Great overall experience!!
Drove for almost 2 hrs in LA traffic to go see the car on a Saturday. Made a very reasonable offer for the car and was told the price was 3K
higher than what was advertised plus additional BS equipment added on such as 2K LoJack and 1K dealer prep. ON A USED Honda!!!!
When asked why this wasn't disclosed, the sales manager said they needed to make 10K profit on the car.

Nokia was excellent made things as smooth as possible…. A hick up along the way. But will say Lexus keeps its word and fixed the issue. Joven was very helpful as well keep communication and also was excellent in helping with hick ups on car! Very great service… Thank you.

Wouldn’t go down on price at all ! Added $19,000 on top of the MRSP price and would not go down $1.00. I drove 1 1/2 hrs to go view the car because of “internet price” that was inaccurate.

Good follow up.
Strongly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs... I met the used car sales manager Carlos Bringas during my car visit and he couldn’t have been any more unpleasant, this “manager” lacks any and all social skills, he was dismissive and even misinformed on the MSRP of the car he was selling.
The sales associate I had initially talked to called me later that day and talked to me in a much more professional manner only to diminish his own professionalism by telling me he would call me back and not following through. I almost gave this place a second chance. This is the absolute gutter of dealerships, this establishment gives Ford a bad name. As aforementioned, I strongly recommend this dealer be avoided, save the time and effort by visit a different dealership.
This dealer does not give you the real retail price. They have added to all there vehicles a $2500 security system that they tell you after you are working out the numbers. My numbers were around $ 23,000 their number was in the $ 28,000 range.... For a car that is listed at $ 20,000 Beware....The positive was the staff was pleasant but the deals are all bad!

The truck that was listed was not the truck for sale, I drove 3 hours to and from to look at this truck that did not exist.

I happened have an fantasized about owning a Ford Raptor and finally took a chance to see what this truck was about. I came across West Covina Ford from a post online and made an appointment to see Juan for an unbelievable deal. I happen to be driving down to West Covina based on price and package on this raptor. I was way closer to other Ford dealerships but being real, I couldn’t believe they’re prices. Juan Valencia was my internet sales rep and he was so knowledgeable, accommodating, Friendly and helpful with every question and requests I had as a customer with a hungry spouse. No one pressured me in buying their car because the quality of the condition the truck are priced to sell. It made what is usually is a long difficult process very easy. I love these guys. They have a great financing rep. Michael who got me an amazing price with a realistic low payment based on the value of this truck.
I will definitely recommend checking out this dealership.

The car we were offered at the dealership was not the car they originally offered on line.
We called ahead to be sure the advertised car was still available and were told it was. The
salesman, a pleasant young man, had not seen the car that was actually on the lot before
we arrived and was sure we were mistaken - until we showed him the description pulled
from CarGurus. We received no explanation of the discrepancy. There was no mention of
a car in Stockton. The one we were shown was in West Covina.

I ended up buying my car here. I still paid a bit more for it that I should have but over all
it was a better deal that I was offered at another local Ford dealer.

After inquiring to the dealership on the price listed on CarGurus, a salesman from the dealership contacted us to confirm the CarGurus posted price and encouraged us to make the
2.5 hour drive to their showroom to seal the deal on 2018 Ford Flex still in stock on their lot. Unfortunately, when we arrived on the scheduled day the next week, the salesperson
we had dealt with online was not there and the "Sales Manager" stepped in refusing to acknowledge or accept the printed copy of the CarGurus price confirmed by them in an earlier
email. There was more discussion on hurdles to receive incentives that we found ridiculous. We had heard enough. No test drive, no more time wasted being insulted in their
showroom.

Dealer didn’t help at all Truck was 38k somehow I was going to end up paying 65k in a term of 6 years not what I was expecting somehow they wanted to re cooperate how much they were losing on this car
They are an extremely great bunch of people, had the car ready, and waiting when we pulled up to the dealership. They greatest us, and were really great not to waste our time as the deal was done mainly over text, and phone calls. I'm extremely happy to say they didn't try to pull anything over on us as other dealers have tried before. I will definitely be referring all of our family, and friends to go to them when they're in the market for a car, truck, or SUV.
I appreciate everyone's help at the dealership, and if you're looking for a vehicle definitely go see Denzel, they will make sure that you get the best deal possible as other dealers weren't able to compete with them on price.

The dealer sent me an automated email reply. I clicked on the best price window, two days later I received an email with the original sticker price. I received another email
asking me when I would be in to close the awesome deal they were giving me. I email backed that the awesome price was the original sticker price.

The list very low prices and then pileup all kind of junk options/fees that adds about $5000 to the price of the car.

If you go to this dealership and purchase a vehicle pay attention to the paperwork as they added $4000.00 worth of over priced items we never discussed.

Advertised price with already included rebates,l to show super low "entry" level just to get you in the door. Then they hit you with a nonsense $2500 package that you don't need, but can't elect to buy the car without that package. So an advertisement of 49k ends up being 59k out the door. Juan the gentlemen who I was working with seemed shocked that I Dident want to pay $2500 for nitrogen in my tires and some other stuff I did Mot want or need. Said they would be taking a loss if they did not include that package with the car........then how about you don't advertise a low ball and waste people's time!

Can't rate them 1 since they did get back to me and responded. Very friendly. Just the usual California dealer putting a 15k over msrp for a Ford Focus Rs. Only California does this luckily I found a different dealership here in LA willing to work it down to 1k msrp. Again friendly people and got back fast to me but unless you have extra money to blow I would suggest checking other dealers out before buying here.

Very quick to respond to my
emails. Then once we set an
appointment they were very
attentive the whole time we were
there. They didn't try to switch
cars on us and they showed us
the exact car we were there to
see. The sales and all the finance
guys were all top notch. One of
the sales guys even offered to
take me to lunch because it was
a little after noon while they were
gassing and washing our new car.
Over all they made it a very easy
transaction and a pleasant
experience.
