A very successful and hassle free experience! Salesman Alex did a great job and was very helpful to me.
The dealer had great communication, and we paid to have a car checked out since they were out of state. After the positive inspection, we called a few hours later to go ahead and buy the car, but it had already sold. No fault of theirs; it was a great car! We just didn't move fast enough. They continued to reach out to see if they could help us with a different vehicle. No complaints.
I bought the car from them on April 2nd. But the issue is that they are still getting it
registered in Massachusetts. So I paid for the car, but I dont have the car. And they are
very difficult to get a hold of. Its been 12 days and I dont have an update They said up to
3 weeks. But I am nervous. If they would contact me with status of things, then I would
give them 4 stars instead of 2.

They were excellent with the help of the sales person by the name Christopher (he was excellent by the way) we ended up buying this vehicle from them and we're really happy with it.

Worse experience, had Kevon Cole, car was priced at $25k, I signed the purchase agreement, and next day he said they made a mistake and they want $39k
They made me fill up a back group check form and took my driver's license photo and took my credit card information and never confirmed that they discard my personal information. Stay away

They did follow up however I purchased a car from another dealer.
Drove 2 hours to visit the dealership. Called twice to confirm the car was there based on other reviews. Arrived, test drove the car, agreed on the price and filled out all paperwork for financing. Salesman was gone for almost one hour. Came back and told me someone just showed up with a trade in interested in the same car as me and they’re going to sell it to him because they can make more money on the deal.

stupid mistake
on my part
First of all, the prices they advertise aren't what you'll get when you get there, apparently there's a $1495 mark up on advertised price and more.
They called me and told me the car was available and ready to test drive it, then apparently was sold this morning, typical gimmick that all used car dealer play. Of you see something here keep in mind you'll need to pay $2K more than they have advertised, not to mention the car is posted just to get people in..

Horrible customer service. This guys are a total joke. They never call back when they say they do. Long wait on the phone. Everyone that I talked to there seems like they don’t know what they are doing. Very rude people not friendly at all.

They were an absolute mess.
Contacted them and scheduled a test drive on a used Audi they listed. I showed up 15 mins before my appointment (needed time to find that “VIP concierge”) and discovered the person I was meeting with, an “Adam,” didn’t exist and was just the name they gave to prospective customers. I also found out that the VIP concierge didn’t exist either.
While I waited an hour for a sales rep, I decided to call the dealership to see if I could get to the bottom of the miscommunication. Each time I called the phone rep acted appalled that no one was available to assist me, then put me on hold so they could “speak to a colleague about it” or “find a manager.” They never came back on the line and it disconnected. When the rep was ready, we walked around the lot looking for the car only to find it was being shipped from the auction and wouldn’t be there until tomorrow. I was told to come back the next day.
Total wasted time: 1.75 hours (not including my commute)

Good customers services.
Dealer responded within an hour of my inquiry. Woman was very nice on phone. Did not go to dealership since I made a different purchase. Was at Subaru and Hyundai dealership close to home. Bought CPO 2015 Hyundai Genesis instead.

Unbelievable
Never do business with this people
They will confuse the crap out of you
I Called and spoke to a women
Couldn’t make the deal
Than Some other women called me back
When I asked for The first woman they told me
she never worked there
Than they found out that she worked there
Than one manager sends me an email with the
first women’s name
Than I requested my email to be removed
Again they send me an email
In Few words crocks
If we could make the deal why keep calling and
make up stories

Although the reception personnel were helpful and courteous, the salesman Steve that I was given was not, showed lack of interest in my family and i intentions to purchase the vehicle. The gentleman knew nothing on the vehicle except the name and model of it. Stated he would find out information making us wait for over 30 minutes until we decided to leave and just said to us here my card call me in an hour and I will find out the details. Catering to another persons interest while we were still waiting for a response. I will not go back to this dealer and I recommend anyone to please ask for a different salesman if they do.

Dealer said car was available on the same day I came to see it. I drove all the way from new jersey and car wasn't there when I got there. It would have been nice to informed of this before I drove all the way down.

Watch for hidden fees! This dealer advertises certain prices and
adds several thousands after you are at the final stages of your
transaction.
A real waste of time.
