Bait & Switch
My experience at BMW of Perillo was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was not greeted, and the showroom staff seemed disinterested. I eventually met with the salesperson, Louis, who showed me the used vehicle of interest and joined me for a test drive. One tire had a pressure of only 27 PSI, which raised concerns that the car had not been properly inspected.
We negotiated a lower price to reflect the missing jack and possible tire issue, and Louis confirmed with his manager that the price would be honored when I returned Monday to finalize the purchase. When I did, Louis was absent, no notes were left, and the manager refused to honor the agreed price.
The lack of professionalism, communication, and integrity was extremely disappointing. Be sure to confirm all agreements in writing. My experience with BMW of Perillo showed a lack of follow-through and professionalism. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a trustworthy car-buying experience.

Dealer sales person responded promptly. I believe we might make a deal.
Persistence paid off in getting a response on the vehicle. A great price was had for the car, but there was
some undisclosed paint issues that were not seen. I myself didn't see them with my on site inspection on a
cloudy day. Once in the sun the car had been street parked and side swiped. Dealership was unwilling to
work with me after the car was purchased and discovered the day after.
Also had a mechanical issue that didn't cause any check engine lights. Ended up having a part fail on me the
first week. Salesperson implied they'd be willing to help, but when offered to drive the car back to the site
was not available at the time presented.
Net out I'm happy with the car, one owner and solid service records, but I truly understand the great pricing
of the car came at a price. I will not be going back and do caution buyer beware and get a PPI done
elsewhere, and don't assume a official BMW dealership will only present sound and clean vehicles for sale.

Excellent experience! Salesman contacted me right away, provided info on the vehicle and worksheet.
The treated that me and my husband received was
very dismissive. They treated us like we didnât
belong In the Perillo Bmw establishment No one
moved from their desk to assist. It wasnât a very
inviting place. No one smiled, nor did they greet us.
One Sales team member from Perillo, from his chair
in his cubicle asked â Do you need some helpâ we
replied yes but he never moved. Eventually after
walking around the showroom Mamood did try to
assist. I eventually did however get a new car from
Another BMW dealership the next day.

They answered all my questions by email and text. They sent me a quote out the door with my traid in once I sent them good pics of mu trade in. Sent over my pre-approval from my bank and proof of insurance. Took the 2023 BMW x1 for a test ride and closed the deal. They made it vary easy, unstrested and even fun. A waste of my time. I made a special trip to see a car that was offered for sale, and given the impression that I would have the opportunity to place a bid on the car as soon
as it was "ready." After I returned from my trip to the dealer, and after several calls to update my information on the status of the car, I found out that the car was sold. I got
baited and snatched, thank you very much. Wasted my time.

Great vehicle I was just overwhelmed with act now process and extra out of state fees. Vehicle sold and salesman sent me a snarky message with a photo of the vehicle being sold . Really don’t believe that was necessary to send a photo of the sold vehicle . Sending a simple message stating the vehicle has sold would have been sufficient. Won’t be doing business with them in the future .
I ended up purchasing the car on Thursday,
they told me it would be ready by Saturday at
the latest, on Saturday they called and said it
was not ready and hopefully Monday, Monday
morning i called to see when it would be ready
and they said they were unsure and would let
me know, they called at 4pm on Monday
saying it would be ready at 5:30. I went in at
5:30 only to find the vehicle had 7 miles added
to the odometer and a rim was damaged. The
closest gas station is 0.5 miles away, which
makes me ask myself was a sold car being
driven around in downtown chicago for 7
miles?? They said they would have the rim
refinished and maybe get me the car by Friday
which means 8 days after buying the car is the
earliest I can expect to get it. If roles were
reversed and I was 8 days late with a check
they would surely not be as understanding
Only ONE thing I'd do differently looking back now that I'm home. If visit there first and save myself 2.5 hours of time seeing the other cats that I was considering. They quickly processed the paperwork, Very welcoming and warm. I was actually SURPRISED after seeing the car in person, it had MORE options than listed. Every detail was a the ad online stated if not better. I couldn't find anyto take away points for. Very positive experience for me from start to finish. Jason Neaguwas on point with everything, made it seamless for me who traveled all the way from West TX to get the car I wanted. It was worth every mile driven and flown to get the vehicle! One small tip...

Salesperson was professional. Car advertisements said no accidents but when I read the car fax it had been involved in three. Dealership had a 300.00 doc fee. Haven’t seen that at any place but there’s. Sales manager would only come down 300.00. Well that takes care of doc fee.
The worst experience ever when it came to buying a car! My salesman Alan Ramirez Ended up letting another salesman sell the car that he was supposed to be selling me days prior and I had all my financials/ loan in order and ready to purchase but the but the fact that I would not finance through them they ended up selling it to another person who did finance with them!!!

Very responsive !
Best experience I've ever had with a dealership. No pressure from the salesman whatsoever. He answered all my questions and got me a better deal than locally. I felt like it was a fair deal all around and I didn't get ripped off. Car is arriving Sunday and I am very happy! Oh, and the whole transaction was completed through email and text. I never had to directly speak to anyone, or for that matter traverse the 600 miles to visit the dealership. Thank you very much to Mike Fezatte and the rest of the team at Perillo!

I visited two other dealers in the Chicagoland area before Joe Perillo
BMW. M only regret is that I did not make Joe Perillo my first stop! The
used car inventory is incomparable to others dealerships.
Additionally, the sales staff were professional and treated me with
dignity and respect--much more than I can say about Fields BMW in
Northfield. Needless to say, I would recommend Joe Perillo BMW to
everyone I know.
