Came in with a trade in. Knew about the 1k price adjustment for trade ins. They offered me 1500 for my vehicle which was half of what I figured they would offer. Almost left. They worked on me for a while longer and I got them to raise my trade in because the one I was looking at needed $1200 worth of tires soon. After many visits to the managers office the salesman came back with a deal that was a little higher than I proposed. Made the deal. Turns out I bought $26000 of someone else's problem. I've only driven the vehicle about 1000 miles and it has a bad tourque converter and internal failure in the transmission. $4200 for new. I couldn't afford the warranty they offered. Be careful when shopping there. They want to know what payment you want, not how can we help you.

Text them about a vehicle that I was interested And ask some question They said that they would get back with me. And they did. And they said they were firm on the price and if I didn’t have a traded it will be $1000 more on that piece advertise. And if I wanted to negotiate on the vehicle more with the manager I had to come in and I’m like three hours away so I decided it wasn’t worth it

The dealership did respond, however their answer was very short and came across rude, when asked if there was wiggle room on the price. They also apparently will not ship vehicles although their website says they will. Not a great experience but they answered my question.

I had a deal worked out on this vehicle Tuesday, 8/10 according to their salesperson. At the time, on 8/10, this vehicle was priced at $26,500. Upon my arrival, the salesperson acted like we didn't already agree on price and trade in. I provided them with the VIN number of my trade-in prior to my arrival. In which, they could have done their due diligence before I got there and looked at the Carfax on my trade. So, after I thought I had a deal worked out and had already provided them the information they needed, they tried to tell me my trade-in would be $1k less than what I thought we agreed to. I went ballistic and things got very heated. I have since sold my trade outright for $2k more than what they were offering me. What I don't understand is that this vehicle is now priced $1,500.00 less than it was 2 days ago. Why not just make the deal with me on Tuesday as to what I thought we agreed? (It would have been a $500.00 better deal than now?)

Drove over 2 hours to have them tell me that without a trade, which I did say I had a possible trade in the email exchange, but also stated I did not, they raised the price a $1000.00, after inspecting the engine compartment to find oil/greese in places were it shouldn't have been, the Jeep is used, but used more than I would have liked. But I did buy a Jeep that day, just not from them

I wanted to buy this Jeep after driving on a Saturday. We told salesman that we had a few issues, water in very far rear, carpet was wet and drivers seat belt needed repair or replace, it did not return to the original stopping point, it had a lot of lag. He told us if we were serious about buying he would mention to his boss about possible checking into it. After I contacted my credit union, 2008 Jeep for $16,911 but without a trade in it would be $17,911, I was told that it was worth probably $13,000., so I called back and talked to another salesman and told him my concerns, that if they lower it and fix the two issues to give me a call. I felt that if I was going to pay almost $18,000.00 we can find a newer vehicle for about the same cost. I still love the Jeep.

Unfortunately, banks don’t determine the value a vehicles worth, the market does.  Most of the time banks use an antiquated vehicle book value that isn’t true to the vehicles true worth.  We advertise our vehicles at very aggressive prices in line with, if not lower then the market.  We don’t let banks determine our value as they really don’t know the industry as we do.  If you are interested in purchasing the vehicle and wish to address the concerns that you have mentioned, please contact one our Sales Managers Kyle or Brent to discuss.

Vehicle was overpriced in my opinion. The salesman I spoke with was more than a little offended when I showed him comparable vehicles for way less. I know he isnt in charge of pricing, but his response could have been a bit better.

Received response email back from the Dealer. Price listed pretty much set in stone in so many words, and also offered assistance with the vehicle, so good customer service. LOVE the vehicle, but NOT the price. Plenty more 'Stangs' out there to choose from with a more affordable prices. Unless its what I absolutely Love - along with the right price, I will deal! If not, it can wait. Would love to haggle with this dealer a bit to chew down the price if that were possible. If you're not hagglin', you're not Dealin'!

I had a 1 p.m. appt. with August . I arrived at 1245 and August wasn't available and at about 1:15 a nice guy named Seth ask if he could help me. He got the vehicle I had been talking to August about for over 2 weeks. The vehicle was on another lot across the road, not even on the lot and it was filthy. Didnt even try to make a deal because web site had wrong description so I no longer was interested. I would give Seth a 10, very pleasant and helpful. To me an appointment is exactly that! August was busy with someone who did not have an appt. Why set an appt. If it doesn't matter. I wasted over an hour of my day.

They did respond in a professional manner however I requested they provide a CARFAX report on the vehicle I was interested in and they would not provide . They suggested I could purchase the report if I needed that. I am not local to their location so the report was important to even consider looking at the vehicle.

I emailed them to see if the truck I wanted was still there and them telling me yes. I drove from Ofallon Illinois to the dealer ship for them to tell me the that the truck I was there for had sold months ago and they can not get it out of their inventory list. Complete was of my time and gas.

Terrible. Had appt to bring my auto as trade/appraisal. Salesperson did not tell me I needed to place deposit to hold vehicle. 3 hrs before I was headed after work for appt, received text stating went to clean car for me and was sold. I called and complained to mgmt. I had texts, phone.conversations and emails of this sales that was to take place. They didn't care. As if they did no wrong! Asked if I wanted another car. Seriously, Dr appt, untrained customer service. Cover your butt action. I already had financing. I'm only 1 person, who cares. Potential buyers beware.

I have called the dealership about a vehicle. They couldn't get me approve. I asked what the bank would approve me for. they told me $20,000. The vehicle was under that price but they wanted me to put $4-5 down. I don't think they wanted to try to work with the bank. I said I have $1,000 but they said No we can't do that. This is the worst dealership to work with. They act like they don't even want to work with anybody. I went to another dealership for the same car around the same price and I got approved.

Our dealership has to follow the guidelines and criteria the lenders give us. Those criteria change with an individuals credit history and a particular vehicle, what trim level it is, options it has, how many miles, etc. While two cars may look the same, the lenders may not always value them the same due to a different trim level, engine, or mileage, etc.

We always want to sell a vehicle, and work with our lenders exhausting every possibility. Unfortunately, there are times when a particular vehicle just doesn't meet the criteria the lenders give us for that vehicle and that person's credit

I had a great time talking with Brandon. He wanted to make sure I was treated as his only customer, always responding very quickly and checking up on me to make sure this was the right vehicle. There was only one problem, when I got there they just sold the truck I was interested in, but that is how the cookie crumbles sometimes and definitely not their fault.
