I just purchased a vehicle from these guys earlier today, and the experience could not have been smoother or more pain-free. My first impression was the dealership itself was beautiful and very well maintained, and then I noticed they clearly treat the cars here just as well...every vehicle in the lot was clean and organized. I had the pleasure of working with Ali throughout this process, and right away I felt more like I was talking to a longtime friend trying to help me out than just some salesman trying to make a buck off of me. He is a great guy, and I got a great ride.
I highly recommend US24 Auto to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. You will get the best car at the best price. Period!!

I visited Plymouth Auto Sales to test drive a car that came out of state. Onsite look-over as well
as test-driving were made very easy, but I left without purchase because the vehicle in question
has had heavy rust buildup in the rear wheel hubs, so I was concerned about potential problems
with axles. Still, I thought the dealership was a good, creditable place to look for used cars.
Regrettably, when I contacted its owner again several days later, hoping to test drive another car,
I never received any response. And I ended up buying a car somewhere else. Wish the
dealership wouldn't brush off potential buyers.

Car was not what I was expecting. Also the sales person was very young and inexperienced. The questions that we asked he wasn’t aware. He even told us that we couldn’t test drive because they left him alone at the location and the finance people wouldn’t be back in the office for 2 days. It was a wasted drive to this location. The vehicle isn’t worth this price & it appears to be a hole (resembling a bullet hole) on the driver side passenger door crease. When we inquired the young salesman said oh I don’t know what that is! Needless to say I did not purchase or look twice.

Bad experience the one guy was supposed to call me back through the week to work out numbers the next day never contacted me a week later the car was sold the day before I was supposed to buy it also have a co signer but he wanted to to special finance

Solid experience!
Clean and safe, they did what you'd want a dealership to do during this pandemic. We had appointment times to see and later purchase.
The test drive went well.
The salesperson wasn't aggressive or pushy and we were able to quickly make a deal and make the purchase.
Friendly staff and owner, we even chatted for a bit afterwards.

Great experience! Spoke with Julian over the phone and he met with me the very next day for a test drive on holiday weekend no less!! Fair pricing, great selection of inventory, and not pushy at all! Very personable and helpful.
Just purchased a vehicle from Plymouth Auto Sales and it was a great experience. Enzo was very helpful setting me up with a test drive, and setting up my purchase. Julian was kind, efficient, and thorough in closing the deal. I would definitely recommend this dealer, and will shop there again if my family needs another car.

Place seemed real shady. Car had something broken in the front end for sure. One sales guy agreed 100% then the "boss" argued with me and his employee cousin backed right down. I'm good with trying anything from them.

I did not end up buying the car. I still had a good experience. They were willing to work with me on extras such as tires and what not. Nice people. Nice place. As always do your research on what your buying. That way there are no surprises. Carfax, KBB and then finally carcomplaints.com

Received no original call nor e-mail -- an oversight perhaps. I made the call. Met with salesperson Madie, who was very courteous, answered some questions, and allowed me to test drive the desired vehicle. She gave me a follow- up call the next day, which was nice.
