as i purchased a car from another dealer, i did not go to plaistow auto. i was invited to visit and see the car i was interested in, but having already purchased a car,
i did not visit plaistow auto, so i am rating them on prompt response time and friendly attitude. i am sure that they would have been a pleasure to deal with.

Sketchy operation. The vehicle I went to see was an absolute piece of junk visually and
mechanically, but the salesman was nice. Photos appearing in the ad were deceiving, as was the
dealer's original representation of the vehicle's general overall condition. The salesman was
attentive, answered all my questions and apologized for mechanical problems that were
obviously embarrassing to him (as they should be). Nonetheless, my trip turned out to be a
waste of time.

We apologize for the unsatisfied visit we get cars in everyday and unfortunately they get listed before they get fully serviced because we don't have a shop onsite so it takes little more time to catch up on repairs and service. Which is always explained to the customers. As it was to you buy our salesman.
We are not a sketchy operation all our cars get sold at a 100% operational and we stand behind them guarantee inspection and warrantied. All pictures show everything on the vehicles body so we do not hide anything.

Truck was beat up more than mentioned. Went to test drive. No gas in it did a quick loop road terribly.

We are sorry you feel this way about the truck, however I would like to make the facts known, when you called you simply asked if the truck was available, the condition was not discussed. The truck did have enough gas for a test drive, if you felt uncomfortable you could have mentioned it while you were here and we would have gladly put more gas in it. I have personally driven this truck and found it to ride smooth, i do respect your opinion of it but don't believe it is accurate.
