I had to call the dealer a few times to ask questions. He was nice but,you could tell that he was a little preoccupied or busy. I drove 4 1/2 hours to see the vehicle. He was nice enough to wait for me. The vehicle was missing a few things and he seemed as if he didn't want to hear about it. My plan was to purchase the car, but after that I brought my money back home and started looking again for another car. When we were leaving he made a comment that someone was going to come and get the car. He missed out on a sale because he was not willing to compromise. The car was beautiful with low miles but I may have gotten it and had problems a few days later. And I felt like I would have lost my money. He may not have wanted to hear my mechanic's opinion. All is well I have my money and he has his car.

I looked at several Mercedes at this dealership and all were just as described and in very good shape. Salesman was not pressuring me and allowed me to look at and compare 4 vehicles just before they closed. I was very impressed!

They were nice and friendly and the purchase was smooth with no problem. Will recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable vehicle.

Truly Awesome

This dealer was on. However , the issues that I found with the vehicle they didn't want to address or negotiate. It was like take it or leave, litte next to no respect for the customer.

Purchased a GL450 from this dealership. Was supposed to be a gift from my daughter. Before we left Atlanta the vehicle started malfunctioning. Was a long and scary drive to NC. Parked the car in the driveway and it has not started since. Contacted the dealer and they said to take it to a German Car specialist for a diagnosis. Optimistic they will rectify this situation. Will change my review after my appointment at the repair shop. Having it towed on 12/15. That was first available appointment.

I have purchased not only one, but now two cars from this dealer! When I tell you they take care of their customers and actually care, they do! They have always made sure I was happy with a car inside and out before I drove it off the lot! If anything was wrong they’d be so understanding and helpful to fix it or suggest a solution! Cars are nice, durable, and clean! Thank you Philip Motors!

Bought a convertible at night! They put top down while I was signing paperwork. The owner said he wanted to show me how to operate the top. We went outside and he put it up but had to use wrench to close it! I complained he said I already bought the car. I went 2000 yards to gas station, it wouldn't start! Jumped car off! Next day. tried lowering top, it wouldn't budge. Called owner he said it needs a gear! WOW! BLOWN AWAY! I saved for my dream car and they told me EVERYTHING WORKED ON THE CAR! Clearly it didn't! I bought car at night and didn't notice 30 or more places they spray painted areas on car! The owner said he would fix the car. I called a week later and he said "did you give me a bad review"? I said no I gave you an honest review. He says he WILL NOT FIX THE TOO HE LIED ABOUT UNLESS I REMOVE MY REVIEW! Good service, open for business

The dealer response on time and provided as much information as I think he could. However, stating 15% interest rate didn't make any sense cause it puts car that value $13K at about $21K over 60 months, so it's safer to say let it stay on lot.

Truthful Experience

I received an email and called Joe. He said the engine light was on and he would check it out and call me back. He did not call. I learned the truck had been sold. This was exactly the truck I wanted at a good price. I am very disappointed.

Only giving 3 stars for now as I hope we purchased a good vehicle I did not like that the car needs an oil change and an alignment and the oil change was requested, but when we arrived to pick up the car as we came from out of state we were told the line at the oil change place was too long and was not compensated for these services that still need to be completed.

The guys here were nice but seemed to be attempting to cover up a starter issue the car I viewed had. They tried to play it off as the key battery being low, which it may also have been. Glad I went and had it inspected by a shop before purchase. Nice guys but can't trust them after that.

Tried to arrange a Sunday appointment. I was told rudely “you can come look at it but I won’t be there.” I took this as no concern to sell. No attempt at customer service to make a sale. Bought a car elsewhere with much better customer care.

This dealer knew that I wanted this vehicle, took my deposit to hold it, and then sold it to someone else and refunded my deposit! Lying, deceitful, dishonest, typical salesmen! Don't do business with the liars!!

Not professional at all! I called number provided and the rep who answered acted as if he didn't know that he worked at a dealership. after i spoke to him and reminded him that he has a mugen he said " yeah so what" so i continued to remain calm and asked if it was still available and if he could tell me more about the car over all he simply directed me to fill out the application, after i do so he calls me back after i say hello he simply says " ay you got no credit' (which i made him aware over the phone) after asking him repeatedly where he is calling from he says "man im from Philip motors" i ask out so what requirements do i need to meet he says "need a cosign or to put 2,500" i tell him i will return the call after i speak to my cosigner and he simply hung up.

I was contacted 3 times in the same day by different sales staff.. That was aggravating.

Never shop at this dealership. I bought a car with the check engine light on, and the owner said that he would fix it. He strung me along for about 3 months, and the said he wasn't going to do it. I'm 55 years old, and have shopped for many cars in my lifetime. This dealership is the epitome of what gives used-car dealers a bad name.

Vehicle that i went to see was sold when i talked to them on the phone. They "forgot" to mention that little bit of info. Overpriced and just want to get you to the lot to try and sell you a piece of junk.

Visit this dealership got their to early they were closed but talked to the saleman by phone very helpful planning to return it was an hour and twenty minutes from my home

My husband and I really enjoyed our car buying experience with Brandon!! Brandon made a special arrangement to open up for us on a Sunday, even though the office was supposed to be closed!! I appreciated that special treatment so much, he made me feel like Oprah (royal treatment)!! He gives you his undivided attention and he’s not pushy!! He saved us from making a couple thousand dollar mistake from another dealership. He’s not your typical car dealer, meaning he’s not going to lie and scam just to make a sale!! I appreciate his honesty and his vehicles are very reasonably priced. Please note that he takes great measure to make sure that you are satisfied as a customer. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him and I am very ecstatic with the vehicle that we purchased. They sold me a car with an extended warranty of 75k miles. The warranty only lasted 20 k and expired because they put the wing numbers in. Then the transmission went out a few months after I bought the car and then the fuel pump went out. After all of this they tried to sell me ANOTHER warranty for $1200. Don't but here. They are crooked.

The car is a flat and the had to jump it to get it to start. The cars were not clean and over priced. Waste of time going out there.

Employee just suggested I get a loan through a credit union or some place similar.And that was the extent of our conversation.

I was very pleased with the experience at the this dealer. Worth traveling from TN to GA. I received a better deal than advertised.

Good dealership, repairs are done and they honor their cars. I was looking a certain car, on a saturday, they had one I filled out application on Internet, they called said it was approved even though I had a moderate fica score. I went in with my said amount of down payment and test drove the car and checked it out, told them what I saw was wrong, they repaired and I was in at 3pm and diving the car back to my home town 100 miles away at 5:30pm. I noticed a couple more owns with the car. ..Called Phillips, they said to bribe it back when I'm in Atlanta they will repair it. It doesn't get any better than that from a used car dealer.

Representative showed us a variety of vehicles with a host of different features. He presented us with the car fax and pricing options, however we could not agree on a price.
