Drove over an hour to look at the car and it would not start. They told me, they ordered a new key for it and it was not programed yet. Need to make sure a car is ready to go if it is forsale on their lot. Lost my business.

Dealer was great at first. I test drove 2016 Honda Odyssey. Everything checked out until I bought the vehicle. I drove it home and the next morning it had crack in the windshield that was expanding. The second day I had the van, it had a completely dead battery. Dealer did offer to replace battery, but I live an hour away. Great experience until after I bought vehicle. Did not offer to fix windshield.

Matt was great! He kept in contact with me about vehicles he thought might work for our college son (my son was buying a car locally and we helped him find one). Although we did not buy a car from this dealer we had a good experience.

Made appointment to see this vehicle, drove 40 minutes to see vehicle only find that it had been pulled from inventory and in the shop due to a dead battery. Hard to believe a dealership didn't have another battery and was willing to go to the effort to make this SUV available. Salesman advised he'd call when this and another vehicle were available to drive. 1 week later he had not returned my call. I logged a complaint on their website. Then the salesman sent me an email of another vehicle that was available. I emailed him dates that I was available to see the car. Over a week later, still have not heard back from the sales person. I'm currently driving a vehicle that is...18 years old. I'm definitely going be buying a replacement but not from this dealership.

Mileage was off by 120 miles from advertisement. Sales staff was helpful and quick. Service dept was great. If not for mileage and window tint that was put on dirty, the rating would have been 5 stars. Overall a good dealer.

Had a verbal commitment to pick up a car by close today and they sold car out from under us. Agreement on price was already made. Misty even asked what name title was to be in so that she could get it started. Not a good way to do business. Used car manager Allen did not care either. WOW!! NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!
