Pictures on their site don’t accurately show vehicles. They paint over rust and photo shop to make them look good. Wasted my time going to test drive truck as soon as I saw it I didn’t even test drive terrible

Great employees. Max with the sales team was respectful and friendly. The mechanic seemed to know his craft. We could not agree on a sales price, so I did not purchase. However, I would absolutely go back to them.

I would not recommend. This place is very confusing to work with. Appointments not written down. Work not done when said it was. Have wasted a lot of time trying to get things promised and not delivered. So very unhappy right now. Not sure the state of car. Not as promised.

I was pre-qualified to purchase a used vehicle and hoped to buy the vehicle mentioned above however it is older then 10 years, only the price and milage met the lenders criteria to buy a used car. Thus I did not make it to the dealership. The sales rep I was in contact with was very professional and courteous by answering any questions I had regarding the vehicle, no pressure sales tactics.

Dealer responded promptly and was very professional. However upon arrival the vehicles we were interested in weren't on location. We were very specific about what vehicle we wanted to check out and what was on location wasn't comparable. 35 min drive for nothing.

This vehicle has been a daily driver for the owners and when I went to see this vehicle, the miles on it were 11,000 more then what it says here. They had just got back from NY and TN in this Ford Edge! It was non professional and we were very disappointed all the way around! The drivers side door has a piece missing as well. It was originally listed for a 18,000 and they’ve bumped the price up! I won’t be contacting them, referring them or purchasing a vehicle from them ever! They made me wait to see the car until they got back from their trips using this car!! Poor service

Dealer answered my questions and stayed after normal business hours to complete my purchase as I had to drive 3 hours to get to the dealership. They gave me a fair trade in value also.

Yes they contacted my immediately. However, a week later when I was able to view the car I contacted them and they said the vehicle had just been sold. They asked if I was interested in another vehicle on their lot. I was not. We have since purchased a new vehicle.
