The dealership has a very hard time disclosing the out of the door price. Keep insisting that you "visit the dealership". Why? Answer is easy. All prices advertised are pre "mark up". There are fee and documentation charges and that $30,000 listing becomes $33,000 and then add the sales tax and suddenly the price is $35,000+. If it is clearly disclosed upfront, a lot of people won't show up :)

I inquired about a certain vehicle and they insured me that it was in stock. Was going travel over an hour to look at the vehicle but something told me to look at the inventory again and to my surprise it was no longer there. Received no phone calls to tell me the vehicle was no longer available. Thankfully i didnt take the hour drive for no reason.

Nobody reviewed the features or promoted the car just a teat drive-then trying to negotiate the sales manager never came out to introduce themselves just told it’s a dealerships market so good luck elsewhere… if you think I’m lying then go ahead and visit just like I did.
Unless you are willing to pay at or over asking no red carpet but think about it any dealer will be happy to give you red carpet if you are paying asking plus additional cost

Drove 2 hours to pick up this truck. Credit union check / insurance in hand ready to purchase. It was an absolute waste of time. Truck was damaged all over, right front bumper dented ,tow hook dented, fender trim paint pealing , roof dented, motor ticking, hard shift form park to drive and rever was clunking…. Interior had white paint streaks , exterior overspray from bed liner paint , sun roof leaking 100% - ceiling stained. This was a work truck / construction / landscaping truck. Pictures are very deceiving, don’t trust car fax what so ever. Buyer Beware !

Have nothing negative to say about this transaction. Both Mark's at Pine Belt Imports were professional and
did not use pressure tactics to influence my decision. The car itself was spotless - professionally cleaned. Not
like other dealerships who market dirty, dust filled vehicles.
While I'm leery of the extended warranty we purchased, I would go to these guys again for my next purchase.

I was not there for the initial interaction but I heard about the lack of transparency when it came to closing the deal. We wanted the actual, total cost of the vehicle before signing and they were not understanding and forefront with that information. When I was contacted by the manager, Mark, he was very curt and short on the phone with me with his vocal tone. As someone who personally has multiple experiences in customer service roles I feel there needs to be more awareness and mindfulness in customer service training here. There needs to be more patience and understanding customers’ concerns and often hearing, validating, and being open with communication helps the customer feel that they can trust them going forward. When I brought the car home the air conditioner was not working and the car did not start. When we called back they said we could bring the car back for a diagnostic test which should have been done before leaving the lot. Not sure I would use them again.

In our phone call response to our valued customer, we sincerely apologized to them for how they felt regarding their experience at our dealership. After a brief discussion, we felt the conversation addressed their concerns and we were thankful to hear that would give us another opportunity to earn their business again on their next purchase which would be sometime in the fall. Mostly importantly, we did regain their trust in Pine Belt.
They were not willing to negotiate on the price. I
was going to pay all cash for the car, but they
wanted me to finance it. They suggested I shop
other places on what I wanted to pay.

I had merely suggested that possibly another vehicle elsewhere not priced as aggressively could have the room to accommodate the $5k discount you were hoping for.
