It ok. Clean cars. Seems like quality cars. But they are like many dealers that post an online price that they will never reach for the out the door price. Basically the out the door price ends up being slightly higher than KBB fair value with the dealer add ons. The add on are unnecessary and how the dealership makes their margins. I find that practice growing and many dealers are doing it to stay competitive for foot traffic. This is one of those dealerships. So if your fine paying the fair value in KBB that’s probably where the floor will be for negotiations. If it bothers you that a dealership uses this questionable approach there are dealers that don’t do this.

Very frustrating, Not impressed with their scheduling skills at all. I made appt for test drive.Then made 2 hour drive to get there in the rain. When I arrived it took them almost a1/2 hour for someone could even tell me where the car was and another 45 minutes before test drive could be done. Was pre approved for credit but still took over another hour to be approved. Then sat there for almost 2 1/2 hours more waiting to sign the paperwork. All told I got there at 1:30 and didn't get to leave until almost 7:00. Would not recommend

Guy Robbins reached out to me, and based on our communication I scheduled an appointment. The day before the appointment, I called to make sure the vehicle was still available. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that it was Guy’s day off and the vehicle I was interested in had sold the previous evening at 8:39 pm. Not only was the vehicle still listed in their website, but the price had increased almost $3000. There were other vehicles on the lot. I test drove 2 of them and agreed to purchase one. I asked for the total price and was given a “fake” breakdown sheet of the fees, etc. When I went to the finance dept the original price of the car had increased, but the total price was magically the same. BUYER BEWARE

Merissa in sales was amazing. When the purchase was finalized I was given wrong information about the delivery. Numerous employees lied about the delivery date and wasted an entire date waiting for the delivery. Poor customer service at this dealership.

Lots of hidden fees, 21,488 ballooned up 4,000 dollars, nothing in the advertising held true. On the other hand the person I spoke with was very helpful in disclosing those fees.

I call to confirm if the the car was there they said yes. The reason i call to confirm cuase my drive was 1:15.. I cal again to confirm,when i go into the freeway they said yes Again i call 25 mnts before i was getting there well when i got there the sales person tells me the car got sold i was really upset.. I call 3 times to confirm i talk to the manager I told him that was unacceptable i only come for the specific car.. Very unprofessional i will not recommend the dealership to no one the managers name is ozzy I believed

This dealer was amazing to work with. Justin was our sales guy and he was very knowledgeable and was straight forward with everything. We were there for a total of 4 hours, which included the whole process of buying a vehicle and trading one in. My wife and I never once felt pressured or anything throughout the process.

Stay far away from this dealership...Called on the phone to verify the price days before driving up to see the car from San diego. The price listed on Cargurus was 20,060$ , once me and the sales associate sat down to go over financing the manager came over and said the actual msrp of the car was 24,000$. Bringing the total cost to 27,000$. A whole day wasted.

If you are looking forward to purchasing a vehicle from this dealership I hope you read this review before you do and I really hope you find it helpful. I read the reviews before contacting this dealership, the reviews were not great. This is why I called before hand on a particular vehicle I was interested in, I asked the questions I needed to know before driving down 6 hours. They responded with incorrect information for example they mentioned there was no accidents reported on the vehicle, but yet when I was there the car fax reported otherwise. They said the vehicle did not have damages yet the front bumper was sticking out a bit and was not fixed professionally instead was fixed with a glue. They also said the price was negotiable, it was a lie not only was the price not negotiable BUT they automatically added packages/coverage (about $5000 more not including taxes, fees, etc…) to the original price. This was very upsetting to see and unfortunately a waste of my time.

I got pre qualified for a car and told them I was going 2 days after the call ,the day came and I went to the dealer I live 1 hour away and they made me waste the time they sold the car and they did not have the courtesy to call and let me know not to come and waste my time if It was sold , their customer service is trash

We had a great experience. We wanted to look at a specific truck and it was available to test drive. We got there late since we both had to work that day and they stayed late for us. They got us a better rate than what we were already pre-qualified for.

They advertise a lower price online to get you to the dealership. The actual price is thousands higher. They advertise the price of the car assuming you meet all the rebate requirements. It was a waste of gas and time.

Poor rating in my book! They didn't have the decency to call me and cancel my appointment to purchase the only Smart Car they had which sold the day before. We drove our 40 foot RV over two hours to learn that they sold the car. Absolutely poor customer service!!!

If i could give 0 stars I would. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a dealership. Sales associate (if you can even call her that) was so unprofessional and unhelpful. Didn’t even bother to introduce herself. Never attempted to see what my buying needs were or ask what my price range was. On top of that the other associates that saw me standing there waiting for someone never asked if I needed help or if someone was helping me, they just stood and looked at me. Unless you know exactly what you want and are 100% sure they have the car there and you have absolutely no questions at all, don’t waste your time with this place.

And what do you know, they can still find another one for us if we want. Nope! We wanted the one we came to look at! What a waste of my time. Would not honor advertised price. They. Stated it was a cash price but not listed any were car jumped from $12404. To $17842. And that’s cash plain and simple with no options installed or other accessories installed will never consider this dealer again. Sent. Several emails only. Got 1 response customer service none. I don't usually write reviews, but this one set me off. Don't waste your time, they took days to call me back and then had the audacity to tell me they wouldn't give me an out the door price over the phone. I was talking back and forth with them, I told them I wanted to do it all online so I didn’t have to go into the dealership. They said they would get something together and then called me back asking when I could come in. I told them I didn’t live nearby and they basically told me off after that. WASTE OF TIME. The price they have online is a scam.

Awful experience. They tried to force us into giving our financial information in order to get an out the door price on the car. When we wouldn't, they came back with a quote of over $24,000, which was even higher than the initial sticker price by over$4,000. Bait and switch scan for sure!

This company advertises fake priced. Prices listed on this site are low but this company no intentions of selling the cars at these low prices. I wanted to buy a new they advertised on this site. The listed really good prices but would not sell me the car at the low advertised price. Just a hassle snd complete waste of it. Was contracted by at least 5-10 different people from this company. Very aggressive and deceitful company. I would not recommend this company. Dishonest company. Overly aggressive bait and switch

I was contacted about the car, made an appointment and told it was ready to view. I was already iffy about driving there because I reside In San Deigo and it was all the way it Hemet. Once I got there, the salesman wasn’t there which isn’t a big deal I was helped by another man. For the first 30 minutes he was trying to find the car, and told me it was in service. I was a bit upset since I was told Prior to arriving that the car was ready and I already had confirmed appointment with somebody else. After another 30, finally got the car back he couldn’t find the keys so then I had to wait for the keys and I asked to see cars that were within the same price range and or same style, they dealer wasn’t sure and had me waiting about 20mins for information. Once I finally got the car The salesman couldn’t give me much information about the car, I was asking why I was in service he wasn’t really sure. The overall experience showed how an organized and the lack of communication.

I made an appointment to test drive the car immediately. I drove 27 miles to my appointment and the car had sold. I received no apology or follow up even after I responded to new canned emails about my frustration. I would not recommend this dealership based on that experience. The contact was Emily.

I refused to give a call back number at the time I called. I believe I gave my email. I informed the salesman not to call me on the phone I was calling from as it did not belong to me. However, the phone's owner was contacted multiple times by Pedder via calls and text messages. It caused tension and so I declined to go after the vehicle.

Worst deal ever I agree on the sale price than they said there was a $1500.00 dollar fee for low jack.i was approved for financing with capital one for 9.02 apr they told me cap one was 15% . They finance for 14%. They never even called capital one. Nobody is in charge there no leadership. Don't waste you time what ever the advertising price is mark that at least 1500.00 bucks and what ever they can get on financing.

I'm extremely disappointed with this dealership. I got in contact with one of the representatives and scheduled an appointment to view the car I was very much interested in. Let me not forget to add the fact that I came all the way to view this car from LA. The dealership itself scams you, the listing price on the ad is not even the actual price total for the vehicle. When communicating about the numbers they began to add an additional $2,500 to the vehicles price for nitrogen in the tires, alarm system and sealant for the interior and exterior MIND YOU these additional charges should be optional no one should be obligated to purchase items they do not want or may not need, it is the customers decision. I highly recommend to continue your look elsewhere as the price listings are FALSE and if you do decide make sure to do your research on the vehicle and read all disclaimers before wasting your time. This dealership deserves no stars.

Horrible location even though I was already preapproved for auto and I have more than enough of income was given the run around then they continued to keep running my credit report bringing my score which was crazy because I was already preapproved so what was the point of that. Just horrible

I contacted this dealer with interest in purchasing this Vehicle at the original listed price. They then raised the price up $1000 higher. I guess there not to interested in a sale.

I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle, As I was going to the appointment I received a call from the dealership to confirm my appointment.When I arrived the car had got sold the night before. This dealership has no common courtesy for customers. This dealership was not down the street, It was an hour drive each way. I am very upset with this dealership and will never due any type of business with this dealership. They couldn't even get their lies correct. I just went with the sold one.

I've purchased a few cars in my life and this was the most easiest and pressure free purchase ever. Usually the sales person gets the sales manager and you go back and forth for a few hours on pricing and down payment- not at Pedder. I was honest about my down payment and what kind of monthly payment I wanted. They came right back with a number I could leve with and the deal was made. Our sales rep Alex was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the car, super friendly and not pushy at all which is SO REFRESHING. He answered all our concerns, and even corrected a over sight the next day I discovered. I'm so very pleased with our transaction at Nedder and I will definitely recommend this location to anyone I know.

They told me they wanted 28000 out the door and wanted to throw on bogus add ons like “nitrogen in the tires and flame proof paint” GIMMICKS man all to charge you more . They showed me there finance options even though I’m already pre approved with very good credit score in the middle 700s and they said 18%! The sales man told me they purposefully mislead everyone with a low price online to “compete” your not really competing your just lying. Furthermore I’m not the first person they’ve done this too . Never do business with these people unless you like paying for gimmicks and throwing away your money

the initial sales guy was nice, friendly and professional. They did try to pull a bait and switch with extra charges "they can't disclose online cuz it's illegal" is what the manager said. I had to demand them to give me back my license and some third salesman who had nothing to do with the transaction had some rude and snide remarks about getting a Tesla for $10,000 while I was walking out. The only reason I give them 2 stars is the initial sales guy was a top notch guy working hard and stayed professional even though we were completely off on prices. I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs and of you inquire online you'll be in for a surprise when you get there from one of supervisors

After talking to the sales rep a few times, filling out the finance application (even though I was paying cash), getting cash to pay for it, the manager called me with not only a higher sticker price by $110 but also an increase of $3289 for a package that was not disclosed before. It's unfortunate for the sales rep who was quite courteous. Very disappointing.

Sales people don't respond promptly. Sales person was pushing bogus "dealer upgrades" which included nitrogen in the tires. The vehicle already came with nitrogen. Also a protective coating over the seats and paint that would help the paint not bubble if the car ever caught on fire??? Good one!!! I have never seen a car that wasn't totaled after a fire?? And a security system all for very low discounted price of $2700 but they don't advertise that on the listed price. I chose not to do business like that and I went elsewhere.

They didn't have the car advertised and tried to up sell me. Then wanted me to search for cars with them. Something I could do at home. They wanted me to fill out paperwork for a car loan and didn't have a vehicle! I will never go back.

I drove down to see the truck only to find out that they can’t sell me the car because of rust damage,they should have checked that before advertising and asking me to come down to see it .Drove over there for nothing. They had another avalanche advertised same thing happened only I waited until they told me they had it on the lot .

Zero star , not honest , stay away , I drove three hours to go there to buy the car and when I get there they tell me they do not adverton car guru , the sales man that I spoke to and been texting me quit 3 months ago and that car is for 12600 instead of 10600 , no common curtesy and zero customer service , worst experience ever.

Be careful of "add-ons" that you never asked for. It's the "He didn't tell you?" I absolutely refused to pay for a security system on the vehicle given it already had one. They ended up giving it to me for free. Additionally, they had told me the vehicle had a moonroof, which it didn't, and refused to take any $$ for that. Otherwise, the vehicle was in mint condition and overall a great value.

The car advertised on the site from Pedder Nissan come with an additional $2000 of unremoveable add ons. Such as an alarm, wheel locks, and nitrogen in the tires. I was ready to buy, but this killed the deal. They weren't "able" to remove those forced add ons. Last month we bought a used car from a nearby dealer and they didn't pull that on us.

Salespeople, even the Sales Manager act like they know nothing about the cars unless they can get you inside and check on their computer and this 2014 Xterra has been on the lot for a month. Pedder Nissan doesn't seem to understand that people want to know " price and mileage " and given a chance to decide if we are even interested before they start with their pressure tactics. Every car you ask a question about, they don't know the answer and try to lure you inside or run get the keys and try to get you to drive it., and then here comes the Sales Manager that thinks he's good at closing the deal but offers me the car at 4'000 over online cost. Then when you point that out, Oh yea ! he's willing to work with you, the 2014 Xterra is just what I wanted but I'll find one somewhere else. I was on the lot 3 times and 3 times they drove me away with their stupid sales tactics.
