1 star because that’s as low as they go , contacted dealer about this truck and was told the price is over 70 thousand when there advertising it at 49668.00 . They need to take their add down if it’s false.

Need to improve on their internet sales and try not to include extras that arenât listed in the price. I was sent an estimate via email as I am not in Indiana and I couldn't even
read what the charges were. They didn't even tell me what the transport cost would be after I asked more than once. Then I get a text message saying they had someone
coming to look at the vehicle I needed to hurry in so I wouldn't miss out. I live in another state so that's not even possible to do even if I wanted too. Then I randomly got a
text a few days later saying it was sold.

Like some of the others, I had a terrible time getting in contact with someone. I had 3 different people reach out to me once and not respond
to my replies before I got in touch with the sales manager and was given Brent to work with. Brent was wonderful and very helpful, I highly
recommend reaching out to him. Also, you'll notice the brake plus ads in the pictures. It's $350 on top of the price you see for the vehicle and
is non-negotiable I was told. Kind of irksome I wasn't told this upfront but it wasn't worth arguing about as it's a pretty nice little feature and I
still paid a fair price for the vehicle.

The salesman did a video walk around but didn’t answer every question I asked. I’m generally hoping for some good pictures of the interior but some dealerships just do a poor job of it. Having to ask makes me less of a buyer. I did appreciate the walk around video but it was pretty quick and not very detailed.

We had a wonderful experience from the get go. We sent an inquiry about a minivan and our salesman emailed me daily and even text-spoke on the phone about updates and details. We showed up for a late evening test drive and after discussions we purchased said van. Our expanded family is excited to ride together now! 500 Automotive contacted me early that Monday morning, because it was that weekend I discovered
that fantastic deal on that 2008 Hyundai Sonata GLS FWD. They were more than courteous and
helpful in every aspect in order to help me get that car. Unfortunately, I waited too long to take
advantage of the opportunity before me. And for that reason only, thus someone else ceased the
opportunity, where I was so laxed in initiating the purchase of said vehicle. Like that, it was gone.
Through no fault of 500 Automotive, they more than did their job. A lesson I sadly learned, letting
such a nice car slip through my hands.

Great, friendly people. Alyssa was very easy to talk to and everyone else was
great to deal with as well. They worked with me as best they could on pricing
and I couldnt have asked for more. They gave us some tickets for free lunch
while we thought over the purchase as well.

day it wouldn't start. They came to my home took it, repaired it and
returned it to me at no charge.

Dealer responded quickly and provided additional detail and offers but ultimately it was it little further away and we found a deal closer to home. I would shop them in the future if I need a car.
