They were not really interested in working with us on our trade.
They said it was too old and they could not help us.

I didn’t look at the Murano however I did go to the dealership. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely buy a car with them if they’d had what I wanted!

BAIT & SWITCH!! The website listed the car w/all types of amenities. We drove 4hrs to Petro only to find the car was lacking a navigation pkg, moon roof & tow pkg which was listed on the website. & They tried to upsell us on the warranty by scare tactics. I’m not happy with Petro Nissan & the drive was an all day affair in the rain. We were thinking it was the perfect car until we had to go with a different amenities pkg due to their mistake of its listing on their site. They “compensated” us by providing a 3 mo trial to SiriusXM radio. I don’t feel compensated- I feel cheated. When my husband spoke to Paul the rep at Petro, all Paul could say was that they have a disclaimer. Nothing against the Nissan Pathfinder-it’s a nice car but the dealership was shady in their advertising.
