Very quick answering question

DO NOT COME HERE. I worked with a man named Angel. What I thought I was getting was a used car with decent mileage and in great condition, based off what Angel had told me plus the car fax report. LESS THAN TWO WEEK after I buy the car I already have to spend over 2 grand fixing it. And of course I am not in the warranty time period anymore. If I could go off more I absolutely would. DO NOT waste your time and money on this place and DO NOT trust Angel. He scammed me and my dad and now we have to deal with the consequences.

Angel was in communication with me, arranged times to test the car at my convenience, and negotiated some costs to reduce the car price. He's pretty honest and easy to work with.

Great car, and great dealer. Answered all my questions, told me ALL about the car (including the things that needed fixing) and I bought the car!! Very happy with my silver BMW 750Li.

Seems like it could be a good experience but with the whole virus thing everything is done over the phone so I really didn't take the time to drive the 90 miles over to look at the vehicle. I would probably have purchased it anyway if we could have agreed on a price over the phone.

Angel was great to work with and very honest and up front. I did not buy the car cause due to Covid-19 I could not fly to LA to get the car and shipping was just to expensive but would work with him again.

Response was cool, but car was not as advertised. Immediately upon starting up the car, the engine started smoking. Obviously an oil leak somewhere. This was very frustrating for me to take time come into town with expectation that the vehicle would be in condition advertised.

They have been outstanding in responding to my inquiries. I am currently looking and will continue. They are helpful an I will definately keep them in mind.

It was my first time buying a car and he was kind, and easy to work with. These cars are a great deal, and in good condition for their price. In about 20 minutes all of my paperwork was done! I’m in love with my new Prius and highly recommend PinkDot Motors.

I gave a review too soon. Angel seemed nice, but I didn’t realize it would take so long to get my car. The website stated they could ship my car to Texas so inquired about shipping the car to me on 3-1-19. I was given a quote and proceeded to purchase the car. My “certified bank check” was cashed and I received my title at the end of March, but still no car. I had to text him every week to see if there was any news. He only uses one company to transport cars and even asked if he would use another, but I guess not. The car already had over 100,000 miles on it so I wanted it to be shipped. I finally had to fly to L.A. on 4-19-19 to drive my car back to San Antonio, TX 20+ hours, because I still hadn’t received it.

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. He’s knowledgeable about cars, but other subjects as well. He’s very down to earth. Please call first as he may not be there if you drop by to view a car. The dealership is located in a small “car mall”...which was quite interesting.

Angel is a great guy. He doesn't try to hide anything. He will give you all of the information he knows about the vehicle. He is a straight-shooter who will do his best to make the deal good for both parties. He does everything he can to do everything "above board." I would definitely buy another car from him and am very happy with my purchase.

Purchased the car. Simple process but had an issue with the battery and had to replace it a week after purchase. Bought a new battery and the car runs great.

If the staff had been on the premises that day we would've purchased for sure because I had to buy that day. But it was by appt only at PinkDot. I called but they didn't reply for a couple of days. We had already purchased from another lot. But it all worked out.
