We were very pleased with the knowledge, care, and honest dealings at Penske Volvo. This was an Internet purchase and
when we discovered that it was not the EV we thought we were buying, Penske Volvo responded with care and concern and
explained to us all their models and how there are 4 kinds of cars: Full gasoline engines, electric assist (that does not qualify
for the Diamond Lane or other parking perks), Plug-in Hybrid (both electric and gas), and FULL Hybrid (plug-in only). After
educating us on our possible choices, Penske Volvo kindly refunded every penny that we had wired. They refunded us within
24 hours, and were kind and considerate. Any Internet Shopper can feel safe with Penske Volvo. We are grateful.
