Very proper return email did give me a lower price on vehicle but we can come to terms with one price responding to emails just good business would recommend doing business with them

was wonderful. He didn't rush us. He was very kind and had our best interest
in mind at all times.. Colt and the rest of the staff were all very professional. I

Although our contact to the internet manager was unsuccessful we were persistent in calling the dealership direct and making contact with Robby in sales.
We told him that we had a serious interest in purchasing this car. He was the right person for this transaction. We had a deal in 20 minutes and we are extremely satisfied up to this point .
I am not sure why other reviews bad mouthed the dealership & said the car was sold. I called & inquired
about the car. They said it was there. Because I have my 85 yr old mother who had a stroke with me I
asked for them to confirm the car was there since reviews said it was not. I did't want to shlep my
mother an hour away in her condition. They bent over backwards, took pictures and texted me. They
were very accommodating with my schedule. The car was definitely there because I bought it tonight.
Bless there hearts they stayed late by 2 hours to finish my sale . My only complaint is that they didn't
budge on the price. Not a penny. I would have went else where for a better deal, but the sales guy
Osvaldo had outstanding customer service skills. He was relatable & didn't make me feel like I have
been sold. I own a business and employe commission only sales people. I know gifted sales people
when I see them and Osvaldo is gifted. Though the finance guy good of cut me a little break.

Salesman Allan was great. Did a wonderful job! Dealing with the GM was painfully difficult. Came in and bought a car when no one else was buying due to coronavirus. Made the deal and GM drug his feet for over 3 weeks to get a we owe satisfied. Incredibly frustrating. As long as he’s there, I can not recommend that dealership

we gave the customer 1500 dollars to repair his leather seats. after we agreed on 500. he then wanted the heated seats fixed that was not part of the deal. the car was over 10 yrs old and sold as is except for a powertrain warranty. we did everything to make him happy but he wanted more.

It went fairly smooth and easy. My sales Lady Kathy Curtis was marvelous, she put some of the other salesman to shame. She came right up and asked how I was doing? What was I interested in buying? Kathy was very professional and I got myself a beauty a 2011 Grand Sport Corvette with low miles.
Mark the Finance Manager was very on top of things. He had everything in order and great suggestions on all warranties, which I added some. I'm happy, what else can I say? Besides go see Kathy and let her sell you a car!

No pictures here or on there website. Also They can’t actual verify the vehicles mileage. They sent me Carfax which only shows 2 service and mileage records for a Escalade that’s 16y old. Who doesn’t take there caddy to the dealership (ever) for service! This vehicle and dealership is Shady!

I am not sure why you responded to this that way. The internet manager takes pictures once a week and will be posting them early week of 8th. as for miles. Gm has history form when it had 6 miles in 2002 to the last recorded 57804 5 4.5 years ago. vehicle was not driven much. Car fax only will have history of affiliated service centers. If you require other proof of mileage when you come in to look at vehicle we can show you General motors history and or engine controllers recorded miles. Hope this helps.

This dealer took a deposit for the car that I wanted and then when I could not get to it before someone else wanted it they sold it out from under me. The manager was also rude about it and claimed that it was me who should have been there immediately. I live seven hours away and would not have given them a deposit if I didn’t want The car!

2017 Cadillac CT6 PLUG-IN Hybrid RWD .... Not only did they knock off
$10,000 off the asking price but they gave me top dollar for my trade in but
the selling feature that they forgot to mention was the FEDERAL TAX rebate
of $7500 off my taxes for buying a plug-in . No pressure ... Just super nice
folks that make you feel like family .

Yes, the dealer did contact me but never answered my question regarding
whether the car in question had ever been involved in a prior collision.

Bought this F355, the sales person was more a typical used car lot sales
guy, didn't like him at all and wouldn't ever deal with him again. The
manager Tony saved the sales he stood by on what he said and promised
what he said came thru. All past maint, records, tool kit, the original books
came with the the car.

The sales agent called and emailed me within 15 minutes of me signing up with CarGurus. Overall I had a good experience with the sales agent. The car was in extremely good condition although no pictures were uploaded. The agent explained the car had just arrived and was so new to their inventory, they hadn't got around to posting pictures. They allowed a test drive and then we haggled back and forth for awhile. He did not try to upsell me at all (maybe because he realized I knew my stuff). In any event I was very please with my purchase. I would have liked to have gotten a little more for my trade-in, but at the end of the day I know it's business.
