Great experience with Pinegar Chevrolet of Branson. Our salesman, Doug was so great, helpful, professional & funny too. We drove two & 1/2 hours to Branson and Doug met us as we arrived. Pinegar Chevy Buick GMC was Absolutely Great to deal with! We bought a 2018 GMC Yukon XL Denali and Love it. Kevin Dunigan was fantastic to deal with! He changed the plates & fueled our new purchase up! Also, Jake Ward in Finance was Absolutely Amazing and Very knowledgeable on Every detail! It was Very Evident that both of these men loved working at Pinegar! We will be back!!!

Great experience! Tyler went out of his way to enable me to buy this sweet vehicle! Went up to Branson from Tulsa to make this deal happen. Cars like this are few and far between, and you have to jump on them. Tyler called when I was driving up to make sure we were coming, because he had people there willing to buy it. Drove all the way there only to be told they couldn't find the keys. Was told they would call me when they found them. Shocker no call for 2 days went back only to find out they sold it to an employee! Worst customer service ever!

Dealer (80 miles away) responded to my email inquiry, giving details and specifics about the car, but that no price was set yet. It was a recent trade-in and I was told that the car needed cleaned up and needed some dent repair work, and they were waiting for the dent specialist to give his estimate, which would be on Monday, a few days away, at which time they would establish the Set Selling Price. In the meantime, I sent an inquiry regarding trade-in procedure, and they immediately replied "Unfortunately, this car was sold this morning", days before the Set Selling Price was to be given. It was disappointing to say the least. There was no "heads up" of any kind regarding an early sale.

The price they offered was still very high for a 2017. I countered and they did not respond back. I have dealt with them in the past and I find them very difficult .

They advertize a car, I wrote and they asked when I could bring my car in for, I said Saturday, they sold it Friday out from under me... for best anyway, still greed shouldn't over take customer service!!!

I had seen this advertised on the internet. When I called, the dealer said it was getting detailed. I called later on that day and he said it would be back around 5:30. I asked him if I could come then. He said, "Of course!". The car hadn't been put on the lot yet. I appreciated him staying over 2 hours to help me get this fantastic car with a fantastic price!
