I was contacted immediately, and a trade-in value was also worked out by the dealer over email. A great experience, but the drive was going to be far, and there were other vehicles closer to my location, so I did not pursue the purchase.

Very nice to work with, Found a few things wrong with the vehicle that they had missed when they were going through it but they said they would take care of it even though it was a used car. Overall good experience!
