They do such things to attract customers, very unfair

They called me early the next morning said the van was there set up an appointment when I got there for the appointment they looked for it and figured out that it had sold the day prior then they was trying to sell me something i wasn't interested in so I drove an hour for nothing

Excellent experience with Pilson. Their staff were very courteous and helpful. My interaction with their staff was very positive.
I will never deal with them again. I feel car was sold underneath me . No communication . Drove hour and half for that car . Been looking for a month for a car like that. Talked to salesman for 2 days made appointment to go look at car . I was pre-approved for loan . All I got when I got there was someone has it on test drive if they don't buy it you can . I was not happy and still not . Will never go back to a pilson's auto !!!!!

I found this dealer to be very helpful in finding the right car for me. The sales lady, Debbie, worked diligently to get me the best deal. The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating in every aspect of the sale. Debbie has contacted me a couple of times to see how I liked my 2018 Ford Edge. So far, it is a great car, and I see no reason at the present time that that will change in the near future. I would deal with Pilson's again and would recommend them to others.
