They were super helpful. Our timeline did not work out for when we would be down. They sold the vehicle and communicated it right away. They were up front about deposit so we elected not to place a deposit not knowing when we would be traveling.

Drove from WV to Indiana long trip but the vehicle was worth it. I got the one l had being looking for and even paid $1000 more to get the color l wanted. They were a great help to get it done. Very grateful.Love my vehicle. I would recommend them hands down.

Dealer waisted my time and the car wasn’t even there

I was extremely interested in this vehicle. It had all the options and criteria i was wanting. I contacted them to make arrangements to go look at it. I have a friend who is a mechanic on the west side of Indy and has his own business. I asked if I would be able to take the vehicle to him to let him inspect it. I was told the west side was too far. They said I could take it to someone near them if I wanted. 1. I am not going to take a vehicle to someone I don’t know. 2. I highly doubt any garage worth their while is going to just drop what they’re doing to do an inspection for someone they don’t know. It’s their business, they can run it as they see fit, but they likely lost out on a sale that day. I won’t do business with a dealer that won’t let me take a vehicle to my mechanic before I purchase it.

Looked at this vehicle, paid a 500 dollar deposit. Drove 6 1/2 hrs to test drive the vehicle. After test driving I looked under the vehicle, it was all rusted. Way to much rust for me. I used not told the deposit was not refundable. I have texted the sales person 2 times. No response back. Terrible experience, would not recommend the dealer to anyone.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at Picasso Imports. After locating a car that met my exact needs, I made every effort to stay in touch—calling, texting, and emailing multiple times daily—only to find out afterward, without any notice, that the car had been sold. Despite this poor experience, I gave Picasso Imports another chance, inquiring about a second vehicle. Yet again, I was met with unreturned calls, broken promises to follow up, and hold times that stretched nearly an hour. Communication was either dismissive or nonexistent, making it clear that my business was not valued. Given the total lack of professionalism and disregard for customers, I cannot recommend Picasso Imports and am deeply disappointed by this experience. I expected much better.

“I wasn’t really looking, but came across the car that I truly had to have that I had found at Picasso Imports and it wasn’t the Porsche but a BMW M. I wasn’t ready to purchase yet due to having to wait on my money that was to be used for a deposit. I posted my interest in the car and Jonathan was the first contact me about the car and get things moving not even a day later, Lily from finance gave me the great news of my approval for the BMW that I had wanted, I went to lot and met with the salesman that was handling the car other than Jonathan named Dennis Dennis and the whole team really worked with me since the deposit was still out two weeks from being deposited so they let me put a small down payment and a couple weeks later when I came back, paid the rest of the deposit signed paperwork and away I went . A little upset with the customer service when I first talked to them. The same day I gave a call back for the information 12 minutes before closing with another person. The very next day I get a call saying it’s pending sale but somehow couldn’t have been told the 12 minutes prior to closing that day. Was very set and hoping to get the car because it was the perfect color inside and out and just really upset me with lack of communication.

The sales person I spoke was polite and she answered all my questions and articulated them clear for my understanding with no hesitation. She was to the point which I like. That is important to me, because I hate when they give you the run around waisting your time. She was awesome!

Experience buying a car with Max was great! From first response to keys in hand no issues at all. There was some cosmetic problems with the car but the listed price reflected it. Picasso doesn't add a lot of Hidden fees that most dealers try and do. Overall a great experience will look at Picasso in the future when in the market.

Had a great experience with, Max. He helped my wife and I purchase the vehicle we wanted in a very timely manner while working to get us the best deal we were hoping for.

I did not end up getting the F-159, but purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram instead. It met all of my needs, especially cabin room. The Sales Manager Max Landis, took the time and really did a great job. He did not pressure me, unlike others that I came in contact with.

Max was awesome to work with. Did a nice job getting into my vehicle.
