Just the right amount of communication considering I was still on vacation Bought the vehicle here

For some reason had to deal with two separate salesmen. Never seemed to lock in on a price, and then they added 800 for doc fee, 290 for “etching”, 560 for “other non-tax related fees”, then they wrote up the paperwork for the full price, rather than the agreed upon price. All of this made the final total nearly 2,000 more than we agreed on. THEN both salesmen completely stopped communicating until I told them I was walking away. THEN they came back and told me they’d “negotiate”. When I told them that I wanted a new bill of sale that was completely itemized, they came back and said that someone “just put a deposit on it”. [insert “sure Jan” meme here]. Poor communication, padding the bill, and changing stories. My advice is to just avoid them.

Dealer was very responsive, but ultimately we could not come to terms which was confusing because our original price variance was $2k.............they later dropped the vehicle price by $1k and I increased my offer by $1K, which should have enabled us to close the deal, but they still wanted another $500.

8925 hwy 441 leesburg FL 34788 Drove a hour pre approved and ready to purchase with a appointment but the employees of the dealer ship didn’t speak starred at me and my wife. There was a lady Sherrita she was great but saidly there were at least 5 men who never helped her as she walked back and forth trying to find a cars rebates etc. they were so lazy never looked at the car I was trading in just gave a estimate with out walking outside. I don't like to play the race card but the helpful lady was black and everyone else was white that didn’t speak not even to my wife disgusting dealership I wish I could give it -5 stars. Me or anyone I’m affiliated with will never give them our business. This is plaza Lincoln in leesburg I guess they are still living in the world past smh sad in modern America.

Horrible experience first contact was Monday Robbie sent me information I text him Tuesday and he still hasn't replied. I finally called them and they said vehicle is sold.i couldn't get a straight answer about free delivery
