Not sure what happened with the car incase interested in. I was told by the dealer to forward my proof of income and fill out the online financing form . I did as requested and when I reached out , I never got a callback . Not sure if the car was sold , or I wasn't approved or what , but no communication whatsoever is bad business. I wouldn't recommend this place.

After asking this dealer to answer specific questions I asked about the condition all I received were auto replies. No effort was made to contact me.

This is my 2nd Caddy I have bought from them. My first is the basic CTS Coupe, the newest member will be the Premium CTS. The car is currently at the body shop fixing some paint issue and the dealership is picking up the tab.

They work with the price for me, and after some miscommunication, they final got things right. Would recommend

So they offered me 20k below KBB value (53.5k, they offered me 33k on my clean, low mileage (38k), no accident 2015 Hellcat Charger. The salesmen said he’s never heard of KBB when I told him the value given by KBB…then they offer me 10k more saying they’ll pay off my Hellcat completely and then I put down money on this truck. We never even got to the credit aspect because I knew they were going to be full of it. Use caution when dealing with places like this. They knew I had 20k in equity in my Hellcat, they just thought they had a sucker and I wasn’t going for it…sorry your high mileage raptor that’s missing a bumper doesn’t have a value of 37k…these guys want to sell you a car at market price but want to give you Pennie’s for your clean (excellent in my situation) trade.

Where do I start about this place, they fix these vehicles just enough to sell it and omit information about things that are wrong with the vehicles they sell. We found out our vehicle had been in an accident and the airbag had deployed from an error code that showed up. Now we are responsible for fixing this as-is vehicle. Spoke to several lawyers who stated never buy an as is vehicle, they are trying to scam you. Stay away from this place because you get what you pay for!

This is kind of a lengthy review so be prepared. First of all I’m a young man that is active duty in the Air Force and I’m stationed near by. I am just the person the dealerships would want to take advantage of! But not this place. This dealership is run by a very great family and some local firemen who I am assuming are also part of the family. I really wanted a Jeep Wrangler and they had one I wanted. They made the process of buying SOO EASY!! Their only concern was that I have a good/stress free experience and they did just that. I went home with the Jeep the following Monday. (They came in on their off day to finalize paperwork for me). About a week later the Jeep threw a code and I took it to a shop and I ended up getting new spark plus and a coil pack. I told the dealership about this and they paid for the whole thing and they give you a 90 day power train warranty with EVERY vehicle sold. I replaced the parts they bought and the TJ is stronger than ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Purchased the car 14k cash & didn’t realize it had an oil leak bad brakes & needed top end work. Car cost me 3k less than 3 days into my purchasing it. I swallowed that but then the Mercedes service manager told me the wheels that are on the car didn’t belong & were too small to support my suspension & It took me over a week to contact the owner only for him to tell me he wouldn’t/couldn’t help me. Not my loss tho.. I’m still on the market for a truck for my wife.. do you think that kind of customer satisfaction will prompt me to run back to Phoenix motors? Nope! My entire family drives Mercedes and I wouldn’t let them buy a key chain there after that they. They never even bothered offering to at least split the repair cost

I was told by the dealer that the engine light came on and his GM took the vehicle to the Land Rover Dealership to be looked at. I never heard back from. Despite traveling to Raleigh to inquire about its status.

Horrible experience. I bought this car and mentioned some concerns at the time of purchase. A smell of something burning and it pulled to the left while driving. I took it do the Subaru dealership less than 72 hrs later for a thorough inspection and have since spent just under $7000 dollars in repairs on a vehicle they sold me for $5000. CV axles replaced, CV boots, ball joints, front and rear trans seal, front and rear brakes, new radiator, timing belt, replaced cracked hoses, control arms, tires (guess they know somebody who will sign off on bald tires) Called initially and I never got a return phone call, Called again with the repair estimate hoping for some reimbursement but basically got a “tough #%^*” response. Web site claims great customer service before and after the sale. Once they have your money they don’t give a damn. I advise you to stay away.

I was badgered and called around the clock just so they could get a sale. My personal number was blown up while at work. I was texted without being asked. Over 15 text messages within a days time. As well as multiple calls and vociemails saying they needed money now if I wanted the car. Without even seeing it?

Without a doubt the customer service was horrible, and literally I was insulted on more than one occasion. I can only image the quality of the vehicles based on the quality of the custom service. I have never even herd of anyone treating customers so badly.
