Vehicle was as described. Purchased vehicle and had it delivered, very convenient. Salesman was informative and friendly and worked with me for possible trade in valuations. I am familiar with the Dodge Caravan and knew it had the features I most desired. Dealer did not try to upsell me to a Pacifica.

Response was very quick as promised. Very nice .

Process was super easy , car was delivered to our home within 24hrs! The salesman (Mike) answered any questions I had quickly and they’ve contacted me since to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase!

I would have given zero stars if that was an option! Please stay as far away from this dealership as you can! I had already done all paperwork prior to coming, then drove 3 hours to get there and had an appointment to test drive and buy…I get there early and they let me test drive it then after I get back, they tell me there’s a women at the desk that is in the process of buying it! Wow, I have never been treated worse by any dealership ever! They are snakes and only care about their commissions at any and all costs. Do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere else but Pilson Auto in Charleston IL. Oh and if you for some reason decide to go do not trust Cory W. the salesman…he will flat lie to your face. Very grateful I didn’t buy from them.

I didn't buy this truck but I bought another truck from them. My guy All Day McKay works there and he is a hell of a salesman.

Car that I drove two hours to check out and possibly purchase was sold to someone else before I got to take a test drive. This was in part my fault for being later than expected due to the drive taking longer than expected.Awjward situation may have been avoided if someone had approached me and ask to assist me or who I was there to see during the 15 - 20 minutes that I wandered on the lot and through the dealership. Ended up purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. The purchase process was the usual back and forth negotiations. I eventually got what I considered to be a decent trade allowance/discount and the vehicle purchased is acceptable thus far..

Great sales experience. Taylor Bradley was not pushy at all and answered all of our questions. I was told that the sunroof worked and a week after buying the vehicle, realized the sunroof opens, but doesn’t close. They were able to get me into service that day and give me a vehicle to drive until it was finished. Overall, very supportive of their customers. I would shop here again.

We drove 3 hours to look at a truck. We called ahead to see if they could move it to a dealership closer to us as they advertised in their ad on CarGurus and was told they don't really do that. They keep their inventory separate from other locations. They were super nice and the dealership was very clean. There were a few things about the truck a rust spot size of hockey puck, and some body damage from scraping something on the one side of the truck, and bumper damage that were not shown in the 43 pics posted online. This definitely would need to be taken care of before it starts rapidly rusting. Bottom line was we couldn't meet on price. Very disappointed that we spent almost 6 hours in the car driving with an 21 month old and a 4 year old. I would make trip again but would diligently ask many many questions before driving all that way.

Got all the way there jeep had standard wheels unlike the picture an it's still online with chrome rims when it has standard ugly rims now they should change their pictures!
