promptly returned my call. I test drove the vehicle - even taking it to a mechanic to be checked. There were no surprises and the mechanic was also impressed with the vehicle and it's price. We reviewed the Carfax and after modest negotiations agreed on a price. I would highly recommend them and have already referred them to a couple friends. Great salesman, great vehicle and thrilled with the whole experience!
