Had scheduled a appointment to see the car. Drove 7 hours to the dealership and the car was not ready. It was in their service area on a lift with both front tires off. The wheels were at another shop getting aired up? Anyway we waited about 3.5 hours just for them to get the car ready. I wound up buying the car with out even test driving it. The part of purchasing the car and financing was about the same as another dealership. Slow, and trying to up sale with add ons.

I was interested in purchasing a LC500 from theses guys. Initial contact was with Shelby Parker who was very pleasant and stated someone would contact me in the morning.
Got a call from Ron and told him specific things I needed and he started into the usual used car salesman role.
I wanted stuff sent to my email and he instead sent it via txt stated that "the car was a creampuff".
The usual "well if you dont put a deposit on it we cant hold it for you" tactic was also thrown out.....like I dont know how dealers operate.
We will be purchasing from elsewhere......and I suggest you do too!
PS. Im going to bump their rating to a 3 because I just got a call from their sales manager Leron and discussed the issue. We will still pass on this car but its good to know that they are trying to do whatever it takes (hopefully) to make sure this does not happen again.

Absolutely terrible dealership, filled with liars and con artists. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They marked up used cars with inflated prices, tried to buy a mercedes g wagon and got extremely rude airheaded sales managers. Worst dealership experience ive had ever. Will never buy any vehicle from this dealer. Stay away.

Fantastic experience both John and James were great to deal with when buying the car. They were always polite and answered all our questions. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was the detailing team was not present so the vehicle was not as clean as we would have liked. Overall awesome experience!

The car is listed on car gurus and was on Facebook marketplace (ad was pulled after I said something) and sales rep quoted me a price $2000 over what’s was listed on both places! The. Said “well you can pay the lower price if you want to”. Who would choose to pay the higher price???!! Very very unprofessional

Prompt response. Accurate description of vehicle. Engaging manager. Tried to help me find the vehicle i wanted with something on their lot. Bice people.
The salesperson responded to my email and we communicated by text. I ultimately agreed to buy the vehicle and submitted my credit app, I was later told only one bank approved my loan and the APR was 12%! I knew this was impossible with a 790 credit score and I had a large down payment. the rate mysteriously dropped to just under 7%. I made plans to go to Marietta the next day. After driving 3 hrs the salesman text me the purchase price and fees. I then saw $3,995 being added to the price! I refused to pay the extra fee and they took it off. The finance manager was thorough and professional. The vehicle was being held in the back lot, it was clean, but only had one partial remote to unlock the doors and start the vehicle. The service engine light was on, I asked several times for the service inspection record and never received it. ***read all the small print on their website. You’re buying a used car so don’t expect great Customer service, it’s not included.
Khadijah was my sales woman and she was very helpful and kind, she definitely makes you as the customer feel as you matter but the sales managers are arrogant, especially Andy. He’s way to ok talking to customers as if there uneducated and then he begins to notably get frustrated and begin to raise his voice when he’s not getting his way. Andy (sales manger) removed a deal off the table simply because I wouldn’t finance the vehicle through the dealership. Literally refused to allow me to bring a check from my bank for the vehicle. On top of all this the key fob for the vehicle was malfunctioning so there was issues starting the vehicle with the fob. This dealerships website says they want you to come purchase a vehicle from them and feel like hometown hero but that’s not how these sales managers are abiding by. Just like most dealerships it’s a melting pot of greed and narcissism.
I actually test drove this car prior to contacting the dealer on CarGurus. I was at the dealership ready to
write a check for the asking price (depending on fees) and simply asked the salesman what their dealer
junk fees were. Rather than answering he asked me to sit down at the negotiating table and left and
started walking around the parking lot "looking for something". After about 10-15 minutes of waiting we
walked out. I contacted the dealer via CarGurus and their web site the next day and asked the same
question about their fees again. Rather than answering they proceeded to spam me with about a dozen
form emails/texts over the next week urging me to come test drive the car, even after I told them to stop
contacting me. The car I looked at has been for sale for more than a year with price drops totaling
$7500. It's hard to quantify the level of incompetence in the car business these days, but I'm looking
forward to next year when many of these businesses will go bankrupt.

Excellent
It was a fair experience. They worked with
interest rate but payment was still a little
high. They wanted me to put an extra 1K
down payment but wanted cash only
because they had a limit on credit card
down payment of $3,000.00. I gave
Platinum Cars Marietta more than 24 hours
to close this deal but they wouldn't budge. I
really wanted to work with Platinum Cars
Marietta because they were less than 10
miles from my home. I gave them the
opportunity but I guess it wasn't meant to
be. Maybe next time.

Bought a care from them hassle free
If I could give this dealership negative zero stars, I would. And Iâm warning people ahead of
time, to stay away from these people.
We walked into the dealership on February 28th, 2022 looking to purchase a vehicle. I called
ahead of time, made sure I had all my pre-approval paper work together and was ready to to
purchase a car. I sat down with a Charles who was super pleasant initially (as they always are)
and the deal was sealed. Seamlessly. Until AFTER I signed the paperwork he tells me, âhey,
the jeep has a manufacturer recall on it, Iâm going to take it there early tomorrow morning, get
it fixed, clean the car up for you, and then Iâll drive it to you tomorrow It will be a quick fixâ. I
asked was he sure since I lived about an hour away and he reassured me this would be no
problem. The next day comes, and I still have no vehicle. I call Charles and ask whatâs going
on and he tells me âthereâs a long line at Jeep because of the recall, Iâm waiting on a status
from the mechanics

I spoke with this dealer they provide me excellent service. My salesperson was Elijah I flew in from Detroit and purchased the vehicle. The
young man came and picked me up from hotel we then went back to dealership were my paper work was ready to go. I signed all documents
and was back on the road within an hour. Would highly recommend this dealership.

While the people were nice and tried to be helpful, I showed up to test drive a car that had a cracked front grill, crack in the windshield, and busted front bumper. The team was surprised at the damage and didn’t know where it had come from. I didn’t feel confident in trusting them after that.
If 0 stars were an option, that is what their service is worth!
I have NEVER felt more insulted by the patronizing / condescending way one of their salespersons treated me today. The reason I initially sought this place of business was because of its reviews, which after my experience, I believe that these reviews were fabrications. First, I would forewarn any perspective consumer of the mixed messages this company practices. Second, their approach to professionalism is reminiscent of traditional misogynistic snake oil salesmen, which made me feel like I needed to bring my Uncle/Dad/Husband just to have a straight forward discussion -and treated with dignity, and not my gender. If there are other dealerships willing to extend hospitality, courtesy, or just reverse their patriarchal thinking in handling female identifying consumers, please go there!
Drove 58 minutes to get there. Had to chase down an employee while the others just ignored us standing in the lobby. The truck was brought around for a test drive but was completely empty of fuel. For the next hour and 10 minutes we looked at the truck while they tried to get enough fuel to test drive it. I saw that the tail gate wouldn't lower. They said schedule a time to come back and get it fixed. Also it was ready for an oil change and probably only has 10000 miles left in the tires. After the 70 minute wait we gave up and made the 65 minute return trip home.

My wife had to bring the car back to have a part put on they didn't contact her to let her what was going on and she had wait until Sunday to get the they had the car so dirty thing that's unprofessional for for you all company
